"No problem at the hotel, service is good! However, I am very disappointed with Zhongan Insurance recommended by Ctrip. The insurance includes itinerary delay insurance. After the insurance is submitted, information is requested and the application is refused. Everyone pays special attention when choosing insurance."

"This stay was great! The hotel is in an excellent location and convenient for travel. The room is spacious, bright, clean, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, which gave me a good night's sleep. The service is impeccable, and the staff are warm and thoughtful, and they are always responsive. The breakfast is rich and delicious, with a wide variety. The facilities are complete, including a gym and a swimming pool. Highly recommended to everyone!"

"Lobby and food area very nice and clean, well stocked with fresh breakfast items, good variety. Coffee and hot chocolate available is very nice. Breakfast Girl keeps area very clean. Staff was attentive and friendly, asked if we needed anything. Renovation going on, pool closed. Rooms are in need of serious updating, we stayed last year at this time and still dated and used. TV/dresser drawers wouldn't stay shut, cardboard holding up one side under leg, bathroom cabinet was worn, toilet seat moves side to side. Room temp was comfortable. Hotel is in a convenient area, close to all local highways, good foods, fast and sit down."
