"Our deluxe fam room looks exactly like the photos. Room was very spacious. You can open 2 big luggages and still walk ard. Bathroom was HUGE (2 sinks, 1 bathtub, 1 shower cubicle, toilet and huge space). Look exactly like the photos (I couldn't believe it until I actually see it). Hair dryer was the 'dyson' type (diff brand of course). Provided: 4 cloth hangers (bring more on your own if you have more cloth to hang), 4 slippers, lots of towels, 2 chairs, 1 sofa chair, tea and coffee, kettle, 8 cups, safe, mini fridge, lot of storage space, 4 water. The washing machine and dryer are at the ground floor (only one of each). Detergent provided. They are all free to use. I managed to use the washing machine once. Other times, I went out to nearby dobi to do my laundry (3-4 minutes walk). Nearby has many bus stops and eateries. Have two 7 11 shops. MRT station is nearby too. Water pressure and hot shower were good. Aircon was good. Location of this hotel is excellent. Lots of power supply in the room. Lots of surface (table) to put your stuff. Check-in is smooth (you need to provide 500HKD cash as deposit upon checkin. This will be returned to you when you check out)."

"When I visited Hong Kong, I chose to stay here. It's within walking distance to Hung Hom MTR station, Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade, and the Coliseum. The hotel facilities are excellent, with a swimming pool and gym, offering great value for money. I honestly didn't expect much for the price, but as you can see from the pictures, it's pretty good. Unlike hotels in mainland China, beds in Hong Kong tend to be narrower, but the bedding quality is decent. It felt clean, and the towels were soft. The room doesn't provide disposable toiletries like toothbrushes, which I've already come to accept. However, I did find a pair of disposable slippers in the wardrobe. The front desk service was fantastic! 👍 I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hong Kong."

"I had to unexpectedly stay an extra night in Hong Kong... I booked this hotel on the same day, and the price was higher than their usual rates. However, considering how expensive accommodation is in Hong Kong, it still offered decent value for money. It's about a 5-minute walk from Ho Man Tin MTR station, making it super convenient to get to places like Mong Kok and Central. The surrounding area is also quiet. The lady at the front desk was very helpful; I thought I didn't have a universal adapter and asked to borrow a power strip, but then I found one hidden inside the hairdryer bag. As is typical for Hong Kong, the room was small, but the space was well-designed and utilized, so it didn't feel cramped at all. There was a funeral services shop nearby, but that didn't bother me in the slightest."

"The location is quite advantageous, as Victoria Harbour is right downstairs. However, for an over 1700 a night city view room, there wasn't even a single bottle of mineral water. You had to go to the front desk to buy it, and let me tell you, the front desk service was absolutely terrible. Check-in was incredibly slow, and there was no place to sit in the lobby. Basic amenities like toothbrushes and combs were missing, and you even had to bring your own travel adapter."

"This hotel offers incredible value for money! While its location might not boast the direct Victoria Harbour and Central views like the Kowloon Shangri-La, the Kerry Hotel faces the distant Kai Tak, providing an even more expansive sea view and an equally stunning night view. The surrounding area features upscale hotels, residential complexes, and schools along the waterfront, making it clean and orderly. There's a large plaza downstairs, which isn't noisy, and it's very pleasant to jog or stroll along the seaside promenade. A large AEON supermarket is just a short distance away, fully stocked with everything you could need, including reliable ingredients. The hotel is very close to Whampoa MTR station, and the ferry terminal is practically on its doorstep. The breakfast is rich, a perfect blend of Chinese and Western options, and it's never crowded. The service from the front desk, restaurant staff, housekeeping, and doormen is all top-notch, and everyone is incredibly friendly. The shower has fantastic water pressure, both powerful and gentle, and the room is spotlessly clean, feeling like a brand-new hotel. If I had to offer a suggestion, I'd hope the hotel would provide two complimentary bottles of mineral water daily. While the mini-bar offers a good selection of free drinks, not everyone might enjoy them, especially since mineral water is a standard offering in most hotels on the mainland. All in all, the Kerry Hotel was the biggest surprise of our summer trip to Hong Kong! I sincerely hope the hotel maintains its excellent service!"

"I stayed here with friends during our trip to Hong Kong. In a city where many hotel rooms are compact, being able to have such spacious accommodations was a huge plus. We were able to open all our suitcases without feeling cramped and had a very comfortable stay. While it's not the most modern hotel, it was meticulously clean, which made our stay worry-free. "Got a complimentary upgrade to a newly renovated room, which was fantastic. The location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around and dining. It's been years since I've been to Hong Kong, and it brought back so many memories! I was lucky enough to catch the Leslie Cheung memorial exhibition, which was just a few minutes' walk away. I'd definitely stay at the Grand Hyatt again on my next trip."

"Before booking, I read a bunch of negative reviews that almost exhausted me, but it turned out to be much better than I expected once I arrived. Cons: 1. The map (in the room/on their app) has a delay, so you need to look carefully. 2. The bed is on the smaller side. 3. Each person gets one small bottle of water in the room, and there's no kettle. You can get water in the lobby, but it's not available at night, so you have to buy your own. Pros: 1. I forgot my watch after checking out, and the hotel helped me get it back. 2. The location is great; there's plenty to do right downstairs. As for those who talk about discrimination from locals, this is my second time in HK, and I haven't encountered it at all (speaking Mandarin the whole time). In fact, some people were very helpful. WeChat Pay is perfectly sufficient, I barely used any cash. If you make an effort to adapt to local customs and culture, instead of just focusing on your own convenience, you won't encounter so many issues."
