GGuest UserComfortable stay with super warm hospitality. Easy comms via groupchat on wechat. Upon checking in, introduced us to the facilities and we were pleasantly surprised that they had even prepared a bedrail for our room without our request. My daughter had fun using the smart room control xiaodu xiaodu and enjoyed the play area. The extra touches of 2cups of specialty coffee, 10pcs laundry, bath salts, welcome fruits and bottled drinks were delightful. There was vip car transfer to/fro the waterfall ticketing entrance which was very helpful, and we waited less than 5mins each time. They tried to accommodate to our request for early check-in and late checkout. As we planned to be the first batch to enter the grand waterfall, they kindly helped to pack sandwich+fruits breakfast for us to bring to the waterfall, and always checked if we needed more bottled water etc. Excellent service from the wechat butler, reception and hotel staff. Photography service was cancelled as photographer was away on course. Our only regret was not having enough time to explore the facilities. Careful to type the correct hotel name when booking didi to the hotel as there is another hotel under the same chain called朵贝云hotel much further away.

From the moment we arrived, the location completely stole our hearts — nestled perfectly to offer breathtaking views of the mountains right from our room window. Waking up to that stunning scenery every morning was a dream come true.
But what truly set this experience apart was Rose’s incredible care and attention. When we unexpectedly got sick during our stay, Rose went above and beyond to assist us with kindness and genuine concern. She made sure we had everything we needed, from medical advice to thoughtful comfort measures, making us feel safe and supported far beyond what we expected.
If you’re looking for a place that combines an unbeatable location, glorious mountain views, and heartfelt hospitality, this hotel run by Rose is absolutely the place to be. We can’t wait to return!

Bringing my kids to Qianxinan for vacation, I was completely attracted by Muyun Hot Spring Resort Hotel! As a high-end hot spring hotel focusing on parent-child, this is simply a paradise for children. The hardware and services completely beat the same type of hotels in Beijing that cost 3000+/night, and the cost performance is explosive!
**Children don’t want to leave at all when they come! ** The hotel’s super-large children’s playground completely liberates the hands of old mothers! There are super rich indoor and outdoor facilities, including slides, climbing nets, ocean ball pools, and interactive game areas. The design is safe and full of fun. My child played from morning to night and still felt it was not enough. In the end, we dragged him away... Compared with a high-end parent-child hotel I stayed in Beijing before, the park here is more than twice as large, and the key is free!
**There are so many hot spring pools that you can’t finish soaking! ** The hotel has more than 30 hot spring pools scattered by the forest lake, and the environment is as beautiful as a fairyland! The water in the pool is clear and the temperature is moderate. There are also shallow water pools and fun fountains designed specifically for children. The family can enjoy the scenery while soaking in the hot springs, and the body and mind are instantly relaxed. I especially recommend the open-air hot spring under the starry sky. When you look up, you can see the sky full of stars. The children are so excited that they keep shouting ”It's like in a fairy tale.”
**The food is so amazing that you want to lick the plate! ** I thought the hotel catering in the scenic area would be perfunctory, but I ate every meal until I was full! The breakfast buffet has freshly cooked Guizhou rice noodles and a snack table exclusively for children; the main meal recommends the sour soup fish and mushroom pot in the Chinese restaurant. The ingredients are fresh and the taste is authentic. Even the picky eaters are crazy about two bowls of rice. The waiter will also ask about the taboos and even give the children free fruit plates. The details are perfect!
**The hardware and service are impeccable! ** The room configuration is comparable to a five-star hotel-Dyson hair dryer, smart toilet, independent hot spring pool, and even the drinks and snacks in the minibar are all free! The parent-child room is prepared with cartoon bedding and tents, and the children cheered as soon as they entered the door. The service was so heartwarming that it made me cry. The front desk lady took the initiative to help us plan the itinerary. The aunt at the SPA center also made a colorful rope for the child for the Dragon Boat Festival. When checking out, the child hugged the staff and was reluctant to leave.
**The hotel's travel photography is super professional! ** It is very suitable for parent-child photography. The photographer guides the children very professionally. There is no sales throughout the whole process. The quality and cleanliness of the clothes and jewelry are far superior to ordinary chain travel photography. You can pick up the photos on the same day, and it instantly dominates the circle of friends!
In short, Muyun is definitely the most worthwhile parent-child hotel I have ever stayed in! Forest oxygen bar + hot spring therapy + super supporting facilities, the whole family played so much that they didn't want to go home. Friends in Beijing, hurry up, the money saved on air tickets can stay for another two nights!

The staff was not only very efficient, but also gave a detailed introduction to the hotel's facilities and the surrounding fun places, which made people feel instantly at home in this strange city💕
During my stay at the hotel, the service was even more meticulous. For example, I had special requirements for the lighting brightness in the room, and the staff quickly arranged for someone to come and adjust it. It was really thoughtful.

GGuest UserVery comfortable! The B&B is in the scenic area. There is a walking path at the foot of the mountain. There are rice fields on the roadside. It is very photogenic. We also went to the market. The local bananas are very delicious. We also bought a lot of local specialties. Although the weather was a bit bad, it didn't affect it at all. The scenery is also beautiful. We also went to another store of the boss lady. The clothes in it are basically designed by the boss lady herself. They are very beautiful. GGuest UserThis hotel is just amazing ! My room was very nice and cosy, the yard so enjoyable and beautiful with many plants and trees. The house is very well maintain and you can see that the personnel take great care of it. The localisation is perfect to visit Wanfenglin, the Canyon, Xingyi and all places of interest around. The owner, Tang Tang, her family and the girl working with her, Dawn, are amazing people who care so much about their guests. They speak English, especially Dawn who was an English teacher. They are so nice that they made me feel at home. They helped me with everything I needed and made my stay in Wanfenglin an unforgettable experience. I recommend this place so much, I can't imagine a better one !

TTom FuzerIt’s a conveniently located hotel for airport and to travel to nearby scenic places. This chain has this odd, European baroque theme, which I always found quite bizarre, given the execution is actually very cheap and amateurish which is the exact opposite of the lavish, often overtly decorated baroque. What is even more odd, the breakfast is only Chinese food, not even coffee is available, let alone pastries or any food that one would associate with Vienna. No problem if it’s a Chinese hotel chain, but what’s the point of this bizarre baroque theme

GGuest UserI have to say, this B&B is really great. The room is large and very clean, with no watermarks on the floor, as shown in the picture. The owner was very enthusiastic in recommending us nearby places to eat and play. The beef restaurant she recommended was really delicious, and we all gave it a thumbs up! It's also very convenient to be near the scenic area, and there's an elevator, so we didn't have to worry about carrying luggage!

GGuest UserThis hostel is super comfortable and well located inside wangfenglin park. The location on trip is a bit off and it's super central. Motorbikes can be rented nearby. The employees are extremely nice and we had a lot of fun with them! They invited us to see the sunrise and eat hotpot.
