Excellent hotel, great professional staff, and very good location. Location is very central and restaurants everywhere downstairs. The hotel room is clean and very well appointed. Service is good, especially the front desk guy. He was very helpful and gave accurate advise. Free laundry service is a bonus and much appreciated. Breakfast is the usual fair, and can get crowded during peak hour. This hotel caters for tour buses so can get a bit busy and noisy in the evenings but rooms are really quite. One of the best hotels we have stayed in our trip and highly recommended. I hope they have more hotels everywhere in China.

The staff immediately helped with my luggage and made sure everything was prepared for my check-in. Any issues I had were smoothly communicated and resolved. The environment is lovely, and the cleanliness is top-notch. It's incredibly quiet at night, and I even got to relax by the pool when I had some downtime.

The rooms are new and spacious, suggesting the hotel opened recently, with excellent facilities. The front desk service was excellent, providing complimentary bottled water and tea. While the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, it was quite refined. The hotel also offers airport shuttle service. The location is superb, conveniently situated near various city attractions and numerous restaurants. Suitable for short-stay trips.
