Close to the subway station, which makes getting around very convenient. The front desk staff were also very friendly. The room was clean, and I liked the separated shower and toilet. The only thing was that the water pressure in the shower was quite strong; it sounded like a high-pressure washer when I was showering.

Qianmen, The Temple Of Heaven and Chongwenmen | 0.69km from Caishikou Station
Walking along the temple wall of Fayuan Temple and following the sound of the bell, the rich fragrance of lilac flowers comes through the temple wall. In an auspicious place in the southeast of Fayuan Temple, the Zen-filled Huayun·Lilac Hotel was built here. As the Buddhist saying goes, "One flower, one world; one leaf, one bodhi". The lilac trees in Fayuan Temple were transplanted from the imperial palace of the Qing Dynasty. They left the inner courtyard of the palace walls, abandoned the worldly prosperity of the imperial family, put down the mundane world, and took root in the ancient temple. In Huayun·Lilac Hotel, there is also a lilac tree planted. Listening to the morning bells and evening drums, and hearing the Sanskrit sounds of the ancient temple, it can be said that it is in the same vein as the lilac in Fayuan Temple. Living here allows the soul to enjoy a kind of secluded peace. A thousand years have passed in a flash, and time is always moving forward. Huayun·Lilac Hotel not only inherits the Zen meaning of the ancient temple, but is also connected with modern fashion. The hotel is a perfect interpretation of art and taste, with a simple and fashionable design style, a generous and comfortable living environment, elegance and refinement, providing humanistic care services, and conveying warm feelings. Living here, you can forget time and savor the quiet moments of the years. The lilac flowers are in bloom, exquisite and beautiful, not only with bright colors, but also with rich fragrance. Although the flowers are a small cluster, their quality is supreme and their fragrance is diffuse, just like the Huayun Lilac Hotel, with its own noble feelings, not forgetting where it came from, not changing its original intention, creating a place for physical and mental rest that perfectly integrates Zen and modernity, allowing worldly travelers to enjoy inner peace and comfort. Although the lilac is small, it can be fragrant. The history of the vermilion temple wall is precious, and the fragrance of time is condensed. The Huayun Lilac Hotel welcomes guests from all over the world here, regardless of where they came from or when they return!

This hotel was the best choice we could have made in Beijing. The rooms are beautifully designed and we felt like at home. I would like to thank all staff members for their dedication to customer service. We had a small problem with our room and without discussion we were moved to a new room within one hour. Communication worked well with translation apps and we always felt being taken care of. The breakfast buffet is mainly Chinese food and very good, I'd definitely recommend to book it together with the room. There is also a laundry room with everything provided to do a free laundry including detergent, ironing equipment and dryers. Tea and coffee are provided throughout the day in the reception area. Lastly what we really loved was the beautiful neighborhood. The hotel is situated on the edge of a Hutong with cafés, bars and restaurants + it's in walking distance to Niujie. Also there's a small supermarket on the other side of the road. Since the hotel is on the main road Didi taxis can pick up and drop off easily. We will come back to this hotel when we are in Beijing the next time.

This hotel is conveniently located, just about a 5-minute walk to Caishikou subway station, making it easy to get to Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. Turning left when you leave the hotel takes you to Daji Alley, and turning right leads to Niujie Street, both very convenient. The front desk staff was quick to check me in, and the complimentary hot drinks at the front desk were delicious. The room was clean and tidy. The mattress was just right—not too soft, not too hard—so I slept very comfortably. Although you can tell the hotel has some age to it, the room was spacious and all the basic facilities met my needs. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Beijing.

