"I ended up being able to change my schedule around so that I didnt waste the stay at this location after they said the stay was non refundable and im glad I did I had a much better experience the second time around giving it a better review than last. would I stay here again? only if I knew there was no chance of my plans changing on me during the trip."

"Nestled on Cheung Chau, this hotel is a hidden gem with a beautiful beach right at its doorstep. It offers convenient transportation to the airport and Disneyland, both also on the outlying islands, as well as easy access to Mong Kok and other city areas via bus and MTR. The owner is incredibly warm, polite, and friendly. The hotel itself is clean and hygienic, boasting a peaceful and comfortable ambiance with mountains at its back and the sea in front. They even provide BBQ facilities, and the breakfast is delicious and very filling. While the rooms are small, they are fully equipped and have everything you need. Overall, it was a great experience."

"The room facilities are a bit old, and there was dust all over the bedside, sink, and bathtub, so the hygiene wasn't great. However, the hotel staff were incredibly warm and friendly, always ready to help. It's worth noting the hotel's breakfast buffet; when we went that morning, all the hot food was cold, and the cold dishes weren't very fresh, especially the salad. The selection wasn't extensive either. My family and I felt unwell in our stomachs and guts after eating, couldn't eat lunch later, and by the afternoon, even drinking water made us nauseous. We booked this hotel because we were flying from Hong Kong, and the location is very convenient – you don't even need to exit the station to get to the hotel, and it's easy to go out and explore Citygate Outlets. But considering the hygiene and the breakfast situation, we probably won't choose to stay here again next time."

"To us it was so convenient being able to easily walk to the hotel from the airport. The hotel was clean and the breakfast buffet was quite good. However the room was definitely showing the ages with the furniture fabrics almost giving some smell. What really disappointed us was the fact that the swimming pool closed too early at 8pm - we really wanted to use some pool time to relax. It is a transit hotel being so close to the airport so you thought the pool should be opening 22 hours a day."

"This is my honest review. It was my first time visiting Hong Kong, and I wanted to spend a day on an outlying island after landing at the airport, so I chose this hotel. It exceeded my expectations – it was beautiful! My two kids had a blast in the pool, and it was a great spot for photos. The room's hygiene and facilities, as well as the buffet, were excellent. Plus, there's a free shuttle service to and from Hong Kong, Kowloon, and the airport. They even upgraded us for free to a family room when they saw I had booked a king bed with two kids, which was absolutely fantastic! 👍👍👍"

"A Mixed Stay with Room for Improvement The highlight of this stay was the location as the hotel is located at the beach front . The rooms were adequate, with basic amenities. However, the service was lacking. The restaurant’s food was disappointing, served with the typical brusque manner often encountered in Hong Kong. Breakfast was underwhelming, mostly frozen or canned items. Checkout was frustrating: despite paying a deposit at check-in, I was never given a receipt. At checkout, the receptionist insisted I might have lost it, only for us to later discover the payment was never recorded. While resolved, it was an unnecessary hassle."

"This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Hong Kong for business. After landing, it's a quick 15-minute ride on the hotel's shuttle bus. There's also a shuttle to Tung Chung MTR station every half hour. Near the Tung Chung MTR, you'll find an outlet mall and Fu Tung Plaza, offering a complete range of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. Right across from the hotel, there's a restaurant with affordable and delicious boxed meals. Behind the hotel, you can enjoy the Tung Chung Waterfront Promenade. The sea-view rooms offer a pleasant vista, and despite being close to the airport, the soundproofing is excellent; the sounds of planes taking off and landing actually became a soothing lullaby each day. The buffet breakfast is incredibly rich and varied, and you even get to see handsome pilots and beautiful flight attendants from various countries. LOUIS, the front desk gentleman, provided exceptionally professional service. He attentively listened to our needs and quickly resolved all issues. GEORGE, the room service attendant on the 21st floor, kept our room meticulously clean and always greeted us warmly. The culinary team at the breakfast buffet was also superb!"

"I've stayed at several different hotels around Hong Kong Airport, and Silver is definitely one of the top contenders overall. First off, it's right above Citygate Outlets, making shopping and getting around incredibly convenient, including walking distance to Ngong Ping 360. Secondly, the staff's service is warm and highly professional, which is something I'm very particular about. Lastly, the room size is quite generous for Hong Kong standards, and there's a small-ish sofa bed that works perfectly for an emergency overnight stay. Initially, I thought the lack of an airport shuttle would be inconvenient, but once you discover the S1 bus, it becomes incredibly reliable and easy. A special note: the S1 bus's arrival and departure points at Tung Chung Terminus are not in the same location."

"This hotel is truly excellent! The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is delicious. A special shout-out to our housekeeping staff, Cindy and Yi. They were always smiling, incredibly friendly, and even gave us extra bottled water and snacks. The room was spotless after their cleaning, which was such a nice welcome after a long day out. The transportation is also fantastic. The hotel offers a frequent shuttle service to and from Tung Chung MTR station and the airport. It was so convenient with our luggage, whether we were catching a flight, shopping at Citygate Outlets, or using the MTR to explore other parts of the city. I chose this hotel specifically for a concert at AsiaWorld-Expo, and it was indeed very convenient."

"This hotel is perfect for watching shows at AsiaWorld-Expo. It has a direct link to the venue, is close to the airport, and you can even see planes taking off. The noise is much less than expected, thanks to the thick windows. While it's not in the city center, the rooms are spacious and come with an ice bucket. I ordered some ice and it arrived very quickly – perfect for chilling a bottle of champagne (which, by the way, is quite affordable in Hong Kong!). When it was time to leave, the shuttle bus got me to the airport in just a few minutes."
