"The room was something else entirely; the hairdryer belonged in an antique museum. For such an expensive room, they really should get a new hairdryer. The rest of the amenities were fine, and the soundproofing did its best, but I could still hear planes taking off and landing from my room. Overall, the value for money was quite poor. The front desk charged me for an upgrade, so no complimentary upgrade there, but they aren't obligated to offer one anyway. Everything else was pretty good. Next time, I won't stay overnight during a layover in Hong Kong. Having a hotel would have made a big difference."

"I took taxi from the airport ($HK 215), and thought oh my gosh, where is this hotel!!. Simply because the narrow curvy endless mountain roads for at least 30 minutes. Taxi took me as close as possible to the hotel but still had to walk to the hotel reception. I could immediately feel the humidity and no elevator to the 3rd floor was surprise, a friendly staff helped me to carry the luggage. The real gem and country side became my favourite thing on the second day. The second day gave me a true peaceful mind and relaxing breeze when I jogged around the village. If you want to relax and get away from crowdedness from city, please visit here for at least 3 days. Not much choice for food so take a day trip to big Budha via ferry - this was the fav thing i have done in Hong Kong, i found this way better than my stay at Tsim sha tsui & central. You can see thr clouds covering mountain top, misty, and herd of cows. Beach swim is a bit of question mark here. You can experience real country side and see another side of Hong Kong."

"Our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Tung Chung exceeded our expectations. The hotel was excellent in every aspect. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were consistently warm, professional, and welcoming. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is another major advantage. It is ideally situated close to Hong Kong International Airport, Hong Kong Disneyland, and Tung Chung MTR Station. The complimentary shuttle service to both the airport and Tung Chung Station was reliable and extremely convenient, making it easy to get around without any hassle. A special bonus is the nearby Citygate Outlets, which offers fantastic shopping with a wide range of international brands and great discounts. Whether you’re visiting Hong Kong for leisure, shopping, or as a transit stop, Four Points by Sheraton Tung Chung is an excellent choice. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hong Kong."

"Nestled on Cheung Chau, this hotel is a hidden gem with a beautiful beach right at its doorstep. It offers convenient transportation to the airport and Disneyland, both also on the outlying islands, as well as easy access to Mong Kok and other city areas via bus and MTR. The owner is incredibly warm, polite, and friendly. The hotel itself is clean and hygienic, boasting a peaceful and comfortable ambiance with mountains at its back and the sea in front. They even provide BBQ facilities, and the breakfast is delicious and very filling. While the rooms are small, they are fully equipped and have everything you need. Overall, it was a great experience."

"I used this hotel for a transit layover in Hong Kong. There's a shuttle bus to the hotel every 30 minutes or so from Shuttle Bus Stop #9 at Terminal 2. The ride takes about 5 minutes. The hotel is stylish, and my room only had a shower, no bathtub. Toiletries like toothbrushes and shampoo are provided. There's a pool on the 3rd floor, and on the 12th floor, there are stairs leading to the rooftop. The rooftop feels like a small gym or park, and there's even some grass that looks like you could play putting golf on it. However, it's too hot in the summer for any real training up there. It's convenient for its proximity to the airport, but there are no convenience stores or other shops nearby. Inside the hotel, there's only a vending machine, as shown in the picture."

"Completely exceeded my expectations! The room was incredibly spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning ocean views. The bathroom was the largest I've ever encountered in a Hong Kong hotel; I could even enjoy the sea view while soaking in the tub. There were three of us, two adults and one child, and the two beds were perfect. My favorite part was the seaside garden right outside the hotel, where many expats were walking their dogs and jogging. If you want to swim, there's a pool on the second floor of the hotel, and on the same floor, there's a play area for kids. It was so convenient to swim and then pick up the kids afterward. There's also a ferry nearby that goes to Central Pier on Hong Kong Island, as shown in the pictures with the schedule."

