"The room facilities are complete, and the hygiene is clean and tidy. The bedding is comfortable and soft. We booked a twin room, and the beds were wider than those in other hotels, which was the most satisfying part. We didn't get a family room since we were traveling with a child, but this was more suitable than a king-size room! The service was very professional, and there's an elevator. They arranged a satisfactory room according to our needs! The experience was great, and we would definitely choose this hotel again when we come back!"

From the moment I entered the lobby and was guided to the elevator by staff, to the front desk, concierge, and dining experiences, I felt completely at home. A special thank you to the concierge at the entrance. We asked for directions to the Military Museum, and she patiently explained it to us multiple times. While it might seem like a small detail, her dedication deeply touched us. The bedding was so comfortable I wanted to buy it, and the decor truly captured the Puyin aesthetic. I've stayed at many other hotel brands, but this experience at Puyin definitely earns a huge thumbs up!"

"Lavande Hotel's quality is always reliable; the environment, hygiene, and service are all excellent. Although the room is a bit smaller than those in other cities, it's understandable for Beijing, especially at the same price point – it's only slightly smaller, and everything else is great. It's also easy to find with navigation. We took the subway and then a shared bike, which was convenient as you can park right outside the hotel!"

"Location: It's situated by the Tonghui River in Sihui, with Sihui subway station just a short distance across the river. It's a few minutes' bike ride away, or about a 15-minute walk. Facilities: This is my second stay here, and the room facilities are excellent. The mattress and pillows are very soft and comfortable, and it's incredibly quiet at night, so I slept really well. The bathroom even has a smart toilet. Hygiene: The hygiene conditions are also great. The bedding and towels are clean and tidy, and the housekeeping staff cleans the room daily. Service: Thumbs up for the service! The front desk staff are wonderful; they even offered a towel to wipe my hands during check-in and always greeted me proactively whenever we met. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and is highly recommended!"

The room was quite spacious and the layout was very well-designed. What's more, the entire hotel is smoke-free, so even in the e-sports room, there was no smoky smell at all. "The location is nice and staff is pretty helpful! Breakfast is great as there are a lot of options - you won’t be left hungry! There are also free bottles of water and fresh fruits available all day at the lobby, you can make yourself coffee any time. Metro station is very close and there are big malls nearby. They also gifted me these cute bowls with chopsticks when I was checking out, it’s very cute 💕 I would stay here again!"
