"Let me share what I liked: 1. The front desk directly provided both the room key and the power card, no need to ask for it separately. 2. You need to use your room key to access the elevator, which indicates good security. 3. The room size was just right, with a private toilet and shower. 4. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. 5. The location is great too; there's a food court and a small night market downstairs, and it's just over 1km from the Grand Bazaar night market. Next time I visit Kuqa, I'll definitely stay here again."

There were only two complimentary bottles of water in the room, which wasn't quite enough as my elderly companion drinks a lot. We were told there was a limit of four when we requested more. Breakfast was quite average. The staff were very prompt in clearing tables at breakfast, often taking plates before asking if we were finished. This might have been due to a language barrier. Despite these minor issues, my overall experience was quite positive!"

"The location is right next to Wangfu, and it seems newly opened with a great sense of design. There were even newlyweds specifically there for wedding photos. The hotel's proximity to Wangfu makes dining and shopping very convenient. I visited Hainan in May and stayed at several high-end hotels. Compared to Hainan, I feel like the staff here in Xinjiang don't have that anxious feeling that the Hainan staff sometimes have. Of course, the people in Hainan are also very nice, but there's a more relaxed vibe here in Xinjiang."

"Upon checking in, I was told there was no breakfast. After showing my booking details to the indifferent Uighur woman at the front desk, she grudgingly gave me two breakfast vouchers without a word of explanation. In the middle of the night, the room phone rang twice. It was a delivery robot. We were already asleep. When I called the front desk, they said an outside delivery person might have entered the wrong room number. That really opened my eyes to how bad things could be."

For consideration of non smoking guests, smoking should not be allowed in and outside Breakfast room."

"I booked another night because I enjoyed the hotel so much. It's the best value hotel I've ever stayed at. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and clean. The laundry room is also very convenient. Two other highlights are the huge bay window with a fantastic view and the surprisingly spacious bathroom with three separate shower and toilet areas, making showering, washing up, and using the toilet completely seamless. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. A heartfelt five-star review!"

"Located in Kuqa Old Town, the guesthouse is beautiful from the outside, and even more so inside. Time seems to stand still; the contrast of white and blue is like the collision of modernity and intangible cultural heritage—a unique kind of beauty. It was very hot in Kuqa today, but watermelon was immediately prepared upon arrival, instantly easing the heat and halting the hurried pace of our journey. The owner is very beautiful and kindly upgraded our room—a great deal! We wanted to extend our stay the next day, but all the rooms were full! If I have the chance to come to Kuqa again, I'll definitely book earlier! The room was clean and tidy! Excellent!"

"I only stayed for one night. Luckily I had the dorm room for myself. It is a quiet place with a nice outdoor place to sit. Hot shower and laundry is available. Beautiful paintings on the building. They do accept foreigner (by law they have to anyways) and I could park my bicycle at a safe place."
