"Fengxi is a chain store in Xingyi. The Guanshan branch is located in Shangnahui, next to the Tree Tomato Restaurant, and very close to the sightseeing bus drop-off point. We booked two nights, and the guesthouse proactively offered airport pickup, which we were very grateful for. However, the Guanshan branch requires going up a slope with stairs; cars with low ground clearance can't go up. If you have mobility issues, you'll need an SUV to drive up; otherwise, walking up can be tiring. The guesthouse environment is very nice, fully equipped, and the restaurant is beautiful with a fireplace, making it very warm, but it only offers coffee and no other food or drinks."

We stayed for one night and had a really good experience. The next day, the boss told us that it was the day for the village market next to us, so we went to join in the fun! ! ! Moreover, the entire homestay village has a lot of historical heritage. It is the former residence of the Governor of Yunnan and Guizhou, a famous official in the late Qing Dynasty. The entire homestay is renovated from the old residence! Children can have fun in the village! Very suitable for family travel. The village is very close to various scenic spots in Xingyi, and it is quite convenient to go anywhere. If you come to Xingyi scenic spots, I especially recommend staying here! ! I took pictures of every detail in the room. It was cleaned very cleanly without any odor. Some room types have bathtubs. The owner of the homestay also thoughtfully prepared a bath bag and put alcohol wipes next to the toilet! The water temperature is enough for bathing, and the water pressure is also very high! It is very peaceful and healthy. The next guests must remember to lock the door to the courtyard, otherwise it would be embarrassing if other guests accidentally break in. Service: For this price, it should be equipped with a butler. Contact the guests in advance to make a written reservation based on the items included in the room. It is too passive. It would be better to arrange a butler. No one introduced the room facilities and hot spring features, and we were left to entertain ourselves the whole time. Apart from the great service from the restaurant staff, I didn't feel much else. When I checked in, they said there was a buffet, but at meal time they said there was not enough guests so we could only order dishes. However, the dishes were served quite quickly during the Chinese New Year and tasted good. Others: The ribs for the pork rib soup are really too big, make them smaller. The portions were generous."

"A family came to Guizhou for vacation, and our good impression of the place was completely ruined by this hotel. Upon entering the room, there was an indescribable stench, not like sewage, just some strange smell. We complained to the front desk, and they came and said it smelled like helium balloons, and gave us air freshener. Helium balloons??? The next morning, all three of us woke up with many itchy red rashes on different parts of our bodies. They were right behind our necks where the pillows were, under our armpits where the blankets were, and on our arms and ankles where we slept without clothes. We were absolutely certain it was the bedding; either it wasn't washed properly, or there was too much disinfectant added, so we immediately complained to the front desk again. I think it was the manager, but after looking at our room, he said the bedding was fine, not their problem. It's quite a blatant attempt to shift blame after being able to tell just by looking. By this time, we were already quite angry. They then offered us a 20% discount on the room rate, which we found ridiculous. We were already being lenient by not demanding compensation from the hotel, let alone a 20% discount??? Here's a picture of how severe the rashes were. This manager didn't even look at our rash properly, just told us it wasn't their problem and we couldn't prove it was theirs. This attitude was infuriating! We informed the hotel, wanting to see their response, and this is the result? A huge thumbs down!"
