"Positive side:
There's electric jug provided, even though no tea/coffee sachet there.
TV functions well.
Three mirrors including one in the bathroom.
There's a wardrobe but not enough space to hang the towels.
Got air conditioner n fan.
Negative side:
The room was quite small for triple.
The double and single bed were combined together😔.
The toilet was dirty especially the toilet bowl, there were stains everywhere ☹️.
Only two lamps in the room without bed lamp, one switch for them.
No lift... Luckily our room is only on the second floor."
"Although the sparrow is small, it has all the internal organs, but the sheets are a little dirty, 😓"

"The hotel stay was good. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. While the bed sheets felt a bit old, the toilet appeared recently refurbished and was clean. There is no parking provided on-site; guests need to park at a nearby open car park about a 5-minute walk away, which requires a fee. Overall, it’s a decent place if you prioritize location and service."
"This is our 2nd time staying in this hotel. It’s a building by itself with own compound. Ample parking space. It is build beside a cruise ship jetty(not sure if it’s in operation). Room is big, have all the amenities needed. Hair dryer, tooth brush, shampoo etc. The shampoo is Dove brand which is good as it has moisturizer. Bed is super big and comfortable, water pressure is good and air conditioning is not noisy. We had a good night sleep here. A few POI are walkable. Jonker street will be a little far (about 20 mins easy walk). Opposite is a shopping center. Overall is a good hotel to stay."
"Stayed many times already. Room is clean. Furnitures feel very old already. Think its time to do some reno. the rain shower keep dripping water. Curtain cant close fully no matter how i try, still abt 5cm gap so sunlight in morning v irritating. n curtain looks like got abit of red and brown dirt all over."
"Good:
Welcome cookie!
A few cool things about the breakfast -
Fresh green salad
Teh tahrik cart (Raziq was awesome!)
Charcoal toast
Infinity pool with great views
Steam and Sauna
Weird:
Insisted that we could only request for two pilllow on the pillow menu when we paid for an extra bed had to request three times before the reception relunctantly agreed."
"Stayed here for 2 nights from Monday to Wednesday and we won't be staying here again. Parking space was extremely limited. The ratio to the rooms were completely off. Less than 20 lots available in a hotel with so many rooms and we had to park in the streets. Noise insulation was extremely poor. We stayed in the corner balcony room at the end of the long corridor but we could hear the big groups talking loudly as they took photos at the photo wall. Staffs doing maintenance work in the morning were talking loudly in the morning outside our room, banging doors and slamming things. Other noise include dragging the chairs, foot steps in the room above ours, the renovation noise in the carpark in the morning, motorbikes at night and in the early morning. The room was also dusty and there was a layer of dust on the TV screen and on surfaces. Towels were old, grey in colour from years of using and should have been changed. Toiletries like body wash, shampoo and conditioner was only enough for one person that we ended up buying our own. It is a beautiful hotel but at $170 a night with breakfast, I'll choose to stay at Liu Men which is much better in value, quieter and has ample parking space."
"The check in wasnt that smooth. We need to wait til almost 5pm to get the QR code. The unit is quite spacious. Since we up at 12th floor and last unit, the open window at the service yard, the sound of howling winds give me a bit creep. Felt like someone banging on the door. But i really enjoy the view from the balcony."
"Hi, we taught had booked a hotel room at Grandeur Hotel & Spa but end up with a shoplot rooms wt a different budget hotel under same management so called ”Avaria Hotel”. Amazing
AAlly YongI recently had the pleasure of staying at The Majestic and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm smiles and efficient service.
The room was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. This heritage hotel beautifully preserves its rich colonial history while offering modern comforts that make for a truly memorable experience.
One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast brunch — a delicious spread, made to order, with both local and international options, fresh fruits, and great coffee. I also appreciated the quiet, relaxing atmosphere at the restaurant.
The location was perfect — close to key attractions, restaurants, and public transport, yet tucked away enough to provide a peaceful retreat after a busy day.
Overall, The Majestic offers top-notch hospitality and comfort. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I will definitely return on my next trip!

Great
HHengExcellent stay with Courtyard Marriort. Lovely environment and staff, which make this journey remarkable.
Worth to book room with a hotel breakfast as it consists of many varieties. Even serve the first drink when escort to our table.
If you are driving , they provide complimentary parking with security guard station there. Feel at ease on my vehicle even parked for overnight.
Room cleaniness is up to standard, and the view of the city was unblocked.
Will definitely pick this hotel again when i return.

