"Thoroughly good experience since checking in. Hotel staffs at front desks are all very professional, friendly and helpful. Check-in process is easy and quick, the staffs even served hot tea while processing the registration, offered water whenever I sit at lobby. The room is clean, all facilities are in working and good condition. Location is excellent too, within walking distance to pretty much everywhere (restaurants, shops, bars etc..). Breakfast options are plenty, and they are all delicious. Certainly would be my first choice if I ever come back here in future."

When checking in, the front desk assistant Xiao Kan asked about the room preference in detail and upgraded it to a lake view room. The view was very good, and a fruit plate was given. The bedding was moderately soft and hard. The room was well equipped. I highly recommend the shower gel, which I like the smell. The gym is on the 10th floor, and the restaurant is on the 8th floor. Breakfast is open until 10:00, with a wide variety of salads, cold cuts, and Chinese noodles. Highly recommended"

"The overall service staff at the front desk, the cleaning aunt, and the cafeteria aunt are all very good! However, the so-called leadership managers seemed to have no interest in guests. "This is a room type that children like very much. They stay in the room every day and don’t want to go out. There was a strong smell in the room. The air outlet of the air conditioner downstairs was blowing towards the bed. I caught a cold directly from the air for 2 nights. Perhaps because of the high humidity in the mountains, the bathroom is equipped with a towel drying rack, which is great.
There were moldy spots on the nine-square grid used for breakfast food, and moldy spots on the pizza rolling pin used for making pizza at the farm. The pizza tray was also blackened, which made the visual experience not so good.
There are a lot of mosquitoes in the mountains, so be careful when bringing children."

FFeixingdeduoluoI've always stayed at this hotel. The front desk lady was very kind and helpful. She spent a lot of time trying to get me a quieter room. I'm very grateful to her. The hotel is still as good as ever. If you go late, parking at the door is a bit tight, but there are security guards to help, so it still feels good.

AAnonymous UserIt is near the university town, close to everything. It is very fast to order takeout around. Any problems are solved quickly. The breakfast is pretty good. The room has a super large window and fresh air. The lady at the front desk is patient and very nice. I injured my leg during the trip and it was inconvenient. She helped us to delay check out for free.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very convenient, with easy access to the mall and other amenities. There are several restaurants on the highstreet where the hotel is located and a small mini mart right next door. All the vendors in the area were extremely welcoming, and the hotel staff were professional and available to assist us whenever we called. I will definitely stay here in the future and recommend it to others.
PS: I will recommend this local restaurant run by a lovely lady.

The warm light and the wall color complement each other, the environment is very warm, there is even a gym, restaurant, laundry room, and there is a snack street downstairs, the most important! GGuest UserWe booked the Xiangquan Hot Spring Hotel for my parents, and they raved about it, saying it was even more comfortable than home. Since they have mobility issues, the hotel specially arranged a ground-floor room. My mom, who has knee problems, said the hot springs made her feel much more relaxed. The breakfast was also varied and plentiful, with soft porridge and leavened buns, perfect for elderly palates. The room was quiet at night, with good blackout curtains, and the couple slept soundly. My parents said it was a stress-free place to stay and the people were so welcoming, much better than those crowded tourist spots. For them to be so satisfied, it was definitely worth the money, and I give it a 10/10 rating!
