LLiaotian_The location of the hotel is very good. It is in the central area. It is very convenient to eat, play and park nearby. The room facilities in Building 2 are very good. There are many places to visit in Kuqa. I have been here several times. The Kuqa hotel is very big and the service is very good.

GGuest UserThis was the most satisfying hotel I've stayed in during my trip to Xinjiang. The hotel has separate wet and dry areas, two bathrooms, and a separate door between the two rooms. The bedding was clean, and there were welcome snacks. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and responsive to every request. The amenities were comprehensive, including bath masks and bath salts. Requests were quickly answered, and the breakfast was excellent. The front desk and security both helped with luggage and delivered it to the room. It was comfortable and quiet, and my kids loved it. Highly recommended. I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Xinjiang.

GGuest UserThe room and bathroom became the warmest ”haven” during my trip. Here, every shower was a relaxation, and every night's sleep was a healing experience. This ideal hotel boasts a ”great environment, meticulous details, and comfortable accommodations.” The rooms were quiet and clean, the beds were exceptionally soft, and I slept soundly until I naturally woke up. Opening the curtains revealed the city's morning light – pure bliss!
The details were impeccable; the mirrors didn't fog up, and there was underfloor heating, which was especially thoughtful in winter. The decor was high-end and classy, with high-quality materials. A definite thumbs up!

The rooms are warm and elegant, the bed is particularly comfortable, and the sound insulation effect is also very good, so I have a high-quality sleep. The small details in the room are very intimate, such as the USB charging port at the bedside, free mineral water and tea bags, all considered very thoughtful. Although the breakfast is not a luxurious buffet, it is better than exquisite and fresh. The freshly made fried eggs, hot buns, and nutritious miscellaneous grain porridge are delicious. The service staff was friendly and saw that I was looking for tableware to take the initiative to help. The overall experience was very good and highly recommended!

The room was spacious, and I especially appreciate the front desk staff (4085 and 4086) – they were warm, attentive, and considerate of their guests. However, I would suggest improving the breakfast service; the food was cold and unappetizing, even the porridge wasn't heated up.