YYKSee90I recently stayed at Hotel Tamara Melaka for 3 days and 2 nights. While the hotel looked new, clean, and modern from the outside and the lobby area was quite stylish and spacious. Unfortunately, my stay didn’t go entirely smoothly.
🚪 Check-In & First Impressions
The check-in process was fine, and the hotel interior looked polished, with a clean reception area and bright decor. The staff were polite and attentive, which I appreciated.
🚽 The Main Issue: Toilet Smell
However, the biggest issue during my stay was the unpleasant smell coming from the toilet in our initial room. I reported it to the front desk, and they quickly sent housekeeping to clean it thoroughly, which I appreciated. Sadly, even after cleaning, the smell returned later that evening when we came back from dinner.
We requested a room change, but the hotel was fully booked that night. The only available option was a twin bed room, which wasn’t ideal, but we had no choice as the toilet smell was really unbearable. Thankfully, the second room was much better. Clean, no odor, and everything worked as expected. I’m glad the hotel team managed to accommodate our request despite being full.
👍 What I Liked:
• Beautiful, modern lobby and common areas
• Quick response from staff when I raised the issue
• Second room was clean and comfortable
• Nice touches like bright flowers and a decorative trishaw in the lobby
👎 What Could Be Improved:
• First room had serious plumbing/sanitation issues
• It took a room change to solve the problem
• Twin bed instead of a king, not ideal, but understandable due to availability
⭐ Final Thoughts:
Overall, this was not the most pleasant hotel stay due to the room issue. However, I do give credit to the staff for trying their best to help. If maintenance improves and the rooms are better checked before guests arrive, the hotel has good potential.
Rating: 6.5/10
I might consider staying again, but only if I’m assured of a properly maintained room.

MMuhammad Irsyad Bin ZainiI recently had the pleasure of staying at OYO 90899 Tube Hotel Melaka and the experience surpassed all expectations. From the moment I stepped through the grand entrance, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for a truly memorable stay.
The check-in process was seamless, with the staff demonstrating exceptional hospitality and efficiency. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was evident, from the elegant lobby adorned with tasteful decorations to the well-appointed rooms that exuded both comfort and style.
Speaking of rooms, mine was a haven of tranquility. The furnishings were modern and plush, creating a cozy ambiance that made it difficult to leave. The bed was a highlight, offering a heavenly night's sleep with its luxurious linens and a selection of pillows that catered to personal preferences.
The hotel's amenities were equally impressive. The fitness center boasted state-of-the-art equipment, and the spa provided a rejuvenating escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool, offering breathtaking views of the city skyline. It was the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun.
Dining was a culinary delight. The on-site restaurant showcased a diverse menu featuring both local and international cuisine. The chefs' commitment to using fresh, high-quality ingredients was evident in every dish. The breakfast buffet was a standout, offering a wide array of options to suit every palate.
The service was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Requests were handled promptly and with a genuine smile, adding a personal touch that made me feel like a valued guest.
The location of the hotel was also ideal, situated in close proximity to popular attractions, dining options, and shopping districts. Whether I was exploring the city or simply strolling through the nearby parks, everything was conveniently within reach.
In conclusion, my stay at [Hotel Name] was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of luxurious accommodations, top-notch amenities, and outstanding service created a truly memorable experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a refined and indulgent getaway. I look forward to returning to [Hotel Name] in the future for another unforgettable stay.
ZZaidah SitiThe room hotel just ok. AC is cold. Limited TV channel tv1,tv2, tv3&sport. Staff hotel is helpful & friendly. Deposit rm50 if you check in to the hotel. Parking free provide by the hotel. The breakfast just ok. Easy to get food & beverage by walking distance.
NNurshairahCheck in was smooth.
Room has many things need done after check in. For eg. 1 room has no remote control, no mosquito control, fridge is emitting heat instead of cold air, entrance door got difficulty to push open, room w queen bed (bidet is leaking water when turn on). Maintenence is prompt thankfully, so no complain. Except didn't got chance to inform of the leaking bidet.
Aircon was ok. Not so hot, not so cold. But the cold air don't travel throughout the room, only at specific area.
Breakfast at 8am was so so. Not much variety. Family was looking forward to half boiled egg, but by the time, they want, its gone. The topping up is not haste, in general. Not sure, if it is due to manpower. Nasi lemak not enough lemak. Mee tai bak was bland, curry tasted slight diluted. The rest was ok. The coffee machine drinks are excellent, even tho there is 2 machine, the waiting for the drink takes awhile. Which is understable.
Check out was smooth.
If I'm given a choice to come back. Only for the room as there is privacy. And it's convenient for my mil as she is wheelchaired. As the room is near the lift. Breakfast no.
GGuest UserThe hotel has provided the facilities as committed in their booking-page in the acceptable condition to their customer, i.e. me. Despite it is a budget hotel only and the overall appearance is slightly vintage :D, the room, the bed/mattress/blanket, bathroom, showering water heater, etc. are still clean and in acceptable condition. Besides, if communicated/spoken to the hotel, it has self check-in option for the check-in after business operation hour, i.e. mid night. Travelers can acquire the room key/card by themselves from a locker with a provided pin code. These enable me to have a good rest after making an urgent booking in night time, travel over 100km then reach the hotel at 1.30 a.m. mid night. The attached photos show the self check-in/out facility, public drinking-water-dispenser and fire extinguisher.
Although I can't expect much from a budget, I would like to suggest that the air-con in the room to have service/maintenance so that it won't produce much noise. By the way, the noise only distract us slightly from having rest.
After all, based on the offered/discounted price, the room is satisfactory and recommended.
