Resort does more & more ”nickel & dimeing” of petty charges now and petty service cuts (ie. coffee only supplied on first day). Building elevator service is not reliable. As this resort ages- more maintenance issues emerge !

My wife and I got married 10/7/22 and the Palms went above and beyond to help accommodate us and our guests (30 total). My wife and I stayed in the View penthouse, which was absolutely amazing, the styling, the service, the ”View” were all top of the line. We had a butler named James who was our saving grace, as you could imagine we are getting married out of state and we needed various things during our stay. One phone call away was James, not only is he the nicest guy around but he dropped everything he was doing to come assist us. From bringing us extra garbage cans to picking up our wedding cake in the lobby, the man did it all. He cemented his spot in our wedding memories because off his personality and work ethic, Thanks James!! P.S. he deserves two candy bars ;) After we got married in the desert we brought our guests back to the Palms and had dinner at the top of the fantasy town at a venue called the ”Moon”. The best way to describe this venue is just breathtaking. Every single person in our party was in awe at the view of the strip you had on top of the world. Also, the food and service that was provided during our reception was some of the best I've had. Half of our guests complimented the food saying things like ”This is hands down the best food I've had at a wedding” and ”You always remember a wedding because of the food, I won't forget this one”. Don't get me started on the bartender, John would have your next drink ready before you even stood up haha. Can't beat it. After our perfect wedding day just when I didn't think the day could get better, the Palms hooked us up with free tables at the Ghostbar, which is a one-of-a-kind experience, you're on the top floor of the Ivory tower with an incredible view and an amazing live band, such a cool venue as well! Palms thank you so so much for creating such an amazing experience for us and our guests, your service, atmosphere, and food will certainly not be forgotten. We will definitely be back! The Leonards

It is a pure hotel building, there is no ***, so it is very quiet. The farthest south hall from the convention center is only a 10-minute walk. It's a 10-minute taxi ride and a 20-minute walk from the ***** center. 15 minutes drive from the airport. Breakfast has fixed varieties every day. Scrambled eggs sausage bread milk cereal fruit. It is a very suitable hotel for business travel, but the only terrible thing is that it can't even connect to the wifi😅, and the hotel staff can't connect to various operations... a fly in the ointment!

From the moment I stepped out of my car the experience was 100% top notch. Employees are pleasant, helpful, smile, and simply made the difference in my stay. I didn’t want to leave it was that good. The staff was awesome, food was great, room was beautiful and the employees love working there. I asked a few and they all said they love working there. Wow!! Love to hear this! I love this place and have shared this experience with family. Now my family wants to experience this hotel when they return to Vegas! Job well done to the entire team. Every leader from the most Senior level to the front line employee should be commended for the awesome culture you have at this hotel. Thank you for making a difference.

The impression I got was that the hotel is trying to cheat customers out of money instead of providing high quality service. Hidden charges and no complementary water or coffee reek of a service below budget level. $25 charge for water in the room that should be complementary. $16 for Keurig cup coffee in the room. We stayed two nights at Delano side. Room cost is about 590USD.

Very nice hotel, just no refrigerator in the room to keep water or other drinks! However, the view from our room was amazing!

Good location and convenient to other MGM hotels. The swimming pool is small but had three of them. Good to chill out for a while. Need to prepare toothbrush and slipper.

The staffs are really friendly and the room was neat and clean. I really enjoyed the stays in Cosmopolitan. I'm very willing to visit Cosmopolitan again!

The hotel was very nice and had a good location, the problem was that I couldn't use the hair dryer because the electrical connection was damaged (it had signs that something burned) and for safety reasons from a fire I couldn't connect anything, but I had a concert and I couldn't do my hair 😔 the bathroom faucet couldn't be closed and the whole night it was leaking water, very sad so much waste of water, I told the cleaning people, but they only said to close it tightly But I'm sure that wasn't the problem, and the electrical connection, which had already been reported but had not been fixed🤷🏻♀️these problems are a priority in my opinion, and apparently the hotel doesn't care Even though I have such prestige, my stay was frustrating. I really hope that someone from the administration reads this comment and does something. My room was 309 on the 5th floor. Thank you

Hotel perfectly located on the Vegas strip (within walking distance of all the main attractions). The room was spacious and clean. However, the latter was poorly featured: you have to pay for everything, there’s not even a free bottle of water. For the price that we’ve paid, it was really disappointing.
