AAnonymous UserThe hotel staff provided friendly and professional service, but the room details were lacking. The cleanliness was poor. The mirror above the sink was stained, and dust covered almost every detail. Upon entering the room, I had to clean everything myself. The room was incredibly small, yet the price was significantly higher than other hotels of the same level and area. The lake view room was truly a stretch! It was 20 feet away and largely obscured by trees. It wasn't really a lake, just a pond! I really regret changing hotels mid-trip! The 4.9 rating is incredibly deceptive! Ctrip's credibility should not be undermined! So, I apologize for posting this review!

GGuest UserI drove here. In the commercial street, the security guard patiently found a parking space. It is very convenient to eat and play around. I must praise the front desk lady. The service is warm. I came down to wash my clothes and forgot to dry. Miss sister put it in the dryer. After the drying, it was folded. The room was very warm and asked the front desk lady to turn on the floor heating. Clean and tidy, there are many varieties of breakfast, and there are special Gaotang old tofu, I will choose here next time.

The front desk staff, several lovely young ladies, made a great impression with their warm and thoughtful service. They were very professional in recommending local attractions and cuisine in Linqing. Even the housekeeping aunties on each floor greeted us warmly and were always ready to help. The hotel's facilities, cleanliness, environment, and service are all top-notch!

It is very comfortable whether you take a stroll along the city wall or wander in the alleys of the ancient city at night. The room facilities are warm and have a small speaker. The cleanliness of the bedding needs to be improved. I didn't take pictures in the early morning. There was a hard stain, but I didn't think too much about it because I covered myself with the quilt inside out. The shower room drains slowly, and water accumulates after a while of showering. The Mulan Hotel where I stayed had central air conditioning just outside the window, which made a loud buzzing noise in the middle of the night. As the hotel was fully booked that day and it was already past midnight, there was only a new girl on duty at the front desk, so I endured it all night. I would consider staying here again, but I would not choose the Mulan room again.
