They also provided both soft and firm pillows, and we each selected one that suited us, ensuring a very comfortable night's sleep. For breakfast, there were soft options like congee and steamed buns, which were perfectly to our liking. The staff were all incredibly polite and spoke softly. They were also very responsive and always ready to assist whenever we needed anything. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, making our trip truly wonderful!"

"Leaving the hotel with a heavy heart, this marks my third stay at Mr. Du Hotel. Each visit brings a new story. On my last stay, I accidentally left an item of clothing behind. This time, shortly after I checked in, Sister Yu from the 12th floor promptly returned it to me, delivering it right to my room. I understood then that it wasn't just about a piece of clothing; it reflected the thoughtful dedication and effort of all the hotel staff. It genuinely warmed my heart, truly touched me. A simple 'thank you' felt utterly inadequate. Then there's a second story: Today, I had an early start, needing to leave for Beijing at 6:00 AM, but breakfast officially begins at 7:00 AM. I mentioned this to the restaurant server, who said she would check with her supervisor. The next day, when I checked out at 6:00 AM, the kind lady at the front desk handed me a breakfast box. Due to the tight schedule, I didn't get a chance to ask for the name of the server in the restaurant. This time, a 'thank you' simply doesn't convey my immense gratitude. My deepest respect goes out to the staff, and kudos to Mr. Du Hotel. Through your actions, you truly embody and exemplify what 'service awareness' and the 'true essence of service' are all about."

"This place is suitable for travel and vacation. The Wenshui Hou queen bed means that the building at the back is not the main building. The service is good. I was in a hurry to catch the car. I checked out directly when I met the staff when I went out. The deposit was refunded immediately. There was no trouble. I went to the front desk and dragged my luggage. It was really inconvenient, so I took a taxi and left directly from the north gate. It was really good. This place is in the town. A taxi is about 8 yuan. It is very cheap to go east from the north gate to eat in the town. After you are full, it only takes more than 20 minutes to walk back. Linyi fried chicken is so delicious"
Aohua International Hot Spring Hotel
"Service: After check-in, you need to drive there yourself. I told the front desk it was my first time there and I didn't know the location of the private hot spring room. The front desk told me to find the security guard, who told me to find it myself along the road. Luckily, there was only one road, and I found it quickly. The private hot spring room I booked included breakfast. The dining area was on the second floor where I checked in, and it was a 5-minute drive back to the room (I don't recommend walking, it's a bit far). For the indoor hot spring bath, I called to ask a staff member to fill it with water. The staff member explained the switch and drainage method and left, so I had to operate it myself (the water filling switch automatically stops every 15 minutes, requiring repeated manual operation). No one mentioned that the indoor hot spring bath couldn't be filled with water. I started filling it before 5 pm, and at 5:40 pm I called customer service to report that it wasn't full. The staff member didn't come until 6:20 pm, informing me that it was only half full. I didn't know why, and I couldn't change my clothes, so I just sat on the bed and waited. At 9:10 pm, the staff member brought welcome fruit (two wilted apples and one coconut). The coconut was delicious. The next morning at 8 AM, I tried to refill the indoor hot tub myself, but it didn't work. I called room service again and was told the water valve wouldn't be turned on until 9:30 AM (no one had mentioned this beforehand). Amenities: The indoor hot tub is next to the toilet. Perhaps for safety reasons, it can't be filled to full; it's only half full, waist-deep for an adult sitting inside (Figure 2 shows the maximum water level). The room is quite old, and because of the hot tub, it's damp; there's mold in the door seams and along the walls. I took a shower on the second morning, which took about an hour, and the shower water started to cool down."

"The front desk lady was incredibly kind and gentle. Upon check-in, we received a heartwarming snack, and upon departure, a special gift. The attention to detail was exceptional, immediately earning our highest favorability. We stayed in the 'Mijing Tatami' room with our child. The room was clean and comfortable, and all toiletries were disposable. There was also a full-length mirror in the room. What I loved most was the pillow – it was so comfortable that I didn't want to get out of bed! The hotel facilities are very comprehensive. There's a quiet and charming cafe on the first floor, a sky garden on the sixth floor, a restaurant, a kids' club, and a gym. All the toys are from the high-quality brand Hape, and there's a huge selection of children's picture books! Our child had a blast and didn't want to leave, giving this old mom a much-needed break. The restaurant on the sixth floor has an absolutely stunning environment; every photo taken there turns out beautifully. Breakfast was very rich and satisfying for our little one, who kept saying how delicious it was! They even serve it until 11 AM, perfectly allowing us to sleep in and wake up naturally. Staying here with a child is great for photos and easy on mom! It completely met all my expectations for a hotel! 💯"
