When checking in, the front desk assistant Xiao Kan asked about the room preference in detail and upgraded it to a lake view room. The view was very good, and a fruit plate was given. The bedding was moderately soft and hard. The room was well equipped. I highly recommend the shower gel, which I like the smell. The gym is on the 10th floor, and the restaurant is on the 8th floor. Breakfast is open until 10:00, with a wide variety of salads, cold cuts, and Chinese noodles. Highly recommended"

"因為看音樂節來馬鞍山，定了這個酒店，離東站挺近的，交通方便，前台服務員的態度也很好。但是三百多一晚真的非常非常不值，並且還是在升級房型的情況下。
酒店佈局及其不合理，我第一次見到酒店淋浴間沒有任何可以放東西的地方，自帶洗髮水護髮素之類的完全沒地方放，衹能放在地下，難道設計的初衷就是要求入住的人必須用你們的洗髮水嗎？也沒好用到這種程度吧。
還有浴巾和毛巾居然是放在廁所外面的，完全不理解，如果洗澡忘了在進門的櫃子上那好浴巾，那需要走出廁所再拿浴巾，真的很不合理。性價比極低，完全不推薦，如果想定這家酒店謹慎選擇。"

From check-in to check-out, the whole process was smooth, the front desk Xiaoding was warm, the procedures were efficient, and the hotel vehicles were also informed of the details of the entry and exit. The room was cleaned very clean, the sheets were covered with no smell, no stains, the bathroom was designed to separate dry and wet, the toiletries were complete and the quality was good. The overall environment is quiet and not noisy, the quality of sleep is very high, the price is far beyond expectations, and the children's wash set is also intimately provided (small toothbrushes, small slippers are super cute); next time you come here, you will give priority to this one!"

"It's my first time staying here. The overall environment of the hotel is good. It is located about 1 km from the Golden Eagle Shopping Center, which is convenient for shopping, eating, drinking and having fun.
Pros: The service of the lady at the front desk was good, the breakfast sounded rich, 🈶red dates and milk, the lady also helped to cook noodles 🍜, thumbs up!
shortcoming:
①The toilet is not sanitary enough, with visible residues.
②The shower head is leaking, making bathing inconvenient
③The shower cap was actually wet. When I opened it, it was full of water. I didn’t dare to use it at all. It was really uncomfortable!
I hope the hotel can improve in the future!"

"The facilities in the room are average, not as comfortable as in the pictures. For girls, the bathroom lacks a makeup mirror, and the hallway lacks a full-length mirror. Fortunately, the software is up to standard, and the front desk and room service are good. They even helped us wash our car during our stay. The breakfast is also quite rich."

GGuest UserThoroughly good experience since checking in. Hotel staffs at front desks are all very professional, friendly and helpful. Check-in process is easy and quick, the staffs even served hot tea while processing the registration, offered water whenever I sit at lobby. The room is clean, all facilities are in working and good condition. Location is excellent too, within walking distance to pretty much everywhere (restaurants, shops, bars etc..). Breakfast options are plenty, and they are all delicious. Certainly would be my first choice if I ever come back here in future.

AAnonymous UserIt is near the university town, close to everything. It is very fast to order takeout around. Any problems are solved quickly. The breakfast is pretty good. The room has a super large window and fresh air. The lady at the front desk is patient and very nice. I injured my leg during the trip and it was inconvenient. She helped us to delay check out for free.

MM528793****We booked the Xiangquan Hot Spring Hotel for my parents, and they raved about it, saying it was even more comfortable than home. Since they have mobility issues, the hotel specially arranged a ground-floor room. My mom, who has knee problems, said the hot springs made her feel much more relaxed. The breakfast was also varied and plentiful, with soft porridge and leavened buns, perfect for elderly palates. The room was quiet at night, with good blackout curtains, and the couple slept soundly. My parents said it was a stress-free place to stay and the people were so welcoming, much better than those crowded tourist spots. For them to be so satisfied, it was definitely worth the money, and I give it a 10/10 rating!

SSanyedujuan房間寬敞，佈局合理，有單人休閑沙發，小型雙人沙發，衞生間也寬敞，乾濕分離，這些都很好！價格便宜還帶早餐，樓下就是火車站和公交站，出行很方便。去雨山湖，採石磯，在火車站先坐3路，在人民醫院換反方向乘4路直達採石磯。坐6路直達高鐵站馬鞍山東站，均彰顯了酒店的好位置！不過酒店的床品及毛巾浴巾的配備不敢恭維，被子枕頭都已發黃且有味兒，像枕芯被子不知使用壽命是多長？也許店家正在考慮更換呢！窗户玻璃很臟，幾乎看不清窗外的景象。空調噪音很大，幾乎讓人難以入睡。我住的房間面向火車站廣場，離鐵路車站非常近，窗户壞了，關不嚴，火車的轟鳴聲也影響睡眠。衞生間的換氣扇好像也壞了，連住數日也沒能聽到轉動的聲音！昔日曾輝煌過的酒店，現在失修了，希望下次來時能看到新面貌！
