"Absolutely stunning rooms and true five star experience. The bed was amazing and the housekeeping would refill all amenities that we used which was very considerate. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and we loved how generous and diverse the options were. The beach club is a short buggy ride away and also had a great infinity pool there. My only suggestion is to create a real cocktail menu and not the paper print out that was given to us on both days, but everything else was wonderful! The staff are so kind and friendly especially the blonde young man who helped us with our bags and drove us by buggy to the beach club."

"We booked a suite for no more than most hotels charge for a room. This meant we had plenty of space - a lounge area and a small kitchen area (which we didn't really use as we wanted to try the local restaurants).
Cleanliness was faultless."

"The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and is very comfortable. I recommend the restaurant in the hotel's bottom. I think one look to improve would be bed. Instead of being two individual beds together, you could try with a double for couples. Otherwise, everything is phenomenal."

"The hotel is a beautiful holiday apartment hotel with several buildings surrounding the hotel's swimming pool and gardens. Each room has a separate living room and bedroom, all facing the garden, TV, refrigerator, washing machine. The bed linen and shower were excellent. This is a great value holiday apartment hotel, a great value hotel for a trip to Marbella. The hotel offers free garage parking."

Location is the best! Only 1 block from beach and walking distance to everything.
A few negatives were that there was a strange fishy smell in our room and the toilet button to flush was difficult to flush. Would have liked more towels as well. Washcloth and extra bath towels. Iron didn’t work either. Better coffee options and some bottled water would have been nice too.
Otherwise, would definitely return to this location."

"This hotel was excellent in every respect: the rooms, views, breakfast, staff, spa, and beach.
The view from the hotel was amazing, so I recommend having a relaxing breakfast from the terrace looking out at the beach in front, and then enjoying the sunset and drinks at the rooftop bar in the evening.
The staff were very friendly and could speak English, so I don't think communication would be an issue.
I'd definitely come back to Marbella and use this hotel again."

"Staff were certainly not the greatest. Sure it’s their high season but that’s no excuse. They weren’t friendly and we didn’t feel welcomed. They were very dry while speaking to you and def not something I expected from this hotel!

"Marbella is a very good hotel. It's a 5-minute walk from the beach and a 20-minute walk from the central area. It doesn't feel far away when you walk around and take pictures. The hotel environment is very beautiful. The gardens, swimming pools, and walkways are all very atmospheric. The rooms The furnishings are simple and shabby. The breakfast is very good. I bought food in the supermarket for dinner. The hotel also delivered tableware. It is very nice. The booked price includes 2400 per day early"

I loved the design and the service provided from the hotel starting from check in to breakfast to rooftop bar and spa. Inside the room it’s clean and well maintained. I will come back and stay again.

SSemilistnikExcellent hotel! The location is perfect for staying in Marbella, near the beach, in the old city. You can get to everything you need on foot. The square opposite the hotel is just amazing!
The rooms are simple, but everything is clean, the air conditioner works perfectly.
Breakfasts are good. I particularly liked fish and fruit.
The staff is trying to help with any question, they are good and very hard, you can see. With the staff anywhere you can face.
What seemed insufficient is shoes and coats , for 4 stars it is mandatory and here they are provided only for higher-class rooms.

뭐뭐니1. Out of all the accommodations we stayed in during our 10-day trip to Spain, it was the most expensive but the worst
2. I paid in advance (including breakfast), but I went to check-in, but I said there was no payment, and I stood there for over 30 minutes. At this time, it was around 9:30 p.m.
3. Reservation details + card details + receipts, etc. are printed and shown. The staff tried to resolve it with the reservation company, but it didn't go well. He said he was sorry and said to go to bed, got the key and went to the room (moved by car)
4. I received two keys, but both of them opened the door. My husband got in the car and went to the front desk again to get them, but in the meantime, another one was missing.
5. I have to go to breakfast the next day, but no one contacted me to see if it was resolved or not. Since the hotel reservation company settled with the hotel, they said to go eat.
6. On the 1st day, after breakfast, they asked me to pay, and they said it was included, so they said yes.
7. On the 2nd day, I was leaving after breakfast, but the staff chased me out and asked me to pay.
8. I'm sorry when I check out, nothing to say

The people are great from the reception to the people at the bar, they go out of their way to make sure you have a good time, the service is exceptional. The rooms on the other hand could do with some decent sound proofing, I was awakened at 4 am by one of the neighbors deciding to continue the party in his room, with what appeared to be a ******...

Expected better from 4 star hotel room average missing basics like charger by beds.
Breakfast good but complex to get basic breakfast ordered.
Fruits could be better coffee was bad from machine wanted better.

AansingiftOverall price/performance ratio is good, 15 to 20 minutes walk from the old city. The parking fee is a bit expensive, 15 euros. The billboard next to it was only eight euros, so there were not many cars in the parking lot.

LLiubouEverything was good. Location, room, view. The bad is very comfortable. And the big plus ➕ of this hotel is, you have an own small kitchen, with all equipment. You have a Lidl next to your hotel and Carrefour market. Marbella is beautiful

GGuest UserI stayed in Marbella for 1 night which was perfect. When I arrived I called reception and Renee arrived shortly. She was very friendly, answered all my questions and was very helpful. I stayed in a single room with a balcony and a fridge. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hostel is right in the middle of Old Town and a short 6 minute walk to the bus stop Marbella Canter and local beach. From there i caught a ferry boat to Puerto Banus beach and had a magnificent time.
An excellent experience. There was night time dining, a friendly atmosphere, short distance to Parque dela Alameda.
