"Extremely convenient, whether it's getting from the airport to the hotel or from the hotel to the bus station. It's clean and comfortable, and the mattress is on the firmer side. There's a direct, covered walkway from the airport to the hotel, and the distance is quite manageable. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Plus, there's a Costa Coffee downstairs."

"Hotel was a little old fashioned in the build, Service was good. The Aviation bar with a view was fantastic, The price of drinks wasn't. £7.40 for a larger that costs me £3.90 in my local. Hotel room was clean & very presentable but old fashioned. Parking was expensive @ £18 a night."

"For those who need to go to Terminal 5, it's a pretty good choice for an overnight layover. Apart from the hotel restaurant, there's also a McDonald's nearby, and within walking distance, you can find delicious Turkish kebab. Just remember to pay attention to the bus schedule and the location of the bus stop for the next day to the airport. (We and other strangers who were also going to the airport originally waited for the bus across the hotel, but it didn't stop and drove away. We had to quickly check the information and walk to the bus shelter at the other end of the hotel.) In any case, I wish all travelers good luck."

"Convenient Location Near the Airport, but Check-In Process Needs Improvement The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, with just about a 10-minute bus ride to Heathrow. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. However, the check-in process was quite slow, taking nearly half an hour to complete. This inefficiency was frustrating and detracted from an otherwise positive experience. Improving the check-in efficiency would greatly enhance the overall guest experience."

"This is the second time I’ve stayed at the Radisson Red in the past month due to flying from Heathrow. It is also the second time that checking in was chaotic, with the self check in computers not working and this not being resolved with increased or quicker staff. Moreover, the staff have a habit of not making eye contact with you, not acknowledging you, not really managing the chaos or reassuring properly. In the end, I waited in a queue for around half an hour to check in. People are naturally tired when they get to an airport hotel- the staff need to show some awareness of that. Then in the morning, I asked when the next shuttle to heathrow was and was informed, 2 minutes. I waited for 25 minutes and no bus. I went back to reception to ask what was going on and was told ‘it’s heathrow that run the bus, not us.’ It was yet more unhelpful at tidied and an unwillingness to be at all accountable."

"I had an unpleasant encounter with a thin, elderly white lady working in the downstairs restaurant. She was very unfriendly. When I accidentally picked up the wrong cup to get water, she aggressively scolded me and demanded I leave immediately. This made me feel utterly disrespected and left me incredibly angry and speechless. Other than this incident, everything else was acceptable."

"I had booked a king-sized room for 9 nights. Surprisingly, there was another extra single bed so I could use the room space to sort out my clothes without messes. 😁 Although there was no bathtub in my room, I felt totally comfortable and privacy within. It never fails my expectations to see that the room was always kept clean and tidy after coming back from my activities every single day. It takes only about 7 mins to get to the hotel directly from Heathrow Central Bus station. You should not miss out the intercontinental breakfast it caters for guests daily at a price of £13. I simply love it and I got to savour it on the last day of my stay there. Yes, I will certainly come to stay at Leonardo London Heathrow Airport Hotel again if I should visit again! "This hotel isn't far from Heathrow Airport. You can easily take a public bus from the hotel to any terminal or from the airport to the hotel for just £1. The hotel shuttle, on the other hand, costs £6.80 one way, and frankly, the public bus is often more convenient with frequent services. The hotel itself has a bit of an old-fashioned vibe, but the facilities and interiors are quite comfortable, and the bedding is good. The only minor issue is that the door isn't very soundproof, but otherwise, everything was fine. Breakfast at the hotel is £20 per person, but there's a McDonald's nearby where you can get a full meal for about £5. The British guy at the front desk was very welcoming during check-in, asking if I needed food, a wake-up call, or a taxi service. Overall, a good experience and highly recommended! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻"

"Great location, bus stop right outside for quick and efficient buses to and from airport. Friendly staff. Quick check in and check out. Nice bar for a few drinks and food and also a great gym. Would definitely stay again."

"The hotel room was clean and tidy. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is not walkable from the airport, it needs to take a public bus from the Terminal 2 Central Bus station or using the Holiday Inn group shuttle bus (GBP6.80). Alternative means are Uber and taxi. The choice of food at breakfast is limited but reasonable. There are 24 hours free coffee and tea at the lobby pantry. The hotel shares the fitness centre with the Holiday Inn hotel next door. The hotel only serves room service food but you may dine at the restaurant at Holiday Inn. If you need to grab cold drinks or snacks, there is a grocery store after 20 mins' walk. There were problems with the room key cards which they automatically reset if you touch the card with electronic devices. We had exchanged 3 times for the key cards and the hotel staff apologised for the inconvenience."
