AAnonymous UserThe uncle security guard, the cleaning aunt and the front desk girl are very good. There was a little episode during the stay, and the staff handled it in a timely manner. The heating on the floor of the room and the air outlet cannot be adjusted. It will be a bit hot when you just come back from the outside. I will consider this hotel next time.

JJiahui9The newly opened hotel has very good and enthusiastic front desk service. There is also dinner. I went to Kuche Palace to play and just came back to the hotel for dinner. The breakfast was also very rich, and the milk was especially delicious. The hotel facilities were also very good. The only drawback was that the bathroom had no door and the dry and wet areas were not completely separated.

The room is spacious, the decoration is simple and atmospheric, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and I sleep until dawn to relieve fatigue. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the toiletries are complete, the hygiene is particularly meticulous, and even the corners are clean. The hotel also provides free parking and breakfast. The breakfast is varied, delicious and super satisfying. AAnonymous UserI would specially thanked Miss 迪丽热巴 as she personally pick me up at train station with driver. She answered all my queries before my arrival which made me feel secure to stay alone in Kuqa as this is my first visit and seldom heard of Kuqa City. We used WeChat to communicate and translate as I am foreigner and can't speak chinese. She informed me of all facilities during checkin and arranged for my airport dropoff. She was worried as she did not see me during dinner. The lady in-charge of my laundry was fast and helpful as she helped hanged my clothes when I was away. The house keeping did a marvelous job cleaning my room everyday. The chef cooked very tasty chinese dishes.The security helped with my luggage. The driver was polite and helped with luggage when dropping me off at airport. They left me 2 mooncakes since mid-autumn festival was next day. I felt so homely staying here and having good memories of Kuqa. Thank-you. If possible, to cater for tour groups, extend dining area or staggered breakfast or dinner time so everyone can enjoy the chef's delicious meal. ;)

GGuest User房間衞生乾淨整潔無異味，設施周到齊全，動線安排合理，適合夫妻兩個居住各行其事，我很喜歡。隔音很好，這點很難得。酒店對面是個小公園，可以晚飯後散散步，距離東湖步行一公里，到南湖打車8.5元，周圍交通便利，餐廳各種選擇，非常方便。尤其是酒店一位女保安，我們到南疆的第一站是庫車住了兩個晚上，這次返回仍然毫不猶豫選擇住這裏，女保安一看見我就認了出來，我們在前台辦理入住，她就馬上笑眯眯給我們端來兩杯熱茶，前台接待小妹妹服務也特別好，生怕有所怠慢，所謂賓至如歸也不過如此了。還有早餐也很適口，營養搭配合理。同行的另一家人不住的説我們揀到寶了。還有三樓的自助洗衣也很方便，有一個晾衣區，很貼心。我沒有拍照片哦，覺得好就洋洋灑灑寫了一堆。

GGuest UserOf all the hotels I've stayed in both domestically and internationally, the one that surprised me the most was the obscure ”Kuqa Golden Sunshine Hotel (Nanhu Branch)” in Kuqa, a small city at the end of the Duku Highway in Xinjiang. A deluxe king-size room in mid-April cost 115 yuan (including amenities and treatment for two people). I felt it was exceptional value for money for ten reasons:
1. The hotel's beautiful manager personally drives the hotel's special car to pick you up and drop you off at the airport. Just inform the front desk of your flight arrival time in advance, and the beautiful manager will be waiting as you exit the airport gate, helping you with your luggage and taking you directly to the hotel in the downtown area.
2. The rooms are spacious, simple, and clean, with all the necessary amenities.
3. Each room receives two complimentary cups of yogurt daily.
4. The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, with disposable towels, bath towels, and a disposable toilet seat. The water is clear, plentiful, and hot.
5. Not only is breakfast free, but dinner is also included. 5. The breakfast is especially rich and generous. It's all-you-can-eat, with a variety of staples (rice, porridge, noodles, steamed buns, bread, etc.), over six kinds of meat and vegetable dishes, several kinds of grains (corn, sweet potato, yam, pumpkin, etc.), and several desserts. Boiled and fried eggs are available, and the chef makes both noodles and noodles on the spot. Hot soy milk, hot milk, coffee, and boiled water are also provided.
6. The free dinner is also plentiful, but not as varied as the breakfast. This is understandable.
7. A waiter visits every day to check on and collect your clothes, then washes them free of charge and returns them after they're dry.
8. The floor is not high, with two elevators. Each room has its own private Wi-Fi connection, and the signal is excellent.
9. The front desk staff is friendly and offers free coffee and tea.
10. A car rental agency is located just off the lobby, making it convenient for self-driving tours of Xinjiang. You can also contact us for day and multi-day tours.
”Kuqa Golden Sunshine Hotel (Nanhu Branch)” promises to provide you with a home-like accommodation and experience. I find home more cozy, but the food here is richer and life is more relaxed. Kuqa Golden Sunshine Hotel (Nanhu Branch) provided me with an excellent value-for-money experience, as evidenced by the photos. I sincerely praise this hotel!

Thank you very much for the thoughtful service and good attitude of 5010. The room also sent a small white apricot, which was very good! First of all, the place.

WWoxinfeixiang918The room is nice, not far from the Qiuci Wei and Jin Museum, and there are snack streets and bazaars around it. Many locals shop here, and the things are not expensive and good, which is very convenient. The hotel is so welcoming from the front desk to the security and room service. I will come back to stay here again in a few days when I take the Duku Highway.
