Best Madurai Hotels

The hotel is close to the railway station and other market places. The rooms are fine and the staff is helpful. The pillows however were hard and not comfortable to sleep. The bedsheet and toilet seat could have been cleaner. Overall for a short night stay to catch an early morning train, the option is good.

Belongs to a good hotel in the local area. The service staff is friendly and flexible, and early check-in is also allowed to check in. Originally, one of the more expensive ones in the local area was booked, waiting in the lobby for two hours, and rooms are not allowed to check in before 12:00. Cancel directly to this one. The location is very good, walking distance to the largest temple, there is a state-owned craft shop 300 meters near the hotel, the goods are rich and the price is conscience. Throughout South India, Madurai's temple is almost the best and most exquisite in South India. The local little palace is also worth a visit.

The front desk service was very good, but the business was very bad. To the hotel, don't let early check in understand, the front desk asks for the price, go to the restaurant to buy breakfast, the price of the restaurant is not the same as the price given by the front desk. When I checked out, I wanted to use the hotel's car to go to the airport. I asked the front desk for a price. I thought it was a little more expensive than Ola. It was okay. I said that I had a good meal and ordered it. After I came back, I changed the front desk. The price has changed. It is more expensive than Ola. Doubled. Early Check In, the hotel began to strictly demand that you can not check in early, must be 2 pm, after communication, helplessly understand, then go out for lunch, come back to 12 noon, found that the hotel even gave another pair of white couple check in, but also provide A towel and welcome drink. I didn't have this at all when I checked in. The above shows that hotel management is very confusing. The security guards greeted each other with enthusiasm. Breakfast is not expensive, but meals are average. The room hardware is very good, the air conditioning is also very powerful, but the refrigerator is very old, very noisy in the general heritage of the manor. The hygienic situation only looks beautiful, and if the wooden floor is stepped on, it will soon be dark. There are also a few large flies flying in the room, hey, a little disgusting. Overall, the price is not bad, that is, the front desk is very annoying, and the health situation is not equipped with hardware.

Excellent food both lunch and breakfast and f&b service experience by f&b team. Room was ok - washroom facility was average, ac in room was not so effective, mosquitoes in the room. Hotel team was really nice and tried there best some that we can had comfortable sleep

Nice location

Property location is on a main road. Does not have parking on the premises. Car was parked in another property across the road. Not a major issue, but at this price parking is expected on premises. Rooms are decent. Bathroom has foul smell. Food is good in the restaurant & also enjoyed their buffet breakfast.

Location is very perfect, it's in the centre of the city away from the railways and bus stand crowd and noise. Food is lovely. Nice and tasty breakfast with choices and with smiling staff. The room is very comfortable with all the required amenities and the services are superb. Asked for late dinner all these 5 days stay and without any hesitations received. Love this place and would recommend for stay with family or solo. Great experience. 10 out of 10

The staff are very helpful, courteous and make the stay lovely. However the property is overpriced for the sort of rooms they have. There is no intercom, the interiors are very old and not renovated, it's overpriced for the location and facilities on offer. Breakfast layout was very average, the spread could be much better. The only reason i give this rating is the absolutely delightful staff support, who make your stay a breeze, otherwise i don't recommend this hotel.

It was a fantastic experience with the staff at the hotel . The overall experience with the hotel was great.
