I can't possibly express how extraordinary this property and its staff are.. I took a big gamble and placed 6 of our business team here over a conference week even though it was a brand newly rolled out hotel and ****** (which can be problematic typically until they can smooth things out with a bit of time under their belts) but not here! From the very moment we arrived we have been treated like VVIPs in every single way by each and every staff member across the board starting with extraordinary automatic upgrades for our entire team by the utterly charming front desk clerks to absolutely beautifully appointed two room Royal Suites with fantastic views of The ***** and Sphere. The location for anyone attending the Convention Center is one of the best possible placements on the entire ***** and is an easy convenient walk back and forth. The ****** is one of the nicest that we have ever gambled in with gorgeous custom made and super comfortable table seating (just 5 to a blackjack table vs being crammed with 6) with high caliber dealers and pit bosses. The dining options are absolutely first class and exceed expectations in every way with an incredibly varied selection of options that did not disappoint a single time throughout our weeklong stay. Dons Prime stands out as not only the best steakhouse experience in Las Vegas but was voted by our group as one of the top ten restaurants we had all dined in EVER (and that's a high bar with this well traveled group)... Even the food court was exceptional with fantastic made to order bagel sandwiches in the mornings and fabulous pizza as a quick afternoon snack. The cocktail staff was also some of the best that we have experienced as well .. Special mentions go to the lovely lovely ladies at the utterly stunning Bleau Bar positioned at the epicenter of the ******. The girls that assist you with finding a table at this bar go above and beyond to accommodate in even the most hectic of circumstances and work really hard to stay on top of the table turns to move patrons through swiftly and flawlessly to make way for new guests. We experienced them twice and were blown away by how hard they worked to secure lovely seating for our group both times. I truly can't say enough good about this entire experience and we are now firm converts from our previous favorite Aria and are now 100% Team Fontainebleau any time we are in Vegas. Can't wait to return ! Well done on what had to be one very difficult road to get open and staffed to such a flawless effect.

Excellent location! Chose this hotel as it was one of the dropoff location for airport shuttles and Grand Canyon tour 👍 Beside Mirage and opp Venetian. So convenient! Paid extra for a room with strip view. Checked in and realised the view was blocked by the advertisement banner (refer pic 2) even though the checkin staff told us our room had a fantastic view. 😓 Was quite upset and husband suggested changing room. So i called reception and they told us to head down for a room change. Showed them the blocked view (refer pic 1) and they changed the room immediately 👏 Room was clean with dated furnishings. Bathroom slippers not provided so pls bring your own.

Great hotel with vibe. Exactly what you would look for travelling to vegas. Bryan from the front desk has an excellent 5 stars mindset.

This hotel was extremely expensive. $400/nite for our room over Labor Day Weekend. Our room was a queen double as we had 3 people staying, although towels were not supplied for 3 and we had to ask each day. We immediately noticed an odor when we entered our room which came from the carpet. The air circulation is very poor as it is located only on one corner of the room and aimed to blow only across that end of the room. No ventilation in the bathroom. For the price of the room you would think you would have a refrigerator and microwave but you don't. The only refrigerator was stocked with their items for sale and you were not allowed to use it for personal items. This meant you had to toss any leftover food from meals you purchased which were very expensive to begin with. At the pool, there were very few lounge chairs in the shade and no umbrellas available. It was over 100 each day so we could not spend much time there. Other than the pool, the only activity was gambling. The food courts also close early so the only option is one restaurant that is very limited in what you can order. Overall, I would rather be anywhere else than at this hotel or any of them in this area. Not very customer friendly at all.

I chose Station Hotel for a weekend getaway because it is off the Strip in Henderson. The website advertises a family friendly environment with Kids Quest, Cyber Quest, bowling, a theater, and shallow pool. DO NOT STAY HERE! It was the worst experience, and they have the absolute worst customer service. We were assaulted in the swimming pool; I was hit in the chest with a football and my 4-year-old was hit in the face with a football while in the pool. This large group of people (approx. 80-100 people) began screaming at us, swearing at us, getting in our faces. They were all drinking and appeared to be intoxicated. I immediately removed myself and my children from the pool and went back to our room. No one did anything to help. The lifeguards in the pool did not come to his aid, there was no security at the pool, this large group of people was also smoking ********* at the pool and no one working for the hotel or at the pool did anything to stop it. We complained to the pool manager Michael, who did nothing. We filled out an incident report with security and spoke to the hotel manager. Although she was friendly, all she did was remove the resort fee from our bill. This group of people who assaulted us in the pool were staying on the same floor as us. We had to move rooms for our safety. The room we were put in had dirty towels in the bathroom and garbage on the floor. All of this was put into our incident report. I contacted the corporate office and spoke to Todd at 702-547-7730 who screamed at me and told me he was going to “put the charges back on our bill” that the hotel manager removed after I complained. My recommendation is that you DO NOT STAY HERE or at any of the Station Hotel properties.

