"The scenery of Lyon is very beautiful, but the hotel discounted it. It may be the reason that the hotel is too cheap, or it may be that the level of the hotel in this city is the same, because another hotel where another friend stayed was also complained about. The only good thing is that there are several good restaurants around the hotel, and I went in to feel the night of Lyon. A few tens of meters from the hotel is the Rhone River and the old Catholic Hospital, and you can also overlook the old city."

"I am very sorry that I did not stay at this beautiful hotel, but my friends had a wonderful day here. They told me to give a five-star praise. The only downside is that the hotel does not have an elevator, which is a huge challenge for 4 girls with 6 large boxes. But the beautiful lady at the hotel enthusiastically helped carry the luggage, making up for this only shortcoming!"

I was feeling unwell for the majority of my stay but I can still pick up on care and attention from staff when I am unwell in fact their probably ought to have been more. More function that funk! Likely not to stay again when in Lyon and to add, bad reviews are rare from me as you will see from my passed reviews. I didn't even feel like saying thank you. Very unlike me.

GGuest UserThere is nothing in the room. You need to bring your own slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, and towels. The location is a bit strange. I left early the next morning and wanted to ask the hotel if they could pack bread. The attitude of the guy at the front desk was rather perfunctory. It was not my business and I had no idea. The advance payment was forcibly deducted and has not been returned yet. I am so scared!

Very clean room.
Plenty of good restaurants just down the street and all around - and luckily its not not noisy at all in the room.
The night shift receptionnist is friendly and nice.
For a 4-star hotel, it would great if bottled water could be provided in the room although water refiller is available at the reception.
But well, the fact is that 4-star hotels standard in Europe is definitely lower than Asia’s 4-star hotels.

GGuest UserOverall, I was extremely satisfied with the hotel. In particular, I think its location is probably the best you can get in Lyon for a short stay. I also believe it was a very good choice in terms of price-performance. Of course, you can pay much higher rates to stay at more luxurious hotels, but this one more than meets all the essential needs. The welcome was always warm and friendly. The hotel entrance was very beautiful. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the bed was also excellent and perfectly clean.
I also truly appreciated the hotel’s commitment to reducing plastic use and protecting the environment. It meant a lot to me and made me really happy to see this.
I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

GGuest UserI rarely leave negative reviews, but this booking was very disappointing and quite uncomfortable. Although the location was good and the room was clean, we did not look forward to returning to the hotel each night and I would not consider staying here again. The room felt dark and claustrophobic and did not even have drawers big enough to put clothes in. For those wanting to work at the little desk, the chair and limited electricity outlets would have made it very difficult. Although we chose not to have the breakfast, the patio seemed nice. The lobby barely had space to stand in. Although I have learned that the French star system is quite basic, note that in many parts of the world, this would never be considered a four star hotel.

蒋蒋A family of three, the executive three-person room booked two days in advance, the standard room plus a sofa bed at the time of check-in, the most important thing is that there is no quilt and pillow on the sofa bed! And all the toiletries are for two people. After negotiating with the front desk, I said that I am embarrassed to clean up the mistakes. GGuest UserGreat location, 5min walk to the station, there’s a nice restaurant next door as well as a small shop to buy any last minute toiletries or snacks and drinks.
The room itself was good, small bathroom but the beds were comfy and it just does the job.
Would stay again if I visit Lyon again.

XXiaoxuan3490Although it is a little far from the city, it is very convenient to buy a day ticket for transportation. It is less than 20 minutes' walk from the subway station, and there is a bus every few minutes. Since it is the starting point, there must be seats, and the bus is also very convenient. You can really cook, there are bowls and pots, and the breakfast is good, and the bread is freshly made.

Aa.b.7Staff was super friendly and this is the only hostel I stay where the staff walk me up to the room and explain everything. If you have research where the location of this hostel, you will know the hostel is located on the top of hill. So definitely a battle if you have big luggage..the selling point of this hostel would be enjoying the view from the terrace. Overall the place is clean just the facility bit old for the toilet. I think they really should be doing some upgrading and some tlc for the room.(Some of the curtain are already wear and tear) The location up the hill I think a plus point for me as I take it as an exercise after having stuff myself with so much foods and with rewarding views.
