"The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful, assisting with luggage and delivering fresh fruit daily with a great attitude. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a wide variety of Western and Chinese dishes, desserts, and cakes, with different options each day – though the Xingyi lamb noodles were a daily staple. The front desk even offered complimentary tea and daily fruit (pears, which were super delicious!). The location is convenient for the airport, just a 12 RMB taxi ride lasting 15-20 minutes. Other attractions are also easily accessible; the Qianxinan Prefecture Museum is a 5-minute walk, and a food street with many options is less than 10 minutes away. The gym, which is shared with a fitness center, is large and new. The only minor downsides were that water splashed easily from the sink, and a bit of water leaked out from the shower area, so you have to be careful when using them."

"Absolutely fantastic! The climb up the mountain wasn't easy, but reaching the beautiful summit and witnessing the sunset made it all worthwhile. The peaks and clouds were breathtakingly beautiful, a truly poetic scene. The owner is a person with great taste and a love for life. The thoughtful touches in the hotel are evident in everything: all the amenities worked perfectly, and the hot water heated up instantly. All the staff were incredibly welcoming! The beef rice noodles, tomato sauce, and salted duck egg for breakfast were especially delicious! My only suggestion is to reduce the portion sizes of the main dishes; four or five dumplings would be enough, as a large portion felt wasteful. A special thank you to the manager; our borrowed drone malfunctioned, and he kindly flew it for us to take photos."

The staff were all very friendly, and they even pre-arranged our morning trip to Wanfenglin."

"The hotel's facilities and environment were excellent, meeting five-star standards. After breakfast, strolling around the grounds and soaking in the hot springs was very relaxing. However, the breakfast and cleanliness were just average; the floor tiles didn't look very clean, and while the breakfast looked plentiful, there wasn't much to eat. The overall service was poor, mainly due to staff shortages. We had booked a tour bus, and they kept saying it was almost there, but it never arrived. After waiting for over 40 minutes, we had to yell at the front desk, and finally they said the bus had gone to refuel… Out of desperation, we questioned the front desk whether, if this caused delays to our entire trip, we would also be given a delayed check-out, just like with service delays. Immediately, a staff member drove us around themselves… This service is something for others to judge 😂. Speaking of check-out, we handed our room keys to the front desk and left around 11:00 AM, but the staff called us again at 2:30 PM to ask if we wanted to extend our stay, saying we hadn't checked out…"

"1. Picture 1: The bathtub is very big. I had the urge to take a bath to relieve the fatigue of driving for a day, so I rinsed myself and started to store water. I don’t know whether it is a problem with the bathtub or the water quality. As shown in the picture, there are floating objects visible to the naked eye. Give up taking a bath. 2. Picture 2, an underage cockroach appears on the bedside table. 3. Pictures 3 and 4 are inconsistent with the online promotion. What I saw when I placed the order was the lake view. 4. Overall evaluation: The hotel is large, the configuration is high-end, and the decoration has a sense of design, but it does not reflect its sense of high-end. In addition to the problems shown in the picture above, there are also problems seen during the check-in process, such as the peeling of the walls in the public areas. Bags, stains, hollow and broken floor tiles, etc. I hope the hotel can do better in details."