My leisure,libation,fun,enjoyment and pleasure all in one place. The exotic cuisine is authentic that’s why I find it to be perfect and excellent. The service is attentive and personal at it’s best. Keep me in mind everytime you want to make a deal in your promotions and marketing. I can use a break such as freebies, discounts, comps., free play, that are worth coming back for as incentive to get me in the house to patronize your business. Make it competitive for there are others that want my business as well but not attractive enough of a proposal for me to splurge and spend my social security and pension in wholeheartedly without regret and restraint. The most important thing is that I paint the town red, go gallivanting, find pleasure and enjoyment in everything I do and not be dissapointed and discouraged or disgusted and annoyed/irritated. Make me happy, is that so much to ask ? As I know for certain that the House always wins.

As normal, my reviews are usually based on how a particular hotel or restaurant rates in its class, and against similar competition. In other words, a Hampton Inn isn’t to be compared to say, a Four Seasons. And on that note; Gold Coast Hotel and ****** is not to be compared to The Palazzo, Wynn or The Bellagio, all of which are located on the strip. Located just a mile west of the strip, on W Flamingo, the location is actually better than expected. One can be on the strip in a 15-20 min walk. So, though not on the strip, it’s not as bad as some of the other comparable hotel ******s. We were in town to do a show, and needed ample parking for our trucks. So staying on the strip was out either way: That leaves a few select hotels that could accommodate us; and many of these are in rather sketchy areas. GC has a huge parking area in the rear, with easy access and multiple entries. Overall, it’s probably not as large as The Orleans, but certainly a better location in my opinion. And it’s absolutely light yrs better and much safer than the “Wild Wild West Days Inn” on Tropicana(in which I’ll say in bold text, STAY AWAY!”) The GC exterior seems the same as the day it was built: in other words, old and worn…lol. However, enter inside, and you’ll notice a much improved interior to its humble beginning. The decor still leans classic, but with a touch of modern: And overall actually, quite nice. There’s plenty of gaming, and several restaurants, including a TGIF, which I did not try, and a really good Chinese joint, which I did. The lunch menu was reasonable, and the quality was actually pretty good, if you want Chinese: And they’re open till 3am. Amenities here include a swimming pool(small), and a bowling alley. Neither of which I had time to use… Sorry Rooms: The rooms here have been updated with a fresh remodel at some point recently. A new Flatscreen tv, and a modern wardrobe add to the details. Note: I was one floor from the top, which can be tricky for battling the Vegas heat, for many hotel A/C systems. However, the unit in my room was more than adequate at keeping things chilled down(That one surprised me). The bathroom has all new tile, and a small window for some ventilation(nice touch). Water pressure was really good, but temperature wasn’t easy to adjust at first; but no deal breaker. Overall, the room was clean, modern enough, and the beds was decent for this price range. The service here was surprisingly good(I’ve read this before, and in many places, from those who have stayed at many of the Boyd properties). Everyone was extra friendly, and made the extra effort to make one feel welcomed. So, while not a Four Seasons, you’ll have no worries. Wrapping it up: Overall, this is a good choice for the money; and certainly has ample parking for big rigs, motor homes or other. Had a great stay at the Bellagio, loved you can get the app, which you then can book car park space and get the Digital key on your phone. Saves a long queue wait at reception, pool areas really nice loads of sun beds and towels. Friendly staff around the pool areas.

Overall is good for this hotel.  Reception: the male staff is nice but he didn’t beg bugs as we are worry about it.  He called to housekeeping and ask for it.  Finally, we got the room and everything is fine. For Car park/valet service: the valet staff said it’s same price with self parking. Finally it was poor on his approach.  Self packing is $18 per overnight (1 day). Valet is $40 per overnight. Anyway, Valet area is more safety, if you wanna keep safety, I recommend it. Only the staff approach is poor.  For room: excellent bedroom even though the Boulevard is little bit old wing. The size is good. The view we can see Paris hotel 😂 nice.  For house keeping: it’s not good for the lady on house keeping, around 09xx, she entered the ring and check any people is checked in . Don’t know why she didn’t know the room has people. So annoying.  The cleanliness: very good I can say. Suitable for people to pay higher price for recommendation.

I will never stay at this hotel again! They charged me an extra $76.95, and I only understand that $40 of it was for valet parking. I didn't make any purchases in the room, so I have no idea where the remaining $36.95 came from. As a non-native speaker, I felt uncomfortable calling to dispute it, so I gave up. This hotel is now on my blacklist. For the best value in Las Vegas, Trump Hotel is clearly the way to go. The facilities are good, and at least they don't overcharge you.
