SShenhuaqingyuanThe hotel front desk staff were incredibly professional and accommodating to all guest requests. The ladies at the front desk were impeccably groomed, very presentable, and quite lovely. (Just a side note: I'm a woman, and I appreciate seeing beautiful people!) The bedding in the room was exceptionally comfortable, making it very easy to fall asleep. The hotel's self-service laundry facilities were excellent, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of dishes, catering to both local tastes and the diverse needs of out-of-town visitors – which is the most important thing.

From the time we booked the room, we communicated the arrival time by phone several times, arranged the room in advance, and saw that we brought a child to check in, and made a baby bed for us. CCristisI had a great stay at this hotel during my trip to Linyi. It’s conveniently located about 15-20 minutes from the airport, making it a very practical choice for travelers. The hotel has a charming Chinese style that gives it a unique local touch.
The room was very clean, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable, which made for a restful night after a long day of travel. Although the reception staff doesn’t speak English, they were extremely kind and helpful, always doing their best to assist me with anything I needed.
Overall, this hotel was perfect for my trip. It had everything I needed: a good location, cleanliness, and friendly service. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Linyi in the future.

2. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, promptly addressing any concerns I had. As an out-of-town guest, I was genuinely touched and felt very well taken care of.
3. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and bright. While they don't offer a panoramic view of the Yi River across the street, the room's layout and every thoughtfully designed corner create a uniquely refreshing and cozy ambiance.
4. The breakfast spread is abundant, featuring a wide variety of snacks, beverages, noodles, stir-fries, and other delicious options to satisfy every palate.
5. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay. It will definitely be my first choice for future trips, and I encourage everyone to experience it for themselves.

GGuest UserThe cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in so far, clean as if I was the first guest. The whole house is intelligently controlled, smart toilet, double sink, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a wide night view.
The most surprising thing is that there are two rooms on this floor, and a living room (sofa, long dining table, double-open refrigerator, brand new washing machine), especially suitable for the two families to come out to play together.
The business district downstairs, there are many barbecue shops in the mall, the little brother in the lobby recommends the Jinzhou barbecue opposite, which is especially good. Basically, it is eaten by locals (high and handsome Shandong Dahan). There is also a bar downstairs (can't remember the name) from the outside. Every table has a big horn. It's funny.

I chose the Octonauts parent-child room, which is located on the 17th floor. The view is particularly good, the waiter's attitude is also very good, and the children's breakfast is free. Rooms are very clean, bedding is fresh, no smells what so ever. Breakfast is nice, cater for everyone needs, breakfast is from 6 to 10 daily. Will definitely book them again when I return. Highly recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and bright, no smell, the bedding was soft and sleepy, the front desk service was warm and efficient, the breakfast was rich, and I would choose this next time! This stay was a surprise! The room has a good view, the facilities are new and easy to use, the service is intimate and thoughtful, even the details are in place, highly recommended!

NNick 老师My wife and I booked two nights at the hotel in a week and the booking was confirmed to us. Upon arrival at the hotel at the reception desk, the receptionist told us that they would not be able to check us in since the staff had a day off and insisted that we cancel the reservation. At the same time, she calmly registered the Chinese standing next to her. As it turned out later, she was too lazy to work with foreigners and enter the data of our passports. A friend came to her aid, who helped us check into the hotel. It was very unpleasant that due to the fact that we are foreigners, we were denied our own booking. As for the room, it was clean except for an old shower and a non-working fireplace. I do not advise you to stay here as a foreigner and we will not come to this hotel ourselves anymore.
