I had never heard of this hotel chain and checked out reviews before finalizing our stay which was just an overnight. I was pleasantly surprised at the exercise equipment in the room, clean room, comfortable bed and most of all the wonderful breakfast what was so special with this breakfast is the eggs were just beautiful and they do not fry their food but bake. The waiter Sanket was awesome. Would definitely stay again in one this hotel. Minor repairs could be made to the bathroom tile but that is not something new in our travels. I will attach some photos.
The check-in was flawless with the App and the front desk. The location is in a great location right on the water and abutting a baseball field. Our room overlooked the field and the river so it was a great room to have (627). The place was clean and this is our basic, but necessary requirement. The staff was super when ever we inquired about anything and made a great recommendation for lunch. A great stay, and we will be back to explore more of the city.

We went to Manchester to celebrate my Granddaughters birthday. We did some shopping, swimming and Chuck E Cheese of course. Hotel was perfectly located to all those things. Yet quiet at night. Restaurants are not quiet as close as website indicates however. Hotel was clean and breakfast was very good and hot.
Go elsewhere. Checked in for 3 nights, and right away saw the piece of paper saying the pool would not be available until the 26th of July. If you wanted to use the pool at the hotel across the street, you needed to contact front desk to make a reservation!!!! It's the middle of July and your pool is not available. I don't book a hotel with a pool to use another hotels pool. Breakfast ok, but nothing great. On the mirror in bathroom is said Complimentary Housekeeping by Request. To request a stay over cleaning or just a few extra towels, simply call or stop by the from desk. The second day I went to front desk and asked for housekeeping. I was told that housekeeping was done only after 3 days. Then take that sign down. Woman at desk asked if I wanted some towels, and I said yes, but said I was on my way out. The response I got was well just stop by on your way back. Couldn't even sent them up. When checking out, obviously a manager was talking to front desk rep. Both said are you checking out and I said yes. Neither one of them asked how my stay was. Construction all over this hotel as well. Only good thing was the bed was comfortable. Plenty of other hotels in the area to choose from instead of this one. I am Hilton Honors member and this is why I chose this, big mistake!!!
Myself, my wife and our two friends came to NH for my wife’s 40th birthday. Our stay couldn’t have been better. Upon arriving we were greeted by Gabriella and Michelle. Both were absolutely amazing and made the check in process easy and quick. I met Pilr from housekeeping the next day after needing a hair dryer and toothbrush. She was very accommodating and helpful and had the items quickly sent to our room. During breakfast we had Margaret as our waitress. She was very attentive and helpful. We were looking for places to go and she rattled off a list of places and gave us so many good ideas. We really appreciated her help. She was amazing! Overall our stay was incredible. Thank you to the entire staff for maintaining a great experience during still difficult times.
Fast and easy services. Very efficient shuttle to the airport. I booked this hotel last minute and the staff were very helpful. My room was spacious, comfortable, clean and has everything I needed. I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again when I’m back in town. Nice bar too!
JJeb1217We needed to travel on family business at the beginning of July. We were concerned about COVID but New Hampshire had (still has) one of the lowest infection rates in the country. Upon check-in we had to self-certify that we had not experienced any symptoms in the last 2 weeks and that we had self-isolated ourselves during that time prior to travel. The was needed since we were from out of state. Check-in was simple and contactless. The front desk was very friendly and helpful answer several question we had on arriving. The room was as expected of a property operating under Marriott umbrella. We had 2 full sized beds, mini fridge, coffee maker, dresser, closet, safe and comfortably sized bathroom. The beds were so comfortable that upon arriving home we went the the Fairfield web site and purchased a complete bed with the linens used in the hotel. We both have pain in our back and I've had multiple surgeries so finding a bed which allows us to sleep the night is unusual and we take advantage of offers like this when we can. Anyone who has bout a new bed and regretted the purchase the following week can understand the advantage to testing the bed in a hotel for several nights prior to spending the money. One thing I really liked was the location. We need to take care of some family business during our time in NH and this hotel worked out fantastically for us. It was close to the Manchester Airport and at the intersection of I-93 and I-293 supplying quick access to other parts of the state. Check-out was a matter of dropping off the room keys as we walked out on our way back to the airport. We'd definitely stay here again should the need arise to return to the area.
JJourney12897223629We recently stayed at Towneplace hotel and was impressed by the exceptional cleanliness of the room—it's easily one of the cleanest hotels I've ever visited. Despite my limited English, Alberto Morales at the front desk was incredibly helpful, patiently translating for me whenever needed. His constant smile was truly appreciated. The entire staff was incredibly friendly. I stayed at this hotel three years ago, and it was a completely different experience—the room was dirty. Now, everything is spotless. I highly recommend it and will be returning in June. The room feels like a home away from home, resembling an apartment rather than a typical hotel room.
CcollinsgaryThe experience was wonderful. I thought being by the airport would be annoying because of the planes but not at all. The service was great. I dropped my coffee in the elevator. I asked the lady that was cleaning the room if she had something that I could get it up with and she said if you could please just hold the door open I will take care of it and did it with a smile and conversation. Now that's service. The facility was very updated and the decor was nice ,very clean and the staff was very friendly. The food was good, hot , and very plentiful . In all to sum it up, I had a wonderful stay and will stay again when I am visiting Manchester New Hampshire
Ssharon aStayed here for a night with my family as we were looking for a night away from home at a place with a pool. The room was small but appeared to be clean until my 2 year old discovered a pair of mens underwear (NOT my husbands) in the bathroom. I informed the front desk, not trying to make a big deal out of it, but more for their information. She made a note of it but didn’t even offer an apology. The pool area is very nice and was the main reason why we booked. We were looking forward relaxing in there after dinner but much to our surprise, it turned into a sort of a night club at night. It was actually a pretty cool concept - DJ, bubble machine, fog, and 100% kid friendly, just not what we were expecting during COVID. Apparently it’s also open to the public at a cover change so it was pretty busy! Breakfast in the morning was ok - cereal, muffins, fruit, coffee. I guess it’s usually better but with COVID they have to limit the options. Overall, not sure if we’d stay again, but it wasn’t the worst place we’ve stayed.
HHONGIn Manchester, I started to introduce my friends. After I lived, I was very satisfied. Manchester is duty-free. It is very cost-effective to shop here. The hotel service is very good. It is really good to order food delivery to the room.
