GGuest UserComfortable stay with super warm hospitality. Easy comms via groupchat on wechat. Upon checking in, introduced us to the facilities and we were pleasantly surprised that they had even prepared a bedrail for our room without our request. My daughter had fun using the smart room control xiaodu xiaodu and enjoyed the play area. The extra touches of 2cups of specialty coffee, 10pcs laundry, bath salts, welcome fruits and bottled drinks were delightful. There was vip car transfer to/fro the waterfall ticketing entrance which was very helpful, and we waited less than 5mins each time. They tried to accommodate to our request for early check-in and late checkout. As we planned to be the first batch to enter the grand waterfall, they kindly helped to pack sandwich+fruits breakfast for us to bring to the waterfall, and always checked if we needed more bottled water etc. Excellent service from the wechat butler, reception and hotel staff. Photography service was cancelled as photographer was away on course. Our only regret was not having enough time to explore the facilities. Careful to type the correct hotel name when booking didi to the hotel as there is another hotel under the same chain called朵贝云hotel much further away.

GgroteOverall, a surprisingly delightful hotel/guesthouse.
**Environment:** The location is absolutely superb, offering panoramic views. You can watch the sunrise from within the hotel, and just a short walk to the back mountain provides stunning sunset views. Both dawn and dusk offer different, beautiful scenery.
**Rooms:** The view from the balcony alone accounts for 80% of the room price. The room decor feels high-quality, the bedding is comfortable, and the minibar is well-stocked. The ambiance is expertly created, meeting the standards of a high-end resort hotel.
**Dining:** While the breakfast selection isn't extensive, the quality is guaranteed – you can eat well and feel full. Dinner, however, was disappointing. The chicken in the local chicken soup was tough, and the broth tasted overwhelmingly of MSG, showing a lack of effort and care.
**Service:** Compared to the service at chain hotels, the staff here are much more approachable. One young woman, in particular, was incredibly warm and attentive. While I was sitting by the fireplace in the lobby, she proactively offered me tea, and when she saw me taking photos, she came over to help me find the best spots.

Now that it was the peak season, I thought it was worth opening the window because it was the peak season. The breakfast was also very rich and had a beautiful view. He would patiently answer our tourists’ questions and provide them. The facilities in the room are also very complete. It is really pleasant to take a bath and watch the sunset. BBayebabayeFirst of all! The first feeling was very good, because the housekeeper contacted in advance ~ provided strategies, and the gentle ladies and brothers who answered all questions were great.
Secondly, because we were with a young baby, they took the initiative to upgrade the room and provided a great bed guard, which made it much easier for us to take the baby out for the first time. The important thing is that the room is great, the environment is good, and the hygiene is clean, especially the preparation of toiletries is very comprehensive and detailed, which warms my heart.
Finally, get out of bed and come back. It should be happier to see the scenery in the right season. The air is really good. By the way, the breakfast is also delicious~

XXiaozhumaizhuzhuThe B&B is new. When I arrived, I was like: Wow, what a surprise! I found it much better than the pictures on the platform. Every time I travel, I spend a lot of time choosing accommodation. This one has great hardware. It is halfway up the mountain. It is very quiet and comfortable. The service is meticulous and considerate. The owner's family is very kind. My child said that he would bring his brother to stay again next time. If you also have the same requirements for quality, you can't miss this one.
The room is large and bright. I am very satisfied with the appearance. There are many public areas, which are very comfortable. I just want to bring my friends to sit there or make a pot of coffee or a cup of tea, and chat from morning to night. The courtyard in the middle of the mountain is very large, and the photos can't be taken. I like the plum tree the most. It's so beautiful. There are also loquat trees all over the garden. Looking forward to when the loquats are ripe, I can come again.

Bringing my kids to Qianxinan for vacation, I was completely attracted by Muyun Hot Spring Resort Hotel! As a high-end hot spring hotel focusing on parent-child, this is simply a paradise for children. The hardware and services completely beat the same type of hotels in Beijing that cost 3000+/night, and the cost performance is explosive!
**Children don’t want to leave at all when they come! ** The hotel’s super-large children’s playground completely liberates the hands of old mothers! There are super rich indoor and outdoor facilities, including slides, climbing nets, ocean ball pools, and interactive game areas. The design is safe and full of fun. My child played from morning to night and still felt it was not enough. In the end, we dragged him away... Compared with a high-end parent-child hotel I stayed in Beijing before, the park here is more than twice as large, and the key is free!
**There are so many hot spring pools that you can’t finish soaking! ** The hotel has more than 30 hot spring pools scattered by the forest lake, and the environment is as beautiful as a fairyland! The water in the pool is clear and the temperature is moderate. There are also shallow water pools and fun fountains designed specifically for children. The family can enjoy the scenery while soaking in the hot springs, and the body and mind are instantly relaxed. I especially recommend the open-air hot spring under the starry sky. When you look up, you can see the sky full of stars. The children are so excited that they keep shouting ”It's like in a fairy tale.”
**The food is so amazing that you want to lick the plate! ** I thought the hotel catering in the scenic area would be perfunctory, but I ate every meal until I was full! The breakfast buffet has freshly cooked Guizhou rice noodles and a snack table exclusively for children; the main meal recommends the sour soup fish and mushroom pot in the Chinese restaurant. The ingredients are fresh and the taste is authentic. Even the picky eaters are crazy about two bowls of rice. The waiter will also ask about the taboos and even give the children free fruit plates. The details are perfect!
**The hardware and service are impeccable! ** The room configuration is comparable to a five-star hotel-Dyson hair dryer, smart toilet, independent hot spring pool, and even the drinks and snacks in the minibar are all free! The parent-child room is prepared with cartoon bedding and tents, and the children cheered as soon as they entered the door. The service was so heartwarming that it made me cry. The front desk lady took the initiative to help us plan the itinerary. The aunt at the SPA center also made a colorful rope for the child for the Dragon Boat Festival. When checking out, the child hugged the staff and was reluctant to leave.
**The hotel's travel photography is super professional! ** It is very suitable for parent-child photography. The photographer guides the children very professionally. There is no sales throughout the whole process. The quality and cleanliness of the clothes and jewelry are far superior to ordinary chain travel photography. You can pick up the photos on the same day, and it instantly dominates the circle of friends!
In short, Muyun is definitely the most worthwhile parent-child hotel I have ever stayed in! Forest oxygen bar + hot spring therapy + super supporting facilities, the whole family played so much that they didn't want to go home. Friends in Beijing, hurry up, the money saved on air tickets can stay for another two nights!
