"Perfect, very clean, attentive, great spa, I want to repeat, there is a swimming pool around the villa, it must be spectacular to be there in summer and be able to have lunch and dinner in their restaurant.
Please note that I left my tablet in the villa and they were very kind to keep it for me and the reception staff were very friendly"

"The public areas of the hotel are very beautiful, with a perfect combination of history and modernity. The hotel has a tennis court, a swimming pool and a free sauna, which are much larger than I thought. I recommend that you book a suite above the basic room type, which will be much better than the basic room type. There are not many breakfast options and the taste is average, but there is a very cute kitten near the kitchen. The key point is that the room is completely dark after the curtains are drawn, which is very friendly to people who have high requirements for the sleeping environment. The basic food in the hotel tastes average and needs to be improved, but there is a Michelin restaurant, which we did not have time to taste and should be good."

"Das Hotel wurde sehr schön renoviert. Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr gross, bieten jedoch allen Komfort. Die Zimmer sind hübsch gestaltet. Der Poolbereich ist sehr gross, hat aber viel Potential zur Verschönerung.
Im gesamten entspricht das Hotel einem 4*-Hotel. Perfekt zum Golfen, schnell in den Pool springen und wieder golfen gehen. Die Übernachtungspreise sind sehr fair."

"莊園風景好，充滿西班牙風情，房間清潔，是我在歐洲住過數一數二乾淨整潔的房間，每天醒來望着莊園上的橄欖樹，心情都變得很好。
其中一晚參加了莊園舉辦的橄欖油tasting menu,食物質素很好，酒水亦都不錯。
酒店的泳池雖然少，但也足夠游泳。
唯一美中不足就是早餐雖然美味，但實在太重複了，住了四個晚上，到最後一天早餐真的吃膩了。
因為莊園是在山上，需要由市中心駕駛25分鐘左右才能到達，因此只推薦自駕遊的旅客。"

GGuest UserDas Hotel war sehr sauber und das Frühstück ein Traum. Am Pool waren immer freie Liegen zu haben und es wurde extrem auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit geschaut. Mehrmals pro Stunde räumten Mitarbeiter am Pool oder in der Lobby kleinere Unordnungen auf und wischten die Tische ab. Die Ausstattung war absolut ausreichend. Eine Nacht war etwas Baustellenlärm zu hören und Geschrei vom Nachbarhotel, aber was will man am Ballermann erwarten. Wieder erwarten waren eher weniger Partytouristen, sondern auch viele normale Urlauber da

NNo_return_dateThis place is a party hotel, and if you are put in a room next to the rooftop bar, you’ll get no peace until very early in the morning when they shut the music off. Additionally, I had an issue with the lock on my door. I waited for them to send someone up to fix it, but after a while I gave up Because I wasn’t waiting at the door the repair man didn’t fix the door so when I finally came back, the door still wasn’t fixed this wasted hours of my day. The location of this hotel is really good essentially right on the beach, but there are a lot of other drawbacks that make this place, not ideal

WWwtknoyb itsjustmeIf one wants to visit the El Arenal Area of Palma de Mallorca, the Hotel has the ideal location. It is easy to reach by Bus A51 (only two stops from the Airport), which already departs at 5 a.m. in the morning on the way back and therefore making it possible to reach flights departing at 6:30 a.m. without the need of an otherwise expensive Taxi.
10 minutes stroll to the beach.
Receptionist on duty was from Austria, therefore she spoke, besides Spanish and English of course, fluent German - which is quite common in Palma.
The room was big and clean with a comfortable bed and a powerful A/C, but the walls are really thin. One can hear everything that is going on in other rooms as well as outside.

CCansua.Great hotel, nice location. We really liked it, everything was clean, breakfast was plentiful and there was something for everyone. Pool great view very clean, gladly again anytime. Nice staff all very friendly, will not be the last time.

JJames Downs-FordDidn’t go for the food package so would have been nice to have some sort of tea and coffee making facilities and possibly a small fridge already in the room. I did notice a poster at reception for a fridge with €40. Not sure if this is a deposit or a charge.
Location is good with access to both EMT and TIB busses, EMT is cash only and TIB allows you to tap on and off with a regular bank card.
Prepare for your bathroom to become a slippy wet room, as the cleaners never replace wet towels or floor mats. The shower quickly overflows. Also to fit on the toilet the right way you’d have to be 4”2 so you have to sit on it sideways as the wall is right in front of it.

AAnonymous UserIt’s rather basic and not very close to the beach, a lot of hotels nearby. The staff is nice, the hotel is rather clean. The bathroom and furniture needed renovation.
Cozy area by the pool, to relax with a drink or a book.
A bit overpriced for the service and quality of accommodation it offers.
