The room is very old, but there are two big 𥦬 households blowing very 𨥤 clothes, I like to have windows open, there is a small room to dry clothes, go to the airport I booked at the front desk, it is a business car is big, the driver put English music for you to listen to

The hotel is very close to the big supermarket, good location and complete facilities. The room on the side of the big supermarket is relatively quiet. The hotel breakfast is very rich. You can see the city view of Lima above the 5th floor. Recommended!

To be honest, this hotel has a big gap compared to Cusco Marriott. The waiter's attitude is a bit arrogant. Without Marriott's kindness, patience and fast speaking. There are also many cost-effective hotels in this area.

The location of the hotel is very good, simple, clean and affordable. The front desk staff are very enthusiastic. The next day I set up the itinerary to go to Rainbow Mountain. I said that I would look for a tour guide when I arrived. The front desk helped me make an appointment by phone in advance. The price is indeed more expensive than the actual

GGuest UserService was great as usual by the receptionist and really appreciate the warmth and smile from Stefanny. The swimming pool is a heated one so I could swim in it even though it was a cold day. Loved the welcome drinks and the amenities (coffee machine, body lotion, body shower, hand soap, shampoo, thick and soft tissue paper). The beds and pillows are comfortable, there’s a usb charger at the table. It’s a really convenient place near Kennedy park. Note that no cotton pad or cotton buds, toothbrush, shower cap were provided but I am ok with that. Security was really nice too, was waiting for Uber at night by the street and he would walk out to wait with me just to be safe.

RRohitWe wanted a hotel super close to the airport and this hotel was the perfectly located for that. At barely 5 minutes away from the airport, it was super easy to get to. They even run an airport drop-off shuttle every 15 minutes. The breakfast is great and the rooms are clean and appropriately set up. The only concern I had was that it took close to 15 minutes before we could be checked-in at about midnight because there was only one person running the front desk when all these travelers were coming in.

Pping927We arrived early in the morning, the front desk gave me two more bottles of water, and then two days were sent to the room for free as required, very satisfied. Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, 7 sets can always find what you like. I chose my favorite English breakfast, and the fruit platter delivered was awesome. The surrounding shops and supermarkets are very convenient, the rooms are OK, it is recommended.

GGuest UserIt’s more like a 4 stars hotel but not 5 stars. It is still a very good hotel and we had a good stay. The heated rooftop swimming pool is a plus ! However, upon arrival, no one assisted us with our luggage. We had to bring all of them up to the room by ourselves. Some amenities are missing in the room, no toothbrush, nor cottons, shower cap and etc. No glassware and neither minibar in the room. It is a nice hotel but pls don’t expect a 5 star service and amenities.

JJhon GonzálezThe hotel is located in a very international and safe area, unfortunately the hotel has many things to correct such as:
* The hotel does not have something as basic as offering room service.
* The breakfast is very basic and offer no variety in the Buffet menu they have.
* They do not have an elevator to the parking lot, for those of us who rented a car, we had to park and walk up the emergency stairs since it was the only way to access the parking lot or back to the reception.
* The security people in the parking lot are uncourteous and never greeting anyone, they do their job very reluctantly.
* The internet on the 11th floor is superrrrrrrrrr bad, and for a business trip it is useless since the connection is very intermittent and you can not connect more than one device at the same time.
* The girl at the reception was sleeping at 4 AM when I came down to check out.
* The hotel does not have a swimming pool, gym or any exercise area.
To be a little honest, my stay was unpleasant at this hotel.

GGuest UserIt was a very clean a nice hotel with a provided breakfast that was delicious. We stayed in a room with a double bed and an overhead single bed and it was very clean and up to standards. The breakfast had outstanding food including eggs, cereal etc. All of the employees were very nice and accommodating. Overall a great experience

The water pressure is strong and the breakfast is okay. The location is also good.
Better managed than 5 star, the Mercure Ariosto Lima is a hotel you'll want to visit again.

AAndreasMThe Ibis Reducto in Miraflores offers a very good standard. We arrived at 4:30 a.m. and were able to check in without any problems and sleep well until checkout at 12:00 noon.
We were also able to leave our luggage in the hotel without any problems, where it was safely labeled and stowed away.
The room was very good and the comfortable beds made us sleep on cloud nine after the long flight. The bathroom with the warm shower and good water pressure was also a relief.
We can recommend this hotel without reservation.
Unfortunately, we cannot give any more detailed information about any of the other services such as breakfast, etc., as we did not use them that one night.
