"The service was truly excellent. They gave us a small gift during check-in, and the front desk personally helped carry our luggage to the room. The room itself was quite spacious and very clean, and they even provided snacks and fruit. In the evening, there was complimentary congee, and they also had a self-service laundry machine. The breakfast the next day was good, with a decent selection of Linyi's local specialties. When we checked out, they even gave us more snacks as a parting gift. Although we only stayed for one day, we had a fantastic experience and will definitely consider staying here again if we have the chance! š"

"After comparing several hotels, I finally settled on Pullman, and it didn't disappoint. The environment is very quiet, and the hygiene is spotless, so I felt comfortable letting my child play barefoot in the room. The bedding and bathroom facilities were all convenient to use. The 'Xiao Guan' (personal butler) service was thoughtful and enthusiastic, and they even upgraded my room. The hotel is surrounded by a cluster of shopping centers and attractions, so there's simply too much to see and do. The river view at night was especially picturesque. Next time I'm in Linyi, this will still be my top choice."

"Service: They helped with luggage every time I entered and left, and I felt their high emotional intelligence and attentiveness daily. Every detail was perfectly handled, which made me feel very happy. Facilities: Since the hotel just opened, the facilities are quite new. The bedding was top-notch, and the Dyson hairdryer was a highlight. The heated swimming pool was very clean, and with the Olympic Sports Center right outside, the night view was fantastic. Dining: The buffet offered all-you-can-eat fresh durian, and the price was reasonable. I didn't try the stir-fried chicken, but it seemed like it would be good."

We drove from Langya Ancient City to the hotel, and it was probably only about a ten-minute drive. There's a parking lot right in front of the hotel, which made parking very convenient. The only minor downside was the lack of breakfast; I think it would be a significant improvement if they opened their restaurant soon. However, the service was truly impeccable. Check-in was very quick and efficient, and we even received a small souvenir gift at check-out. They truly embodied the principle of 'customer first,' and I was extremely pleased with this aspect."

Although the deluxe lake view room is a bit small, its main feature is the stunning view directly facing the Yi River. The room's air conditioning is powerful and quiet; it was very pleasant to relax in the afternoon with the AC on, basking in the sun, and watching the shimmering Yi River. For breakfast, you must try their beef porridge soup, a local specialty. The front desk staff are warm and attentive. I suggest parking in the underground garage, which has EV charging stations. A taxi to Xinlangya costs 10-14 RMB, and it's an 8-minute drive to Langya Ancient City. In the evening, you can go to Xinlangya to watch the 'Fairy Scattering Flowers' show and take a boat tour to see 'Night Painting Langya'."

Guest UserTraveling with friends, I did some research online and finally chose this hotel. As soon as I entered the lobby, there was a faint, very pleasant aroma. The front desk had a self-service coffee machine, juice, pastries, and fruits. The lady at the front desk greeted us warmly with a smile, checked us in quickly, and patiently recommended nearby attractions. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to all the sights. In the evening, we tried the 'Jiu Jiu Fried Chicken' she recommended, and it was delicious. The room was spacious, and the bathroom with its separate wet and dry areas was spotlessly clean. The facilities were new and complete, and the latex pillow was particularly comfortable for me, providing a really pleasant experience. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Linyi!

This hotel offers excellent value for money. Both the facilities and service are comparable to Atour hotels (there's one right next door), but the price here is more budget-friendly. I particularly want to highlight the breakfast. For a hotel in this price range, it's arguably the best I've had. Not only is there a wide variety, but every single dish tastes great and is prepared with care. They clearly don't cut corners just because it's a hotel breakfast; it could easily compete with good restaurants outside. I made sure to take extra photos.
The hotel's location is also fantastic; you can easily walk to the river in the evening to enjoy the night views.

Guest UserThe hotel is extremely luxurious and designed beautifully. But the service is TERRÄ°BLE. No one speaks englishā¦ there is no food available for room service. Ä° wanted to drink a beer and they told me to go to the supermarket.
Ä° wanted to order room service after 20.30 they told me no english and hung up on my face. After 10 mins 2 people came to my room telling me they dont have room service, after 20.30 even though the menu said 24 hours.
The next day i tried to order at 16.00 and they told me it starts at 18.30ā¦
the design and the quality of the hotel is maybe the best ive seen in my life but the service is 0/10 ā¦ no cola to drink no food to eat .. i would not reccomend if you want to spend a lot of time in it.

The bedding was soft and the sofa was spacious; the entire room was bright and airy. The floor attendants were efficient and prompt in delivering items, and the housekeeping was clean and comfortable. The hotel environment is wonderful, making dining, staying, and charging all very convenient. The live cooking stations at the breakfast buffet were exceptional, preparing whatever we asked for. Before check-out, the front desk agent noticed our luggage, held an umbrella for us all the way to the car, and when we realized we forgot to get our parking voucher, she stood in the rain to help process it and watched us leave.

Next to it is the small commodity city, building materials stores, etc., there are many food stalls nearby, takeaways can also be delivered upstairs, there will be life noise, the location is still very convenient. But the parking space downstairs of the hotel is tight, and there is no place to stop when it is late. In addition, thank the front desk staff for upgrading the room. The bed is very close to the TV. Adults can pass sideways and send a breakfast. The choice is quite good and praises.

Yanda Leiprobably best hotel in the local. Excellent complimentary breakfast in Chinese style, excellent swimming pool for familiesļ¼very close to a local market (around 5 min walking ) - great to learn about local culture.
something that needs to be improved:
1) some guests are smoking inside the hotel including lobby and restaurant - my family is sensitive to the smell but no other choices. A common problem very challenging for all hotels in China.
2) a side table between two beds has very sharp corners - when kids play around it, may get hurt
3) hotel may not offer match in the hotel - it is kind of encouraging people smoking inside the room
4) there is sign reading ā no smoking in the bedā. It indicates that it is ok to smoke as long as not in the bed.
5) breakfast is great during weekdays and ārestricted supplyā during weekends when a big tour group is there.
6ļ¼ first time I know, a 4-star hotel does not have air conditioning (AC) in May, even it is 30 Celsius outside. This hotel will open AC probably in June.

The front desk staff was warm and polite and the check-in speed was very fast. The location is excellent and it is very convenient to travel and eat.
