"This trip to the Dong Village was a true gem thanks to this B&B!
I was traveling with a friend. When choosing a B&B, my friend read reviews saying it was relatively new and clean, and the owner was a young man [grin]. He thought he knew how to navigate the area and would definitely give us some reliable tips. So, we decided on it, and not only did it live up to our expectations, it exceeded them by a ton!
The B&B owners are two incredibly nice brothers, especially the younger brother, who was born in the 2000s. He's handsome, fun, and enthusiastic, providing attentive service throughout our trip. A driver was arranged to pick us up as soon as we got off the high-speed train, and he even personally drove us to the station before we left. He shared tips ahead of time and answered all our questions about food, drinks, and entertainment. His service was above five-star! His interactive nature made the trip even more enjoyable.
The B&B's location is also fantastic, right next to the terraced rice field parking lot and a short walk from the village shuttle bus stop. If you want to take photos of the sunrise and sunset at the Tang'an Terraces, the bus stop is right outside your door. If you want to go inside the village to explore and eat, the shuttle bus stop is right at your doorstep. The B&B is also off the main street, making it a very quiet place to sleep at night. I was also very pleased with the room; it was spacious, newly decorated, and fully equipped. The washer and dryer were a lifesaver, and the daily necessities were thoughtfully provided. Even the hair dryer had just the right amount of wind—I loved it! The bedding was spotless and incredibly comfortable!
There was plenty of fresh fruit in the lobby—plums, grapes, peaches, and passion fruit—all incredibly sweet. But the most surprising thing was the breakfast prepared by the owner's mom. The crispy pork rice noodles were freshly cooked and absolutely delicious. They also had homemade porridge, mini buns, bread, eggs, and even milk—you could eat until you were full!"
