"Nice hotel and has a large parking lot. Electronic key card and need to use when entering the lift and staircase area. Good aircon. Hot shower water pressure can be weak a bit and back to normal. No problem to me. Almost next to Makro Lampang. BigC is nearby on the other side. Like in most hotels in Thailand, they don’t provide toothbrush set. I bring my own."

"Very good location, next to Lampang bus station. If you have to travel in the morning, you can stay here. I come here often, so I don't have to wake up very early. It's just a 1 minute walk. There is an elevator. It's near a convenience store (you can walk there). It's not far from Central Lampang."

"It was not a very fancy or luxury hotel but it had everything we needed, and the facilities were maintained well. When we visited there were not so many tourists so the hotel was super peaceful. It was in a residential area but still quite close to major attractions in Lampang. Everywhere in town was walkable.
The owner kindly drove us to the train station and we really appreciated that. Lampang left us with a lot of good memories and this was one of them."

"Room is in the new condition and clean. The location is not far from Big C. If you wish to stay nearest to bus station, please book Hop In (City Center), not here. For this hotel, it's 10 mins walk to bus station. Still convenient for me."

"Location near the city, quiet, surrounded by rice fields, get a relaxing feel. The room includes breakfast, quite good, good value. "The room door was quite old and difficult to open, though closing it was normal. Breakfast was included, offering great value for money. However, they insisted on a room check at checkout, which made the process quite inefficient. It's rare to find hotels that still perform room checks upon departure these days."

BBokkie TruongAfter a warm welcome, we spent a really comfortable and enjoyable 3 nights here. Rooms are spacious and set in a lovely garden on the riverside. Decor is old-Thai style but has all the facilities needed (a/c, fan, kettle, fridge, good shower, even insect repellent cream!). It's the many small things that make it a lovely place to stay eg the mini-kitchen facilities at the river verandah, some fresh fruit, complimentary cookies etc. Location is riverside and a short walk to the night markets and some of the main Wats.

GGuest UserThe room was old and basic but it was a very good size. Hard mattress but that didn't bother me. The rooms are tucked away off the main road so you don't get any traffic noise. It was about a 15 minute walk from the bus station. Free coffee available in the morning. There is a cafe but it's closed on Tuesday and Wednesday.

NNunookLook at the condition of the hotel that has been open for a long time. The room may be old but inside the room is considered ok. Came to stay for the 2nd time and got the same room again.
Last year, in this room, the bathtub drain plug didn't work and all the water came out. This year it is still happening.
Request to change room, immediately informed that the room is full. After paying, you have to stay in this room. Come up to the room and take out the air conditioner. Went down to notify again and there was a room to change immediately. The customer just canceled. OK then that's it.
New room, noisy air conditioner Cooling slowly, opening 10 degrees, still not cold at all. Coming to the bathroom, the bidet hose is stuck and the water hasn't stopped flowing. It's late when I die, what should I do? The water shut off at the end of the cable was so tight that I couldn't press it shut.
Will the water flood? Fight with the sprinklers for a while. Fortunately, it returned to normal.
It's not finished yet. In the morning I came to flush the toilet and couldn't flush it again. Oh, I want to go crazy.
As for some good things? Well, breakfast is considered very OK. For rooms at this rate Located near Kad Kong Ta, convenient to travel, easy to find food.

GGlobetrottingtigerIt’s okay to stay overnight, but not more than that. The AC is hardly cooling the room: I put it on 18 and full blast, but still not enough(( and on top of that, it’s so noisy. The same with the toilet flush, if you decide to flash it at night you’ll wake up whole Lampang;) the room has a fridge, but no kettle, so maybe I’m grumpy because I didn’t have my morning freshly brewed coffee.
