"The service here has always been excellent, and my extended stay has left me with warm and lasting memories. Bailey went above and beyond, preparing a handwritten welcome card (with a beautiful butterfly!) and steam eye masks, along with an abundant fruit platter – it was a truly amazing and warm welcome from the start. When I switched rooms the next day, more fruit was discreetly added, a testament to their continuous care. Housekeeping would neatly fold my clothes and place them on the sofa, wash my used coffee cups, and even organize the cosmetics and my Switch console on the dressing table. I had several long stays last year, and each visit brought new surprises; the service level is undoubtedly improving. The breakfast offers a wide variety of high-quality dishes, especially the pastries, and I always enjoy the meat options. The hotel's dinner buffet is reasonably priced and enjoyable. In the afternoons, evenings, and during the 'blue hour' in my room, I'd peacefully watch the clouds drift by outside my window, a patchwork of light. Towards the end of my stay, I even began to look forward to that transition from daylight to dusk – as the view outside changed, my mind quieted down. You truly see the passage of time here."

"Traveling with kids is always easiest when staying at a Crowne Plaza. At the very least, you'll get a good night's sleep. We dropped off our luggage early in the morning, which was super convenient for sightseeing. We didn't expect to check in so early, but Liu Lu at the front desk was fantastic. Seeing we had a child, she efficiently upgraded us and got us into our room right away. During the holiday, the hotel even gave the kids a free ticket to a nearby playground. Our schedule was packed, so we didn't get to experience the executive lounge's views or food this time, but we'll definitely try it next time. The room's cleanliness was impeccable, and the amenities were excellent. Breakfast is on the first floor and offers a great variety, including local favorites like 'jianbing guozi' and 'san tang'."

"After comparing many options on the platform for my trip to Linyi, I chose the Yihe Hotel, and it was a very wise decision – I'm extremely satisfied. The value for money is excellent, and the stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel has a garden-style design with a lake and beautiful scenery; the grounds are spacious, the views are lovely, and the air is fresh. The architecture is grand and elegant, giving it a high-end, impressive feel. The guest rooms are spacious and bright, with high ceilings and plenty of room, making them comfortable and relaxing. The facilities are comprehensive and high-quality. The bedding is soft and luxurious. Every day, they deliver a fruit plate and special local snacks, which was a pleasant surprise. The Chinese restaurant on the first floor has a spacious and elegant dining environment, and the dishes are excellent in color, aroma, taste, and presentation. Both the stir-fried chicken and lamb soup were delicious. The female servers were gentle and polite, bringing tea, serving dishes, packing leftovers, and handling the bill with a kind and approachable attitude. The breakfast buffet is very rich, and you can even try local Linyi specialties. It was fantastic! A special shout-out to the housekeeping staff: when they saw I had washed clothes, they added a four-wheeled drying rack to my room and left two packets of laundry detergent with a note. These two small details truly warmed my heart and touched me. So thoughtful! Thumbs up! Thank you! Upon check-in, we also received vouchers for happy hour coffee and a choice of one of five signature dishes at Yugefang, which was great! I've stayed in many state guesthouses across the country while traveling, and not many of them could earn a five-diamond rating. The Yihe Hotel is the best among all the ones we've stayed at. Details convey warmth, and details determine excellence. I highly recommend the Yihe Hotel for anyone visiting Linyi!"

"The hotel is extremely luxurious and designed beautifully. But the service is TERRİBLE. No one speaks english… there is no food available for room service. İ wanted to drink a beer and they told me to go to the supermarket. İ wanted to order room service after 20.30 they told me no english and hung up on my face. After 10 mins 2 people came to my room telling me they dont have room service, after 20.30 even though the menu said 24 hours. The next day i tried to order at 16.00 and they told me it starts at 18.30… the design and the quality of the hotel is maybe the best ive seen in my life but the service is 0/10 … no cola to drink no food to eat .. i would not reccomend if you want to spend a lot of time in it."