Nostalgia S Hotel (Beijing Tianqiao)is located at Building 13, Xijing Road, Xicheng District, adjacent to the cultural heritage of the millennium old capital, with a unique geographical location. It's only a 10 minute walk from Exit A of Tianqiao Station on Line 8 subway; A 15 minute walk from Exit C of Hufangqiao on Line 7, two subway arteries connect the hustle and bustle of Beijing with fireworks, allowing you to easily reach various parts of the city. The Tianqiao area where the hotel is located is the birthplace and spiritual totem of Beijing's folk performing arts culture. A hundred years ago, the magnificent scene of "Wine Flag Playing Drum in Tianqiao City, How Many Tourists Don't Remember Their Homes" was staged here, with the sound of cheers, the startled sound of tea house storytelling, and the silk and bamboo orchestra in the theater weaving together the most vivid picture of old Beijing's common people. To this day, this place is still immersed in a unique pedestrian bridge culture, where tradition and modernity intersect and collide. Surrounding attractions are numerous, institutions are gathered, and commercial vitality and humanistic atmosphere complement each other. As the third generation upgrade of the Time Walk brand and also a cultural themed hotel under the group, the hotel deeply integrates the cultural heritage of old Beijing with a high-end nostalgic aesthetic style. Stepping into it feels like crossing time and space, recreating the past glory of the pedestrian bridge. In the misty atmosphere of Tianqiao culture, the hotel adds a sense of weight and charm. Every afternoon, there are two professional lectures on Tianqiao culture, one at 1:30 pm and the other at 5:00 pm. From the legendary stories of the Eight Eccentrics of Tianqiao to the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage skills, from various aspects of the city to folk customs, every guest can immerse themselves in the vicissitudes of Beijing's thousand year history and the unique charm of its cultural customs, touching the soul of old Beijing in the cracks of time. In terms of health care, the hotel spares no effort. The newly introduced domestic brand Baicaoji series of high-end cleaning and care products not only have a soft and non irritating texture, but also have a fully enclosed bottle design, making your use more reassuring. Xilinmen high-end bedding, paired with zero pressure pillows and mattresses, ensures your sleep quality in all aspects. Walnut solid wood furniture further enhances the healthy quality of the living environment. In addition, the hotel provides daily thoughtful snacks such as AD calcium milk and white rabbit milk candy, instantly evoking beautiful memories of a worry free childhood. The late night cafeteria is open at 21:00 every night, providing a warm night snack to dispel the fatigue of your journey. The room is also equipped with intelligent facilities such as Xiaodu smart terminals and electric curtains, allowing you to enjoy the convenience and comfortable experience brought by technology. Time Walk has branches in 8 cities across the country, including first tier cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, and Tianjin. Since its establishment, the brand has always focused on "generous management, service first" as its operational focus, and has gained the support and love of hundreds of thousands of customers on various platforms.

I stayed at 3 different hotels during my recent trip to Beijing. The first one, Zhifei, was advertised as a new hotel for 2025, but the 'hard' fittings (like the building structure) didn't seem new; however, the 'soft' furnishings were definitely new. The style was a bit unique, but for the price, I couldn't complain! The tissue quality was surprisingly excellent, almost astonishingly good. The second hotel was Shiguang Manbu S. It's a new hotel built within an old building. As a 4-star hotel, its exterior might be a bit of a disadvantage, but the service was the best out of the three. They offered an incredible array of complimentary services, including late-night snacks, regular snacks, a mini-fridge, hair ties, laundry service with drying and delivery, sanitary pads, take-away breakfast, makeup remover wipes, and hand warmers – about 50 different free add-ons in total! The third hotel was Jianguo Platinum Collection. Built in 2021, the architecture, lobby, and room furnishings were all very well-maintained. My first impression was that it most closely matched a 4-star standard. The breakfast was indeed very rich and plentiful. It offered great value for money, especially considering its proximity to Universal Studios. The only drawbacks were some minor details: the overhead shower was broken, the coffee cup hadn't been washed, the safety chain on the door was broken, the air conditioning could only heat up to 23.5 degrees Celsius, and there was a camera directly facing my door from outside. My experience with these three hotels was completely different in style, and their operational focus varied. However, I don't regret choosing any of them.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a very strategic location in the heart of Wangfujing, surrounded by lots of shops and great food options. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and some of them could speak good English, which made communication much easier. One of the best features was the robot service that delivered our online food orders and packages directly to the room — very convenient and modern! The hotel was also very clean, and the towels were replaced every day. They also provide a free self-service laundry room, which was really useful during our stay. AAnonymous UserWhat a pleasant surprise! Every detail in the room made us feel incredibly comfortable. My son especially loved the setup of the lounge area; the wall art and lighting were perfectly matched, creating a stylish ambiance. The kitchen was an absolute bonus, fully equipped with a Siemens dishwasher and washing machine, and all the dishes and pots were neatly organized. Traveling with a child, I didn't have to worry about a thing – it was so convenient to prepare baby food or warm up meals for him. It truly felt like home. GGuest UserThis was my first stay at the Grand Millennium Beijing, and it exceeded my expectations by far. It wasn't overly crowded, so it felt very peaceful and quiet. The swimming pool is a major highlight, integrated seamlessly with the gym on a different floor, creating a spacious, high-ceilinged area with a Southeast Asian vibe. I encountered many Hong Kongers there, from business travelers in the elevator to an elderly couple in the executive lounge; they were all very humble and friendly. The surrounding area boasts a wide variety of restaurants, and the Fortune Plaza Mall is practically a canteen for Beijing's white-collar workers. The night view is also top-notch, with the CCTV Headquarters lit up beautifully. A pleasant surprise was bumping into a celebrity while working out – the 'rooster among roosters,' haha. The Grand Millennium is fantastic, giving me every reason to return. The male manager who handled my check-in was very gracious, and the service was just perfect.

I stayed here for a couple of days at the beginning of my trip and then traveled to other places. When I returned to Beijing, I chose to stay at this hotel again because the staff are very friendly. One staff member named Xiaosong (小松) kindly helped us carry our luggage to our room, as we were assigned to stay upstairs where there is no elevator. His offer of help was greatly appreciated and made our stay much more comfortable.
