"Everything was great, the only downside was the breakfast buffet was a bit limited. No noodles or fruit, which wasn't really to my taste. I hope they can improve it, especially since the overall price and quality are quite good. Adding some fruit and noodles shouldn't be a big issue, in my opinion."

Xi Yue Suji Resort Hotel is a high-quality courtyard-style holiday retreat that integrates multiple century-old residences and ancient courtyards, blending ancient Kucha culture with modern hotel design concepts. The term "śāyau" originates from the Tocharian language, meaning "for the beauty of life." Like a ribbon fluttering along the routes of westward journeys and eastward returns, it spans millennia, bearing witness to the ancient cultures of the Western Regions and singing the song of life amidst boundless deserts. "Śāyau" embodies both the yearning for a beautiful life and the pursuit of dreams and ideals. Within our meticulously restored courtyards, several century-old buildings whisper like storytellers of time, quietly recounting fragments of Kucha culture along the Silk Road. The ancient legends of the Thirty-six Kingdoms of the Western Regions intertwine here, and Xi Yue's 36 guest rooms revive these distant realms, continuing to narrate their beautiful and mysterious tales. Each room here is a sanctuary of seclusion, transporting guests on a journey through time and space, allowing them to experience the most essential balance between life and nature. Every wall and window here is engraved with traces of history, bridging the East and Eurasia, connecting the cultural threads of the past and present, and presenting millennia-old stories in a vivid form to modern travelers. Staying at Xi Yue feels like stepping into another world: tradition and innovation intertwine, classic and modern coexist. The depth of history and culture, the comfort of a modern hotel—every aspect is present here, with poetry and stories filling every corner. As night falls, the lake in the courtyard mirrors the sky, with lights and starlight reflecting each other, allowing us to gaze upon our parallel selves. In the tranquility of the long night, with a cup of fragrant Western Regions tea, the melody of a five-stringed lute, and the music of Kucha, we wander through ancient civilizations while also discovering our true selves. Xi Yue Suji Resort Hotel is both a tribute to Kucha culture and a gift to contemporary travelers. Here, you will feel the beauty and eternity flowing through time.

"This is definitely my top choice for hotels in Kuqa! From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcomed and looked after. The staff immediately helped with my luggage and made sure everything was prepared for my check-in. Any issues I had were smoothly communicated and resolved. The environment is lovely, and the cleanliness is top-notch. It's incredibly quiet at night, and I even got to relax by the pool when I had some downtime."

"I only stayed for one night. Luckily I had the dorm room for myself. It is a quiet place with a nice outdoor place to sit. Hot shower and laundry is available. Beautiful paintings on the building. They do accept foreigner (by law they have to anyways) and I could park my bicycle at a safe place."

"The room's cleanliness was acceptable. However, breakfast ends too early. In Xinjiang during the summer, breakfast should reasonably be served until 11 AM. Everything else was standard. Last time, the hotel didn't require a key card for entry, which made me feel a bit unsafe. Also, the power outlets in the room were loose; my charger would only go in halfway and felt like it could fall out at any moment."

"What an unexpected reward. During the day, I drove to Kuqa Kizil Grottoes and Tianshan Grand Canyon. At night, I ate meat next to Kuqa Palace. When I booked a hotel, I found this newly opened hotel. It was affordable and included breakfast. I booked a room without hesitation! As a result... the room was really big... the environment was great... the facilities were also good! The breakfast was also rich... What an unexpected reward. I have recommended it to my friends who are going to travel to Kuqa recently."

"1. Checked out from 2nd to 3rd. We had seen the room in advance when we arrived on the 2nd. It was on the first floor, just like what we saw online, perfect. But when we went to the room at night, we smelled a strong smell of sewer backflow mixed with the fragrance of aromatherapy. It was completely uninhabitable. Then they said they would change us to a king-size room. They said they were all similar, so we agreed to change rooms. But when we went to the new room, we found that the blinds on the window of the room were broken. The room was facing the side of the road and it was light-permeable. We asked the waiter to change us to another room. Their rooms were full. So they asked them to repair it or find a piece of cloth to help cover it. Because there were two girls, it was really inconvenient. As a result, the waiter found a pillow, took it over and saw that it couldn't cover it at all, so we asked them how to solve it. Then she said she would ask the store manager. After the store manager came, his attitude was very good. He said that the room was full and they could only use a pillow to cover it. Then the pillow and the pillow just covered half of it. I slept there last night, and then they sent fruit. 2. They said breakfast would be between 8 and 11 the next day, so we thought we would go at 10:30 so we could eat and go out to play. But when we got there, there were only leftovers and cold milk, and it was still cold. In the end, we could only... since we knew the room was full, we should have known the number of people dining there, and we should have made more preparations. There were several tables of people who arrived at the same time as us, and we could only say that we barely ate a little. There was also a family with children who said when they left: Let's go, let's go buy some more food, we're not full yet. 3. I hope the local customs department will pay attention to the problem of odor coming from the floor drain on the first floor, so as not to give other tourists a bad experience. I also hope that every time you visit a room, you will remember to check if the curtains are damaged and replace them in time, and don't make excuses saying that you didn't have time yet. 4. In general, apart from the above problems, everything else about the room is very good, the environment is also very good, the sound insulation is also very good, and it is also very close to the Kuche Palace. I highly recommend it."

"Hotel is midway between railway station and old town. Convenient and cheap to take didi to many places. New hotel which is spotlessly clean. Laundry room is well-equipped with 2 washers and 2 dryers. Breakfast spread is pretty decent with ample fruit variety. All staff are well-mannered and try their best to fulfil customer requests."

"The room was nice and clean, just like home. Parking is available at the door, and there are several kinds of snacks and tea in the yard. The waiter also sent watermelon in the room. It is just opposite the Qiuci B&B. The waiter is very enthusiastic and it is also very close to the Kuche Palace. The only thing is that the waiter doesn't know anything about the surrounding area, so we had to navigate by ourselves. It’s so affordable to stay in a B&B."

"The house is located inside Kuqa Old Town, making it very convenient for sightseeing. There's also a parking lot nearby, so parking isn't a problem if you're driving. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the entire guesthouse has a lovely, charming decor that creates a peaceful atmosphere. The beautiful owner is incredibly kind, treating us like family. The other staff members are also very welcoming, and the breakfast they make is excellent. Knowing we were going to the Pamir Plateau, the owner's wife even gave us three bottles of oxygen – such a thoughtful gesture!"
