"The hotel has been renovated. Its hot spring facilities are quite unique; for example, women are required to shower unclothed before entering the rooftop open-air bath. The staff provided excellent service and had impressive language skills, though the parking fee was a bit steep. The hotel is conveniently located near Nusamai Bridge and the market."

"I decided on this hotel because it seemed to be relatively new and had good reviews in Kushiro! However, it is quite far from the station... However, it is close to the city hall, and if you use Kushiro Airport, the shuttle bus will arrive right in front, so this could be a plus! Also, the sunset view was nice, and the room was clean! If I go to Kushiro again, I think I will stay here again!"

"Great hotel but very little English spoken by the staff. Location is convenient for fast food and Fisherman’s Wharf and farmers market. A word of advice. Choose a larger room. I was there for several days and appreciated the extra room. I saw some of their standard room and they sure looked a bit small. Kuchiro is a compact city and easy to walk around on foot. This is a nice hotel. Restaurant is good, but breakfast buffet has very small potions to take. They are also very strict on their closing time. They expect you out when the restaurant is set to close. All in all I think the best choice in Kuchiro."

"The hotel is located at the south end of the Bimai Bridge, and it is very convenient to go out and enjoy the scenery. The environment of the lobby is also very good, and there are free drinks for guests to taste. The bathroom in the guest room is commendable. It is not a one-piece bathroom. There is a separate shower room, and the bathing products are not bad. It is a pity that we live on the 5th floor. When you open the curtains, you can see the roof of the podium building, and there are many air conditioner outdoor units. In addition, it was a bit cold on the night of check-in. "Near to Kushiro train station and Kushiro morning market. Free breakfast provided. Lots of local working men staying here. Car park need to pay during check-in, take the pass from the person managing the parking beside it, tell him your are staying at the hotel. Walkable to famous sunset photograph spot."

"This hotel is very new, local next to the bus terminal and actually part of the hotel is used for the bus office / terminal. They provide free drinks (including alcohol) from 3pm to 9pm in the restaurant, enjoy when it is available. The breakfast has a limited choice, but it is a buffet. The public bath is shared between men and women with time slots. Around 300 yen for washing but drying is free. The room was rather small but they put a huge double decker bed with a king size bed in the bottom, it was a comfortable sleep but not much room to move in the room. Key is using a number lock system which is quite interesting. A super huge TV in the room mounted to the wall. My room is facing east and I able to see sunrise in the morning. Note that there are quite a few pot holes from the train station to the hotel. During that day, when I move my luggage to the hotel, the wheels get stuck into a new filled pot hole and travellers need to be aware."

"Onsen is not nice as is shared among male and female at alternate times. But service and food is tiptop. The free flow bar is a nice touch up. Will totally recommended if you dont use the onsen🤭"
