給你灑店差差差評，是為了你能改進，希望能不被淘汰出局。從進店開始就沒有看見過一個笑臉，服務枱的工作人員都不但不熱情，問個事情都問上幾遍才開金口。酒店裡最差最差的是酒店的所謂訂房部經理*女士，手機號***********，打電話向她詢問房間及價格，她的講話很不耐煩，就像是向她催債一樣，酒店怎麼會把此人放在這個崗位上？真該換人了！

這次在昆明滇池豪生酒店的入住，真的要給個大大的五星贊！
房間狀態太讓人驚喜了，乾淨得沒話説——地板光腳踩都覺得清爽，床單被罩像剛換過一樣，帶着陽光曬過的味道，連窗台、桌面這些小角落都擦得乾乾淨淨，住進去就覺得特別踏實舒服。
必須重點誇誇Bella！從入住時幫我們提行李、耐心介紹酒店設施，到後來問她附近吃飯的地方，她不僅詳細推薦，還特意畫了路線圖，全程笑眯眯的，態度特別好，那種貼心勁兒就像認識很久的朋友一樣，讓人心裏暖暖的。
更沒想到的是，入住還贈送了早餐！餐廳菜品特別豐富，有本地的米線、餌塊，也有西式的麪包、咖啡，味道都很地道，吃得飽飽的出門逛，一整天都有精神。
這次體驗真的挑不出一點毛病，乾淨的房間、Bella的暖心服務，加上驚喜的早餐，真的太滿意了！下次來昆明，一定還選這裏～

豪生酒店的品質和口碑一直是不錯的，所以在滇池玩兒的時候依舊選擇了豪生，酒店外環境不錯，服務員的態度也挺好，就是房間裏的衞生差了點兒，地毯年代久了，感覺不太乾淨，晚上還看到了一衹小爬蟲，瞬間覺得無語。還有訂單裏的床的尺寸偏小，根本不是1.3的。下次不會再入住了。

第一次來昆明，朋友推薦的酒店，可能開了比較久，裝修有點舊了，但整體的維護還是很不錯，晚上11點才到，給升級了套房，陽台超級大，看到滇池，景色特別好

酒店位置很好，就在滇池度假區內，離民族村很近。豪生酒店名氣很響，但是服務人員態度一般。整體入住體驗衹能算是中規中矩，乏善可陳。酒店的早餐毫無亮點，一點沒有五星級的樣子。期待改進。
