The ancient city of Kashgar is indeed better than the old city of Kuqa. The specifications are too high.

The Youth Hostel is in the old city. It is located in the second row of houses next to the river, not in the first row. The navigation is not accurate. It is closer to the Youth Hostel by taking a taxi to the parking lot of the old city of Kuqa. It is a bit far from the bridge head at the other end. Because it is in the old city, it takes about ten to twenty minutes to walk to the Kuqa Palace, Restan Street, and Qiuci Alley. It is still quite close, but it is not very convenient to travel. There are few shared cars in the old city, and they are only available at the scenic spots outside. It is not convenient to take a taxi. Although there are many taxis on the main road, most of them have passengers, so it is not easy to take a taxi. However, if you wait for a long time to take a Didi, someone will take the order. I heard that it is not legal. Then there are few people in the old city, so there are few Didi cars. The room I booked is on the second floor. There is a small open-air terrace on the second floor where you can hang clothes and there is a paid washing machine. The room has air conditioning, private bathroom, shower gel and shampoo. I still like this. It may be that there are few people in the off-season, so it feels comfortable. If there are many people, the bathroom is still not very convenient, but there is also a public toilet on the first floor. There is a small courtyard on the first floor, which is also good for eating and chatting. Because it was dusty when I went there, I always felt that everything was dirty, but they would clean it. When I renewed the reservation, it was more than ten yuan more expensive than the original price. I don’t know why, which is a bit annoying. 😡
