"I was passing through Liyang this time and stayed at the Ibis Styles. The hotel was very nice. The lobby was spacious and elegant. The room was also quite large, and the bedding was new, clean, and very comfortable. The bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub. Breakfast for two was only 49 yuan extra, and the buffet was very extensive. Wanda Plaza is right across the street, making it very convenient for dining. The price was reasonable and I was very satisfied. I would stay here again if I were to visit Liyang again."

Aiqi Hot Spring Resort Hotel

There are two bedrooms in a three-bedroom apartment. I stayed for two nights and the overall comfort level was pretty good. I traveled in the off-season and it was relatively clean. I played in the outdoor swimming pool for a while on the afternoon of the day I checked in. It rained when I came back from Nanshan Bamboo Sea the next day. , so I didn’t have a chance to play on the artificial beach I planned to go to, so I just watched TV shows in the room. The facilities in the B&B are actually quite rich, but they are charged separately!
The staff at the B&B have a good sense of service. They will take the initiative to help carry the luggage. If there are any problems, they will call the front desk and deal with them in time. However, the only thing that can be improved is that if it rains the next night, the front desk will send a quilt. Paper towels, the quilt and paper towels sent by the staff were wet. When I asked for a replacement, the other party said that it was not wet enough and asked them to cover it on the outside. I was a little surprised at the time. In fact, it was off-season when we checked in. , the rooms next to it are all empty, and you can flexibly bring the paper towels and quilts from the empty room and replace them. This point still needs to be strengthened, because it is unreasonable to let guests use wet quilts! (Of course, after my repeated insistence, the waiter went to the empty room next door and brought me dry quilts and paper towels)
Due to the off-season occupancy rate, the breakfast buffet has been changed to a customized meal for one person. Because of the cost involved, it is understandable and quite acceptable. It is not as perfunctory as expected, and the restaurant staff are also very enthusiastic. !
Although it has only been open for less than two months, we found that some parts of the room have been damaged. There is a problem with the hinge of the door of one of our rooms. There is an abnormal sound when closing the door and it takes a lot of effort to close it tightly. Secondly, the light in the shower area is too dim. , I don’t know if it’s intentional or it’s due to the wattage of the light bulb!
PS: The hotel cooperates with Nanshan Bamboo Sea Scenic Area, and you can enjoy a 20% discount on ticket purchases by registering at the front desk.

GGuest UserFacilities: Very complete, smart bathroom is very convenient, you can think of the needs, if you can have a makeup mirror, it would be better to put a trash can next to the mirror. There is also a tent in the parent-child room, and the small bed is very cute.
Hygienic: Every place visible to the naked eye is very clean, and the room that people can rest assured that there is no smell. I used to bring disposable bedding, but this time it was useless.
Environment: A few minutes drive from the scenic spot. The interior decoration is my favorite style.
Service: The pick-up service is thoughtful, the group communication is built in advance, the breakfast is rich and nutritious, because I don't want to live on the first floor, I upgraded the parent-child room on the second floor, and did not make up the difference.

GGuest UserThe service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there.
The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it.
The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴.
So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake.
Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel.
Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place.

SSamierFor three days and two nights, I am very grateful to Mr. Du Fang, who saved me a lot of thought and time for this driver + escort + photography + photo editing and editing, referred to as my husband, thank you very much.
The most intuitive advantage is that it is very close to the scenic spot, and the hotel has sent a ground cable ticket. You can catch up with the small train and the ground cable all the way to see the pandas before the bus group goes up the mountain. After all, the two cat cubs are the sons of Figure 2 after noon.
The second is the private soup spa. My wife soaked for three hours and then praised it for three days.
The third is the chestnut roast chicken and pork ribs roast bamboo shoots in the Chinese restaurant. We also packed a special chestnut. In fact, there is no need to drink fish head pot. The breakfast and afternoon tea in the western restaurant (Figure 1) are not bad either. But for coffee, we both recommend the iced coconut latte from the automatic coffee machine in the lobby, and the coffee for breakfast is bitter.

Customer service - from the moment I checked in, I received friendly, helpful, and sincere customer service. I was given help when I asked about buses to Yushui hot spring. The breakfast was very delicious (eggs, salad, noodles, bacon, yoghurt, cakes, baozi, corn, sweet potato, rice, soup, and more).

DDORISTAOOMy boyfriend and I celebrated our 10th anniversary together. We wanted to find a quiet place where we could spend the day alone. We compared many hotels on Ctrip and finally chose Hegu Village. After arriving at the B&B, I can only say that it completely met my initial expectations. It is located in a valley and has a kind of hidden beauty. Sitting under the eaves of the room and daydreaming, I felt like I could relax for the whole day and say goodbye to the hustle and bustle of the city. This feeling of returning to nature is great. The B&B service is also very considerate. The housekeeper will contact us in advance, set up a group, introduce the facilities of the B&B, and reserve meals. We ordered a set meal for 2 people, which was delicious and large in quantity. The breakfast was a set meal, which was also delicious. Before leaving, the housekeeper also gave me peanuts that they grew themselves~

The location is extremely convenient, with plenty of parking spaces and charging equipment. It is surrounded by green mountains, and the environment is elegant and quiet, as if you are in a paradise. Because we are two adults and two children, we were upgraded to a loft room on the second floor for free. It is spacious and bright, with excellent lighting, clean and tidy, and a fruit and beverage basket was given. The details show the care of the homestay owner.
In terms of facilities, the toilet drains slowly and needs to be pressed for a longer time. But other homestays really have everything, and they are all very modern. The swimming pool is just under the outside window👇, which is great!
It is particularly worth mentioning that the homestay owner also provided thoughtful service and suggested that we go to the hotel for dining and swimming, saying that the swimming pool there is larger and more comfortable, which makes people feel very thoughtful.
In addition, the staff of the homestay are all handsome men and beautiful women, and they will say hello, which makes people feel full of enthusiasm.
In the B&B, you can not only enjoy the comfortable accommodation environment, but also taste the local fruits, which is really a pleasure to stay in.

GGuest UserWe booked the Deluxe Suite, and the room was awesome! Nice furniture's, everything was cleaned well, and the daily service was also very good.
We really liked that the hotel was not so crowed, and the owner could fulfill us every special requirement we had (explain sightseeing trips, provide ticket buying support, organize pick up service, order flowers, etc.). Compared with big hotels with thousands of people as a guest in this hotel you feel very valuable, they really try to take care of you so you can enjoy your stay.
The environment is very silent, when you wake up in the morning you can enjoy the silence, listen to the birds and enjoy the view at the lake.
Tho hotel is very close (only around 5km) to Nanshan Bamboo forest and also to the Yushui hotsprings, which makes it also very convenient.
We really appreciated the service in this hotel and would definitely come back in future.

AAkengThe hotel has a beautiful and quiet environment. Every step you take brings you a new view. Special thanks to the housekeeper Xiao Xu for the careful arrangement, free room upgrade, and meticulous and thoughtful tips, which made us feel the enthusiasm and sincerity of the hotel. Although the hot spring is not big, it is enough to soak away the fatigue brought by the mountain climbing and have a good night's sleep. The breakfast is mainly Chinese and tastes good. The hotel is also close to Nanshan Bamboo Sea and Dajue Temple. It is worth coming again!
