2. It is not a parent-child friendly hotel in the real sense. It has been confirmed that pets can be brought before departure and no cleaning fee is charged, but there is no place for dogs to play, and there is no infrastructure. After check-in, occasionally there will be staff members who ask if they can bite. In the case of already holding the rope, I will tell you to pull it again. But the main problem should be that my dog is golden retriever and is too big."

Every corner was spotless, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. The hotel location and landscape is top notch for this region. Kids friendly - the indoor playground was amazing! We enjoyed the great service from the staff, especially Ms Xiang, who was very warm hearted and helpful.
Can not expect the hotel to be a real 5-star compared to the well developed tourism places, some areas of improvement: many people still smoke inside the facilities - including the public hot spring area, swimming pool, even the hotel lobby. Some of the facilities inside the room are not well maintained - be sure to check them and request for fix or change the room if needed. But for this area, I’d highly recommend this hotel for family stay and a very relaxing experience at a reasonable price.

We just arrived at the hotel, Lisha took the initiative to help pull the luggage, lead the way to the room, and introduce us to the surrounding attractions and environment, very professional; Before we came that day, we took the children to play in the water on the river beach. It suddenly rained and got a shower. My daughter-in-law felt uncomfortable when she arrived at the hotel. I wanted to catch a cold and have a fever. Please ask the hotel if you can help cook some ginger soup. The hotel immediately coordinated the restaurant to do it. I didn’t think that Lisha personally pushed the car and sent a large portion. Our family drank a bowl of ginger soup to drive the cold. At night, the daughter-in-law finally had a fever. Lisha sent the location of the county hospital and sent a few bottles of water. I can boil more hot water for the daughter-in-law to drink. This intimate makes us very warm; Because the daughter-in-law still fell ill, I decided to continue for another night at night, but because the room was very tight on weekends, I went to the front desk to apply for a renewal and learned that there was no room. Li Sha learned the situation and took the initiative to contact me and help me solve the problem of renewal. I was very touched to be able to live in the original room. The next day, if you want to eat nearby characteristics, please recommend Lisha. The hotel was newly opened in 2025 and all aspects were very new. I stayed in August and the room, aisle and elevator rooms smelled. Therefore, if you stay in the room for 25 years, it is recommended not to live in a room facing the high-speed entrance. If you open the window for ventilation, the noise is relatively loud. The window is really quiet.
Breakfast is more abundant.

QQingshanyutuo在七巢住過很多次了，離皖西學院也近考試方便，基本上每次考試都會選在這裏，以前住的都是靠近內側的房間，環境比較安靜，這一會選了靠裏，面朝月亮島方向的房間，有扇大窗户，房間格局也中規中矩，但是隔音效果真的很一般，甚至是差，考試前一天還趕上外面唱歌，足足吵到凌晨四五點鐘，還有桌球撞台的聲音，一直被吵到接近三點才睡着，睡了四個小時，睡眠體驗可以説是很糟糕了。
