"Stayed an extra night for a second reservation. It was convenient to be down there and decided to stay longer because of the annual all summer pub crawl of Santa’s. This was the first meeting spot for the evening. It’s an easy walk back down Fremont because you can see the plaza the entire way. Things to improve on are simply the amount of days in the room and the cleanliness of the A/C-Windows."

"It is a pure hotel building, there is no ***, so it is very quiet.
The farthest south hall from the convention center is only a 10-minute walk.
It's a 10-minute taxi ride and a 20-minute walk from the ***** center.
15 minutes drive from the airport.
Breakfast has fixed varieties every day. Scrambled eggs sausage bread milk cereal fruit.
It is a very suitable hotel for business travel, but the only terrible thing is that it can't even connect to the wifi😅, and the hotel staff can't connect to various operations...

"Only stayed one night and regretted that I hadn’t stayed for the week. Great location, friendly, helpful staff and easy access to other side of Strip (MGM) for $6 on monorail (just under $14 for 24 hours) or $2 bus ride (slow but you can get your bearings if you have a few hours to spare and get a seat on top deck, front seats - may have to go to end of ride, change bus to achieve this). A 24 hour ticket costs $8. Bus goes to Fremont Street and also way beyond Mandalay. If arriving late at airport, I would recommend an Uber or Taxi to your destination. You can get a 108 bus to Sahara but wouldn’t recommend for solo lady travellers late at night."

"One of the best hotel in Las Vegas strip!!!👍 Room are excellent, space, facilities, full length window LV view w/ motorised curtains & Coffe machine in the room(2 thumbs up) The staffs are marvelous & friendly a true fortune of this hotel. GGuest UserHad a good stay. The pool area is very nice and the hotel is pretty clean. There are ice machines conveniently located on each floor and we had a great view of the pool area and the Sphere. Housekeeping was hit or miss when we called them. Once, they forgot to send towels up and once we were hung up on, but they cleaned the room well. Would be nice to be closer to the center of the strip, but it was still nice.

EeM.MSuper modern place, with an amazing view of the sphere. Clean enough, quiet, downstairs full of options for entertainment and restaurants or shopping. The room is quite big and the iron was inside the wardrobe. Good quality cosmetics in the bathroom. Parking available close to the building, tricky to find something on Friday/Saturday but it's normal for all casino's in Vegas for those days

EEnrico HaddeI love the location, the room is quite nice. The check-in service is friendly. However, we stayed for 3 nights and our room was not cleaned at all. They did gave us extra soaps and shampoo though when the housekeepers were cleaning the other rooms. We asked whether they will clean our room, the housekeeper replied that our room was not on her list.
The casino area is quite nice, but I think may need extra food places, there are few restaurants/food places, but they're selling pretty much the same thing (Cafe, Starbucks, Western food), the only different is Chi Asian (but only opens at night) and McDonalds. Would be great if there is another Asian cuisine or In N Out, or Mexican.

AAneeshvm123I am very happy to write this review. Overall, it was fantastic experience. The check-in process was smooth and the rooms which i was stayed were very clean, spacious and well equipped with necessary amenities.
The hotel ambiance was delightful, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The buffet were very nice and they got all kind of choices which makes it special.
From the hotel there were access to the nearby other hotels.
Overall, I had a memorable stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I look forward to returning in the future.

GGuest UserGreat location on the strip. Like how it’s linked to walk to other hotels & the monorail is handy, cuts out a little walking time!
Check in easy & staff very helpful. They even checked the notes sent to them via a third party for requests & were very accommodating with that.
One downer was the luggage storage after check out. Only one person doing it all which was ridiculous for a busy weekend, therefore creating a long queue & wait time!

GGuest UserThe hotel was very nice and had a good location, the problem was that I couldn't use the hair dryer because the electrical connection was damaged (it had signs that something burned) and for safety reasons from a fire I couldn't connect anything, but I had a concert and I couldn't do my hair 😔 the bathroom faucet couldn't be closed and the whole night it was leaking water, very sad so much waste of water, I told the cleaning people, but they only said to close it tightly But I'm sure that wasn't the problem, and the electrical connection, which had already been reported but had not been fixed🤷🏻♀️these problems are a priority in my opinion, and apparently the hotel doesn't care Even though I have such prestige, my stay was frustrating. I really hope that someone from the administration reads this comment and does something. My room was 309 on the 5th floor. Thank you

I am writing to express my deep appreciation to Mr. Fausto, who is a staff of Rio Hotel in Las Vegas.
Mr. Fausto is very kind and super helpful. I think Mr. Fausto is a treasure in Rio Hotel. Mr. Fausto helped me to find my lost iphone back in Las Vegas.
The thing is that, as on 31 May, 2025, I found that I lost my iphone after I took a taxi back to the Rio hotel Las Vegas. I went to cashier in Rio hotel and I found Mr. Fausto, and I told Mr. Fausto that I lost my iphone somewhere but I didn't sure where. He helped me all the way to find the iphone. Mr. Fausto helped me to call my mobile phone number and a taxi driver picked up the call. After some communications between Mr Fausto and the taxi driver, the taxi driver delivered my iphone back to the hotel and gave it back to me finally.
I am very happy to find my iphone. I enjoyed the stay at Rio hotel very much.
Therefore, I wish Mr. Fausto a great life and work. I also wish hotel Rio the best and succeed.

CCheungPeggyConvenient location. Off strip but close enough to the Strip, Chinatown (the good food!) and freeway. Free parking. The only down side I can think of is the small window by the bath tub. It’s a clear window with no curtain. We could see other rooms from that window, so we decided to use a towel to cover it up.

GGuest UserHit up this hotel in Vegas that’s pretty easy on the wallet and in a solid spot, just a 10-minute stroll from all the big shows at MGM Grand. Felt totally safe around there, even when stepping out at 5 AM for day trips, way before sunrise.
But, just a heads-up, during my week’s stay, housekeeping only swung by once, and they were kinda skimpy on the water, only two small bottles provided. Ended up feeling under the weather one day, stuck in my room feeling rough. Had to ask the staff for more water the next day, and they were super cool about it, hooking me up with five bottles right away.
