"The hotel is in a great location, very close to Hirafu Welcome Center. The staff will contact us by email in advance, and the pick-up is very convenient and on time! There is a locker for ski equipment on B1, which is a real skiin-out. B1 goes directly to the chairlift, and it only takes 5 minutes to walk to Ace Gondola! The pizza on the first floor is delicious and not expensive. You can walk directly at noon. There is a very convenient supermarket Hirafu188 nearby, and it is not far to Lawson. Breakfast can be solved in your own kitchen. Everything is good!"
"The CP value is very high! The room is larger than expected, and the overall environment, cleanliness, and WiFi are all satisfactory!
For self-driving tours, the hotel provides parking spaces (but parking spaces are limited) and it takes about 5-10 minutes to reach the ski resort. If you don’t have a car, the hotel provides a shuttle bus! There is a ski equipment rental service in the hotel (but not used)
Niseko skiing and sightseeing by car! Can be given priority.
If there is no car, consider the convenience of entry and exit."
"Very good hotel
Whether it isservice, hardware, or accessories, they are all first-class
The front desk will provide a WhatsApp phone number when you check in.
Convenient for all arrangements during guests' stay, including arranging car pick-up, changing towels, making appointments for cleaning, etc.
We booked a three-bedroom room with three toilets, so the family members don’t have to queue up in the morning. The room faces Mount Yotei, which is great for taking photos.
The breakfast is average, nothing too surprising. It is included in the room rate, so there is not much to ask for. . If you have high requirements for breakfast, you can buy the ingredients and cook it yourself at the hotel.
The only thing that is relatively inferior is the kitchen equipment. There is no hot pot equipment, but the microwave and steam oven are Miele, which are very easy to use and convenient. It can be seen that the hotel's management team is willing to spend money on hardware.
The most commendable thing is the service. Since the hotel is relatively far from the ski resort, it is very convenient to call a taxi to and from the ski resort every time. You only need to notify us 5 to 10 minutes in advance.
This is a hotel I will definitely stay at next time I come to Niseko.
Thanks intuition team again🥰"

"The location is great. If the weather is nice, the view of Mt. Yotei is great, and the facilities are new and comfortable. It is recommended for summer as it is relatively cheap to stay."
"The hotel is right next to the Hirafu ski resort, and there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient. The bedroom is a bit small, but considering the price/performance ratio is quite high. The room can see the sheep's foot mountain and the scenery is very beautiful."
Comprised of three luxury homes, and offering the romance of an alpine mountain retreat combined with the convenience of being within five minute of the centre of the village.
Waking up in Forest Estate you will be greeted with expansive floor-to-ceiling windows allowing you to experience the breathtaking vistas of Mt. Yotei and the surrounding landscape. Heading up to the slopes the free shuttle bus stop is right outside your front door.
After a day chasing powder or racing down groomers, jump back on the free shuttle bus and be back relaxing in your cosy living area in no time. Some of Niseko’s best culinary options are just a five minute walk away, spend your evenings enjoying the various choices from traditional Japanese izakaya to fine dining international cuisine.

Located in the heart of the Hirafu village, Kizuna offers an ideal location with modern and comfortable apartments. Utilizing floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing the Hirafu ski hill or Mt. Yotei, Kizuna’s stylish apartments are a fantastic choice for your next winter holiday.
A day spent in Kizuna starts with taking the lift down to the ski and boot room with your own personal ski locker. Followed by a short hike up Hirafu Zaka to the lifts.
After an incredible day chasing Niseko’s famous champagne powder or getting your first turns on the green runs, walk the short distance back to Kizuna. Spend your evening relaxing in the comfortable living/dining space or, take a stroll to some of Niseko’s best restaurants, just a few minutes walk away.

"Hinzan was amazing for our ski vacation in Niseko! The location is super central, but they also have a shuttle that can take you to the lifts and around Hirafu so you don't have to walk with your gear. There were ski lockers and a room in the lobby with boot warmers. The in-room washer/dryer was also very convenient.
While the front desk times were limited, they were very flexible about arranging for staff to stay late/come early for check in and check out. All the staff were amazing, going out of their way to make sure we had a good stay!
Would definitely stay here again!"
"My experience at The Terrace Niseko was outstanding! The property is stunning, with spacious, modern apartments offering breathtaking views of the mountains. Everything was impeccably clean, and the amenities were top-notch, perfect for a relaxing getaway .
What truly made my stay unforgettable was the exceptional staff. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from assisting with ski rentals and transportation to providing great local recommendations. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made me feel genuinely welcome.
I highly recommend The Terrace Niseko for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and world-class service in Niseko. Can't wait to return!"

