AAmi0518The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a fantastic environment. The mini-bar in the room's refrigerator is stocked with various drinks and ice cream, and there are also drinks and snacks available in the lobby. Besides the yukatas provided in the rooms, you can also choose a floral one. The onsen (hot spring bath) is also amazing. The breakfast and dinner dishes are also quite commendable.

JJackieXThe most praiseworthy thing is the towels. They are new and soft. Unlike other hotels, they put towels on the first day and replace them the next day, which are hard and old. In addition, there is a cake shop in the lobby, which is delicious.
The worst thing is the breakfast. We arrived at 8:15 on the first day (end at 9), and many things were gone, but no one added them. As for the supermarkets, they don’t control the inventory so much. On the second day, we had to hurry and arrived at 7:45. Finally, we figured out that everything was only the amount at the beginning, and they would not be replenished after eating them all. Haha.
The room size is OK, but the layout is a bit strange. Only a thin person can pass between the wardrobe and the bed. If you are a little fat, you have to turn sideways. I had a hard time putting my 26-inch suitcase on the luggage rack inside. The air circulation is not very good. It would be better if the window could be opened. There is a note in the drawer that says there is only heating in winter and the temperature cannot be adjusted. If it's too hot, you can turn off the air conditioner (I've tried it and almost suffocated me, and the temperature was still high because the rooms above, below, and around me had heaters) or ask the hotel for an air cooler (but where to put it?). I guess there are too many guests complaining.

AAiqinhaixiyangThe hotel is right on the lake, and you can see Lake Akan from the room. It's fantastic to be able to stroll along the lakeside! We booked a Japanese-style room, which was clean and tidy, offering a great experience. Breakfast and dinner were included, and the food was also very good!

MM236470****The facilities are quite old, and for the price, there's no lake view, just a street view that's not aesthetically pleasing at all. There are no facilities for families with children. The first floor is full of shops, which feels very commercialized.
Most importantly, there are too many rules, and the staff are inflexible. Check-in time is rigid, they start clearing up before the mealtime is even over, and you have to move your car out of the parking lot by 11:30 AM after check-out. It doesn't feel like they're willing to make any concessions for guests.

DDellIt was not entirely clear at time of booking whether I would be assigned a dorm bed and arrived prepared to be so assigned. I believe the situation is the dorm is reserved for group reservations so you normally be assigned a private room with shared bathroom. This made the room a great value and a memorable stay.

GGuest UserFacilities: Although small, it has everything. The breakfast is delicious. We put the two beds in the room together, which is spacious for sleeping with the baby. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: Two minutes walk to the train and bus station. Service: Very friendly. The child made the quilt dirty and no one said anything.

LLizchen SunLarge hotel, not new (or we had a room in the old wing) furniture is very worn, but everything is clean, great view of the lake from the room. On the roof is a warm good area with onsen and a warm pool on the roof. The buffet is delicious and varied both for dinner and for breakfast.

AAyitkeOnsen is not nice as is shared among male and female at alternate times. But service and food is tiptop. The free flow bar is a nice touch up. Will totally recommended if you dont use the onsen🤭

Clean room, but not very fresh : some holes in the ceiling, the tap and the flush make noise a long time after usage, and a not very good smell (not too bad either)
