From the time we booked the room, we communicated the arrival time by phone several times, arranged the room in advance, and saw that we brought a child to check in, and made a baby bed for us. The location of the hotel is very good, adjacent to Wanda, there is a night market downstairs, bustling and lively, and the transportation is convenient. GGuest UserThe stay at this hotel was simply amazing! As soon as I entered the hotel door, I was attracted by the warm atmosphere. The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, the check-in was quick and efficient, and they also introduced us to the hotel's various facilities and surrounding attractions in detail. The room was very clean and tidy, the bed was soft and comfortable, and people didn't want to get up when they lay down. The layout of the room is also very exquisite, all kinds of daily necessities are available, which can fully meet daily needs. The hotel's breakfast is also very rich and varied, the food is fresh and delicious, making people happy and satisfied. And the location of the hotel is very good, the travel is very convenient, the surrounding traffic is developed, and there are many shopping and entertainment places nearby. The hotel's service is not to say, the staff is always smiling, responds to the needs of the guests in a timely manner, and the service is particularly intimate.

The bedding and towels felt brand new, making for a truly comfortable stay. The hotel environment is incredibly peaceful; it's a wonderfully quiet spot tucked away in a lively area. I could completely relax in my room. Check-in at the front desk was super fast, and the staff were professional, warm, and had excellent service attitudes. The room facilities are comprehensive, and having a robot deliver items was a fantastic touch! The TV's picture quality was super clear and the sound quality was superb. The whole experience was just divine!

The ladies at the front desk were impeccably groomed, very presentable, and quite lovely. (Just a side note: I'm a woman, and I appreciate seeing beautiful people!) The bedding in the room was exceptionally comfortable, making it very easy to fall asleep. The hotel's self-service laundry facilities were excellent, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of dishes, catering to both local tastes and the diverse needs of out-of-town visitors – which is the most important thing.

Front desk staff member #1 had a great attitude. Overall, the experience was great value for money. Breakfast was plentiful and included local specialties.

老老路The night staff did not speak English. Not a problem for me but could be an inconvenience for some travelers. In the morning there was at least one girl who did speak English.
The hotel is quite clean and the decoration is similar to those 5 star hotels. Only one thing that I did not like was that I could not turn on the AC. When I tried there was a message on the screen saying that the main machine was not turned on. I guess that was the central unit. Besides that, everything was good.

AAnonymous UserWe arrived at the hotel in the late evening of 31st May. There was only one staff member at the counter, and she insisted on taking photos of our passports as well as individual photos of our faces, stating that it was the hotel’s policy.
We have travelled extensively across various cities in China, both big and small, and this is the only hotel that has required such procedures, which we feel *seriously infringe on our privacy*. This made us very uncomfortable, and we are genuinely concerned about how our personal data might be used or stored.
We were only staying for a few hours before leaving at dawn to catch an early flight the next morning.