Amazing
AAnonymous UserAfter learning that we were on a trip to celebrate our engagement, the hotel was very kind in providing some extra snacks to liven up the mood. Staff were very fluent in English and able to clearly explain guidelines on the use of the hotel's onsen and give a succint and easy to understand introduction on the hotel directory and services available upon check in. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
GGuest UserI'm usually not happy to comment, but I must comment this time. This hotel is really beyond my expectations. The two-bedroom, one-living room room for four of us is very cost-effective. The room facilities are great, with floor heating, dishwasher, coffee machine, and oven. Although it is about 400 meters away from the ski resort, there is a car to pick us up. We went to Max value for pick-up, which was really touching.
AAnonymous UserPark Hyatt Niseko is undoubtedly one of the most prestigious hotels in this premier winter ski destination. It's actually a sprawling resort complex, featuring both hotel rooms and residences, primarily designed for winter skiing. What's more, it offers direct ski-in/ski-out access to the ski lifts from the hotel's back door.
During the summer months, most shops are closed, and about half of its affiliated restaurants operate on limited hours or are shut down. Guest numbers are significantly lower, and prices are considerably cheaper. It seems they primarily operate during this season just to maintain normal hotel functions.
The hotel boasts several upscale restaurants, including a French restaurant overseen by a three-Michelin-starred chef, a top-tier Cantonese restaurant, Teppanyaki, Robatayaki, and a sushi establishment. Outside of the winter season, only the lobby bar operates normally; the opening hours for other venues require prior confirmation.
The hotel's overall design exudes an air of extreme luxury and grandeur. The rooms are equally opulent and high-end, with simple yet practical lighting. It's impeccably clean and comfortable, and all toiletries are top-of-the-line. The Wi-Fi speed can be inconsistent at times, and I expect it to be even slower during the busy winter season.
WWFEIWent there for skiing. Before booking it, I was struggling between Sansui and Park Hyatt. And I’m really glad that we picked Sansui. The location is great, with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and the free shuttle service is simply top-notch in Niseko.
Love the design of the hotel, even the scent in common area. Onsen is also great.
The only thing we don’t particularly like was the breakfast. For its price level, the breakfast was too simple (plastic coffee machine).
GGuest UserThe ski hotel is very good. It should be the closest hotel to the ski resort in Hirafu. There are cable cars in front and behind the hotel. I booked a two-bedroom suite, which can cook. The tools are complete. You can also take a hot spring bath when you are tired of skiing. You can also make an appointment for a private hot spring! You can rent ski equipment on the first floor of the hotel. After skiing, there are people who take care of the snowboard and dry the snowshoes. The breakfast is also very rich~
IIvan JoshuaWe have always been a fan of NIKKO group of hotel. This is a new hotel. Very modern looking hotel and great facility. Lovely club lounge with a good range of F&B. Great place to chill. I love the gym. all the gym equipment are made with wood. makes the gym a very special place. Service staff is also amazing. Would love to shout out to F&B manager Mr Nay Win Q. Great hospitality from him. We 2 small issue with this hotel. Breakfast is great but even though the restaurant is not even 50% full; we requested for a cup of coffee; the staff replied that it's a buffet and we needed to get our own coffee. Didn't like this experience for a 5 star hotel. Lastly, we had an extra bed in our room unfortunately everything in the room only comes in 2 sets. A reflection of poor room service communication. As a whole I would still recommend this hotel.
WWilfredo IIII love it here. Facing mt yotei took a lot kf pictures with it. Its the best for solo travellers might come back here. Although far from hirafu and hanazono ski but theres a shuttle going back and forth for free!! I love the breakfast buffet also. Worth the money.
RR J WClean and accessible via shuttle bus (though infrequently) or via GO car. Staff were helpful and polite. There is a diner downstairs (Midtown Diner) which is convenient if it is snowing hard and you need to eat in for lunch/dinner. There are rooms to store ski equipment, and coin washing machines for easy laundry. There were also some nice Christmas decorations at the lobby.
AAnonymous UserDuring non-peak sesson, it's really a very serene and quiet town. This hotel is really a luxury hotel, good amenties, clean and good customer service staff who knows many languages.
WwaynethepaintTrip.com has always been my go to for travel bookings. Similarly this time to Niseko, decided to extend for an additional week and MyEcolodge came up in the search.
I have to mention the checkin was seamless, but what I thought i booked, vastly differ from what was allocated for me. I thought what i booked was a room to myself however it turns out as a shared room. Its not a big deal but the feeling of misinterpretation leaves an awful taste.
(Trip.com CS stepped in and helped to clarify things but theres nothing that could be done. peak season, and everywhere else is fully booked or without paying a premium)
That said, the stay was good. MyEcolodge sits in a very convenient location just couple stops from Hirafu. Theres various buses including free shutters so thats really an ease off the mind)
7eleven, a small cafe, hotpot/shabushabu restaurant just sits across from you. The hostel also has their own cafeteria though ive never eaten there (food looks good though).
They have a huge storage room for your gears, pretty safe so no worries. pantry, laundry room, washroom are pretty spacious and kept tidy.
The room itself is fine, nothing to wow about. nothing to complain either. Towels are free and clean. Everything else you need to pay.
Overall good stay.
Pray hard you get nice room mates if youre sharing!
