"This was our first trip to Hong Kong with the kids, and what we were most satisfied with was the hotel. It was conveniently located, in a bustling area, had beautiful views, and the room was spacious and well-equipped. Our family of four was very comfortable. The front desk staff kindly upgraded us to a higher floor city-view room for free, which the kids loved. We could enjoy the night views of Victoria Harbour and Kowloon right from the hotel. "Location: About a 5-minute walk from Wan Chai MTR station, with excellent bus connections, making transportation quite convenient. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. Service: The front desk and room service staff were very kind and patient during check-in. When I called the front desk from my room for service, there was no discrimination against Mandarin speakers. The complimentary bottled water was a huge plus, especially on such a hot day. Cleanliness: The interior of the guest room and the hotel lobby were clean and well-maintained. The cleaning staff were also very nice. Facilities: Oh, the Wi-Fi in the room was a bit elusive with a poor signal. However, the air conditioning was very powerful, and the bedding was fantastic. I had a very comfortable stay in my king-size room. Overall, for 700 a night, it's an absolute steal at this price point. If you plan on exploring Hong Kong Island extensively and prefer a quiet, hassle-free stay, this is a no-brainer."

"The location is excellent for travelers who prefer commuting by walking, bus or tram rather than relying on the MTR. Situated in Wan Chai, the hotel is surrounded by plenty of restaurants and cafés, and it offers convenient access to nearby areas such as Central, Causeway Bay, and other parts of Hong Kong. One of the biggest advantages is the easy access to the A11 airport bus, making travel to and from the airport simple without the need to take the Airport Express. The room is spacious, well-equipped with all the essential amenities, and features a comfortable bed and a practical work desk, making it suitable for both leisure and business travelers."

"I had a great stay at the Burlington Hotel in Wan Chai as a solo traveler. The location is one of the biggest advantages — it’s only a short walk to the Wan Chai MTR station and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores, making it very easy to explore Hong Kong."

"The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the Wan Chai MTR exit on the Island Line, making it quite central. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and a convenience store isn't far either. The decor is modern, and while the room is small, it has everything you need. The soundproofing isn't great though; I started hearing knocks on the door for housekeeping from the next room around 9 AM. They don't provide disposable toothbrushes or toothpaste, but slippers, a comb, and an electric kettle are all available. The pillow was a bit high for me, but the duvet and sheets were very comfortable. The mattress was a tad too soft for my liking. Overall, it offers good value for money. The location is excellent, and the service is quite good. It's a great option if you're just looking for a place to sleep at night."

"It's an older hotel with a rich sense of history. I found the Wi-Fi speed to be quite slow, but everything else was fine. There's a restaurant on the ground floor, Chen's Kitchen, which serves a good breakfast. It was HKD 150 for two people, and definitely worth trying."

"The location is fantastic, very close to everything. After running errands nearby on the first day, we went to Ocean Park on the second day, which was a direct subway ride. Everything was super convenient. The room was spacious, with a separate living area and sofa. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and the overall square footage was quite generous, making it great value for money for this area. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were patient and polite. When the hairdryer broke, a staff member with a great attitude promptly brought a new one over."

"I always choose this hotel when I'm on a business trip with colleagues. It's super convenient, right outside Exit C of Wan Chai MTR station on the left. The only thing is they don't provide toothbrushes, so I had to go downstairs to 7-11 in the middle of the night to buy one."

"The hotel is less than 200 meters' walk from the Wan Chai MTR station, which was the main reason I chose it for its convenient location. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and other commercial establishments nearby. The lobby is on the 3rd floor. Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM the next morning. The room provided a universal plug adapter. While the decor felt a bit dated, the room was clean and tidy, and the space was well utilized."
