Auntie's cooking skills are good. We had dinner for 2 days. We made a reservation one day in advance and visited the attractions recommended by the boss. We went there three days after the National Day. There were not many people. The water pump was used for too long, which would cause the water pump on the third floor to fail to pump up cold water. The rooms have floor heating and air conditioning, clean and tidy, and different styles. Although it is a homestay, the quality of paper and toilet paper provided is very good, and the mineral water is provided in sufficient quantities. The facilities are complete, the KTV sound quality is good, the songs are complete, and the projection, TV mahjong chess and cards are all available. The battery of the microphone is ready for spare electricity. Disinfection cabinets, microwave ovens, all household appliances are sufficient, and I ate two hot pots in the villa, and I was as comfortable as at home. Breakfast is homemade, and the next morning's big wonton with the sauce bought by Nanshan Bamboo Sea is excellent. 挺好的，離天目湖和南山竹海都近，開車大概20分鐘就到景區了，在兩景區的中間段吧，也靠竹山，晚上安靜，白天挺熱鬧的，挖筍，爬山的人挺多，步行10鍾就到鎮上，買東西逛逛也方便

MMatibengaThe service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there.
The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it.
The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴.
So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake.
Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel.
Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place.

When you checked in, you asked the front desk if it included three breakfasts and told you the time~ But when I came downstairs in the morning, I said that no one had made breakfast because no one else was eating. They wanted to make some noodles for us~ and then gave us two bowls of noodles. Let’s give some to the baby. . Is it so difficult to just give a small bowl to a child? . It is recommended that if you are bringing children, you should bring some bread, milk, etc.~~

The most intuitive advantage is that it is very close to the scenic spot, and the hotel has sent a ground cable ticket. But for coffee, we both recommend the iced coconut latte from the automatic coffee machine in the lobby, and the coffee for breakfast is bitter.

GGuest UserThis is one of the best vacations I have ever been on. The hotel location is beautiful, if you are a nature lover then this is a place to visit. There is a lot of fun things to do within the area. There are hot springs, boat riding, quad biking, zip lining and children’s play areas just to name a few. A lot of these activities are within walking distance from the hotel and if you’re not a fan of walking, the hotel provides free transportation to all the surrounding sites and amenities. The room was spacious and the staff cleaned the room thoroughly every morning. The views from our room were stunning and the service was flawless. My family and I will definitely be returning and we’ll be recommending it to everyone. 👍🏾🥰

Although the hot spring is not big, it is enough to soak away the fatigue brought by the mountain climbing and have a good night's sleep. The breakfast is mainly Chinese and tastes good. The hotel is also close to Nanshan Bamboo Sea and Dajue Temple. It is worth coming again!

NNicoleneOverall the stay wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t great. I just wanted to say that the staff are amazing, super helpful and assisted when they could but I did have to ask for help often. The pool is basically still water as it doesn’t have a filter , so there was algae in it, which isn’t great.. the bath was broken but they said people don’t use them, my friend and I wanted to use it as that’s why we booked this hotel so we ended up fixing it ourselves. Lunch and dinner options were limited and they don’t really have a cook most the time. You call get a didi to the hotel but you they won’t pick you up there unless you prebook, the hotel can give you a contact for a driver and he’s amazing and willing to work for a full day with out worry, his prices are low and he even spoke to people when we needed tickets to attractions so we didn’t have to use a translator app. Overall the stay was lovely, but it’s not ideal if you want to travel around.
