We really enjoyed our experience at Fengduo W Hotel. The hotel is very well situated (in front of a food market and near Century underground mall). Lobby (5th floor) is massive and clean. Our room (7th floor) was spotless and spacious. The hotel was evidently recently renovated, the detailed finishing work is nice. Our breakfast was a chinese-styled breakfast (eggs, stir fry, congee, dumplings, treats, espresso and juices). Check-in and check-out was seamless, and overall a good experience.

23號凌晨1點多到酒店。店員告知中午12點前退房。當時還特意詢問能否延遲到14點 店員一副不耐煩 説攜程訂的延遲不了。在華住會預訂的才可以 並再次説道 該套房房源緊張 也不能續住！當天中午11點50分並打電話致房間提醒並催促退房。如果超過12點未退房 將產生費用。30/H 很不理解！我們也是華住會會員也是攜程會員。衹是在攜程訂的酒店而已 就被戴着有色眼鏡對待 對於我們經常出差/遊玩的 以後不會再住全季酒店啦！ （希望酒店服務工作者 多去看看最近上映的“蜜語記”
