It's the first time I've encountered such a situation after booking hotels with Ctrip for so long. The last picture is the faucet in our room. The scale must have not been cleaned for a long time. Finally, I would like to ask, when I booked, Ctrip provided a service to upgrade the room, but I did not enjoy it when I arrived at the hotel. I don’t know if it is a problem of the hotel or Ctrip. In short, I am not satisfied with this stay."
