"I cannot recommend this hotel enough, but the true highlight of our stay was the incredible service from Jennie and Christopher at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel like VIPs. Christopher checked us in with a warm smile and incredible efficiency. He took the time to explain the hotel amenities and gave us fantastic local recommendations that we wouldn't have found on our own. His genuine enthusiasm for the city was contagious! Jennie was equally amazing. She went above and beyond to help us with a special request regarding our room and even remembered our names whenever we passed by the lobby. Her professionalism and kindness truly made our stay memorable. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located—but it’s the staff that make a place feel like home. Thanks to Jennie and Christopher, this was one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. We will definitely be back!"

"Location: About a 5-minute walk from Wan Chai MTR station, with excellent bus connections, making transportation quite convenient. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. Service: The front desk and room service staff were very kind and patient during check-in. When I called the front desk from my room for service, there was no discrimination against Mandarin speakers. The complimentary bottled water was a huge plus, especially on such a hot day. Cleanliness: The interior of the guest room and the hotel lobby were clean and well-maintained. The cleaning staff were also very nice. Facilities: Oh, the Wi-Fi in the room was a bit elusive with a poor signal. However, the air conditioning was very powerful, and the bedding was fantastic. I had a very comfortable stay in my king-size room. Overall, for 700 a night, it's an absolute steal at this price point. If you plan on exploring Hong Kong Island extensively and prefer a quiet, hassle-free stay, this is a no-brainer."

"This business hotel is located in the heart of Wanchai, offering excellent transport links with the MTR, trams, and buses all nearby. It's conveniently close to Central and the Convention Centre, making it ideal for business trips. The room was generally clean, and although the facilities show some age, they are well-maintained. The desk is suitable for work, and you can request different pillow firmness. The breakfast offers a sufficient selection of Chinese and Western simple dishes to meet daily needs. The rooftop pool and gym are definite highlights. Minor drawbacks: Rooms facing the street can experience a bit of street noise, and as is common with hotels in Hong Kong, the room size is on the smaller side, so manage your expectations."

"Great location with convenient transportation. The bus is the best way to get around, and there are plenty of convenience stores nearby. Hennessy Road is also a famous landmark and definitely worth a visit. I recommend bringing your own disposable travel linen set for more comfort. The hotel service was excellent."

"The room was much better than I expected. I already had an idea of the size, and overall, it was clean. Although there was no complimentary bottled water, there was a filtered water dispenser, which is better than many hotels. There's also a vending machine in the lobby, so it's quite convenient overall. The hotel's location is excellent for transportation, with buses, trams (ding-ding), and the MTR all nearby. There are also plenty of supermarkets, convenience stores, and restaurants, including many good ones. My only minor issue is that I used to be a Langham member, but I wasn't reminded about reactivating my membership during check-in. Since I hadn't used it for a long time, I only discovered the group's email later when I checked my inbox."

"The location is fantastic! There's a bus stop right outside, and a tram stop across the street. Wan Chai MTR station is just a ten-minute walk away, making it super convenient to get anywhere. I've been staying here for over a month during my time in Hong Kong, and the cleaning lady is wonderful. She'd remind me if it was raining outside, and even advised me not to go out when there was a typhoon a few days ago. For breakfast, there are several set menus to choose from – it's not a buffet, but it's really good! Having stayed here for a while, I've tried a few different room types, and my favorite is room #10. It has a larger round table perfect for working or eating. I still can't get used to sharing tables at Hong Kong's cha chaan tengs, so I prefer to get takeout and eat it back at the hotel!"

"I was very satisfied with this hotel, after a long search. Most non-star-rated hotels in Hong Kong tend to be old and small. I only dared to book this hotel after I had my flight tickets secured, as it was non-refundable. The Fleming Hotel really impressed me; I loved it. After carefully checking its location and reviews, I booked it immediately. It's located in Wan Chai, a great location. Taxis and private cars can pick up and drop off right at the hotel entrance. Although the room wasn't huge – it is Hong Kong after all, where space is a premium – it was very clean, tidy, and stylish, with a tasteful, retro-chic vibe that I absolutely adored. I received complimentary breakfast at the Italian restaurant on the first floor through Ctrip, as I stayed for multiple nights. It was very authentically Italian, and while the selection was fixed, I really enjoyed it, especially since it was free. The air conditioning in the room was refreshingly cool, and each area felt very private. Everything in the mini-fridge, including snacks, was chargeable, unlike in mainland China where welcome drinks are often provided. I can respect that, though! 😂 Overall, my stay was very comfortable. I don't expect overly enthusiastic service, just normal communication. I'd probably choose this hotel again next time I visit Hong Kong; it offers good value for money."

"I always choose this hotel when I'm on a business trip with colleagues. It's super convenient, right outside Exit C of Wan Chai MTR station on the left. The only thing is they don't provide toothbrushes, so I had to go downstairs to 7-11 in the middle of the night to buy one."