"I bought a group deal in advance, paying 840 yuan for a Friday night, which was a great price. The location is right next to the airport, making it perfect for an early morning transfer. The free shuttle bus is very convenient, taking you to and from the airport. The only minor drawback is that the hotel facilities are a bit old, but everything else was very clean and tidy, and the view from the window was amazing. Downstairs is Citygate Outlets, which is great for shopping and dining. There's also the Tung Chung MTR station, making it quick to get to Victoria Harbour and Central by subway, taking about 40 minutes. Communication with the front desk in Mandarin was very smooth, and the service was excellent."

"The hotel's location is superb, right above Tung Chung MTR station, with Citygate Outlets just downstairs and various shops upstairs and downstairs. The hotel's airport shuttle service has been canceled, but there are many bus options, making it still very convenient to get to the airport. Ngong Ping 360 cable car is within walking distance, so I specifically planned to stay here for a night. The room layout is neat and tidy, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The double-glazed windows effectively block out city noise, and the wooden floor is much better than carpet. It would be even better if there were no guests jumping around upstairs. The only issue with the room was the hairdryer's air intake vent, which was covered with a layer of white, fibrous material. It could be wiped off with tissue, likely mold. Since I was traveling with a child and worried about it affecting him, I didn't dare use it and didn't completely clean it before putting it back in the drawer. Other guests might want to check this before using it. Also, it might be helpful to include directions to the hotel's elevators. Perhaps due to maintenance, we had to take an escalator to the third floor to a specific elevator to reach the 9th-floor lobby for check-in. Our room was on the 5th floor, requiring us to transfer to another elevator to go down. We walked around for a long time and asked many people before finally finding the lobby. My flight was at 3 PM, and I didn't want to go to the airport too early, so the front desk kindly extended our check-out by half an hour. Overall, the experience was good, and I would consider staying here again."

"The hotel is very close to Tung Chung MTR station and offers a shuttle bus to Citygate Outlets every 30 minutes, which takes only a few minutes. As a 5-star hotel, it's fully equipped with amenities! We crossed the border from Shenzhen Bay Port, and the Eternal East Cross-Border Coach goes directly to the Sheraton, taking about 40 minutes. For the return trip to Shenzhen Bay, tickets can be purchased at the Hampton by Hilton Sheraton next door or via mobile, and you just wait for the bus right outside the Sheraton Hong Kong Tung Chung. It's incredibly convenient! We brought our kids to Disneyland this time, and it was super easy – just two MTR stops from Citygate Outlets. The hotel also has a great swimming pool and a wonderful environment! I highly recommend the Ngong Ping 360 cable car at Citygate Outlets; it's incredibly impressive! The two 1.35m double beds are perfect for families with two children. There's a 7-Eleven right at the hotel entrance, but for breakfast, we usually go to the mall next to Citygate Outlets, which has many dining options, including Tsui Wah Restaurant, offering a wide variety of choices!"

"I had previously stayed at Disney's Hollywood Hotel in winter, and I was disappointed that the outdoor swimming pool was unusable then. This time, I brought my kids to Hong Kong Disneyland and chose to stay here again. The piano-shaped pool in summer is absolutely stunning, with its design of a deeper middle and shallower sides, which is perfect for children as they can spread out and play. The adjacent slide is also a lot of fun; it's long enough but not too fast, making it enjoyable and easy for the little ones. The hotel service was exceptional. In the morning, checking in and storing our luggage was seamless. Although our room wasn't ready, we already had our room cards, and the front desk took our luggage tag to ensure easy delivery to the room. We could use our room cards to access the park through a special entrance, saving us from long queues and avoiding the summer sun. In the afternoon, I received a text message informing me that our room was ready, along with the room number. After leaving the park in the evening, we could go straight to our room using our room cards, and our luggage was already there. For traveling with kids, this kind of service really makes you want to come back again and again. There are many activities within the hotel, but my favorite was the 'Hidden Mickey' scavenger hunt. The kids were keenly interested in exploring the entire hotel, which is filled with artworks everywhere – truly a delightful experience of beauty and love."
