"The servants at the desk were super friendly and helpful I was guided to my room. I usually wouldnt usually have a problem with that but I wasn’t sure what level to go to and it took me a while to find out how to turn the lights/power on. Other than that everything was great. The beds are huge and there’s a lot to watch on tv"

"I've stayed here several times. It was recommended by a customer. It's opposite his high school, hahahaha The hotel is quite nice, free breakfast. If you pay, it’s 130 RMB for a meal. It's a bit of a bummer that they only give you one bottle of water, but I told the cleaning staff that they'll give you an extra bottle."

"The triple room is much larger than the standard room. The sheets are a little stained, but I guess they can't be washed off. The facilities are relatively simple, no water, no shower gel, only soap. It seems like this in many hotels in South America. It's better to be in the city center than in the city. It's not too far from anywhere, but the main road at the door is full of traffic jams all day long."

"First point of note. This hotel is NOT at the airport. It's at the old airport which is no longer used. I got caught out by the reviews, which pissed me off. If you want to be right next to the airport, the hotel is Wyndham Grand Hotel Costa del Sol, and not the one I'm reviewing for. This hotel requires a ten minute shuttle ride to get to, and the area looks abandoned, which it is. That said, this hotel was all right. The breakfast was good but they wouldn't allow early check in, unlike the Wyndham Grand which does allow it. The bath in the room was great. Because the area is abandoned there is no noise at night. Comfortable bed and pillows. All in all I would not have stayed here had I known this hotel is at the old airport. I would've stayed at the Wyndham Grand instead, which looks much nicer and newer and really is right across from the new airport. I had a good enough stay but the lack of letting an early check in makes me not recommend this old looking hotel. Stay at the Wyndham Grand instead. Looks a hundred times nicer than this hotel and is way more convenient."

"The service is not very good. I stayed for three days, but only two bottles of free water were provided on the first day. After that, they were not replenished when the room was cleaned. I called to ask for more, but they didn't give me any. Although I know that it is possible to buy it, is the standard of two bottles per day to be met?"

"Check-in was slow, the room card was not very easy to use, I called mantenimiento and it was fixed quickly The room was quite large, with one large and one small bed, and the bathroom was separated into wet and dry areas Drinking water was provided upon check-in, and we went to Machu Picchu for two days in between, but the coffee was not renewed on the second day. The breakfast was very very good, very versatile At least they were all my favorites, and there were ginger shots, hummus, and soy milk. In short, the breakfast was quite comprehensive and I liked it very much! In addition, this area is very quiet and safe, and Chinese people can come here without worry. It is a pity that I did not experience the gym and swimming pool"

KKaren Elizabeth BiowThis is a concept Chic Hotel. I absolutely adore the design. I love the architecture I love the art. Breakfast was superb and quite eclectic. The hotel does have some snafus because it was newly built. The electricity went out once it was restored within 2 minutes but it brought the elevators down for about 20 minutes. If I would have had to go to the airport I would have been a problem. Also there is some slight air in the pipes so when you turn on the bathroom sink it makes a slight shaking noise which freaked me out a bit. I would unquestionably stay here again the swimming pool on the 13th floor is breathtaking but could be at the punch deeper and closes at 7:00 p.m. should close at 9:00 p.m. and they need a bar up there. I would say this is my favorite Hotel of the trip so far. I usually stay at the Sheraton but this hotel is so swanky and so Chic and close to great restaurants. I would also say that they should think about hiring a concierge because the stuff doesn't know very much about the local food scene probably because it's quite pricey.

SS_KKWe stayed in one of the deluxe rooms at Naia Miraflores and found the room to be spacious, clean, and the bed very comfortable. The location is also great — central and convenient for exploring Miraflores . However, our experience was let down by some frustrating service issues. We arrived around midnight for check-in, having reserved two rooms, and were informed that only one room was ready. We were asked to wait 20 minutes for the second room. We politely asked if we could be given a different available room type instead, but were told we had to wait. Despite check-in being from 3pm that day — and our having paid for the full night — the staff offered no explanation or alternative. It felt like our concerns weren’t taken seriously. Additionally, the shower water in the deluxe room was cold, which was another letdown. If you're arriving late, we recommend calling ahead to confirm your room is ready to avoid a similar inconvenience.

DDawei 007The location in Barranco is perfect. Such a beautiful area of Lima ....(BUT be prepared to pay a lot more for that cappuccino and cake!🤣) Bed must be one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Room was a decent siz and very clean.. Shower had hot water but the sink tap was quite pathetic!🤭 Owner sends lots of useful information after you have checked in, which is very helpful. My recommendations would be ice cream at Blu, and a trip to the water fountain park (5 sol admissions, excellent value). See it in the dayligh,t before the sunset, and stay to watch it come alive as darkness falls. Very easy to get there using Metropolitano. I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 nights here

NNicolasI will stay here again. I did find that the front desk staff were not eager to accommodate or help. I will absolutely never go to breakfast again. Breakfast is absolutely horrible from slimy eggs to poor choices. The only good thing about the breakfast was the juice bar. Otherwise everything else was horrible. Do not pay for a room with breakfast included and certainly don’t pay the 50PEN that they charge for breakfast absolutely no value to it. Many places around there to get breakfast and there’s an Oxxo around the corner. Where you can find a yogurt and some sweet bread and you’ll be much happier. Rooms are clean cleaning staff is very good. I will stay here again, but I will never eat there again.
