The thoughtful service from the front desk staff was excellent. I even connected with them on WeChat during check-in, and they responded promptly to all my questions and issues throughout my stay. I really appreciated the smart design of the elevators: after scanning your room card, it automatically selects your floor. In most other hotels, you have to scan your card *and then* manually press your floor button, so this Novotel is the first one I've encountered with such a convenient system. And a tip: remember to look up at the ceiling when you're in the elevator – there's a pleasant surprise waiting for you! Another thoughtful detail was the complimentary bottled water available for guests to take in the elevator lobbies on each floor and right next to the front desk. It's super handy, especially since I often forget to bring water when I head out. What I didn't like were the two large display screens at the front desk. They created an unnecessary barrier between myself and the staff, which felt a bit impersonal during what should have been warm, face-to-face interactions. Finally, thank you for the small gift we received at check-out. I haven't opened it yet, but I'm guessing it's a flower pastry. It would have been even better if it had been given to us a bit earlier, perhaps before I finished packing my luggage, so I wouldn't have had an extra item to juggle on the high-speed train."

"We stayed here for three nights. It's a charming and beautiful boutique hotel. The room's soundproofing was quite good, and the hygiene was impressive. Although the front desk staff's attitude at check-in was very poor, the lobby manager, who happened to be nearby, noticed the situation and promptly resolved it. We were also given a complimentary gift bag upon departure, which was much appreciated! **Suggestions for Improvement:** 1. The breakfast menu could definitely use some improvement. They should consider adding more meat dishes, as currently, there isn't much to eat besides a bowl of noodles. The restaurant itself is quite small, leading to wait times during busy periods. Optimizing the table and chair layout could significantly increase seating capacity. 2. I didn't participate in the afternoon tea, but I noticed some guests carrying fruit and prawn crackers to eat by the rooftop pool. Given that seating on the rooftop is already limited, I hope the hotel can enforce better management. Just a few days ago, at the Shangri-La in Shenzhen, guests wearing hotel slippers into the restaurant were stopped, but here, such behavior in the restaurant seems to be largely ignored by the staff. 3. The elevator wait times are definitely long. Two elevators are simply not enough for the hotel. Once you're upstairs, you almost don't want to come down because you know you'll have to wait so long for an elevator again. 4. While the hotel's location *seems* convenient for reaching various places, in reality, getting around by foot or car actually consumes a surprising amount of time. 5. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is practically ineffective. The lingering smell of a previous guest's smoking in the toilet area was very strong and wouldn't dissipate. Although the hotel did come to address it later, which helped a lot, I hope they can improve the exhaust fan's performance in the future."

"My review au seem low but there are reasons. The good: The front desk staff and those in the restaurant are very nice and helpful. Really enjoyed dealing with them. The pool is great, albeit a little cold in warmer weather it must be fantastic. The bar drink prices are very expensive for China. They are high European prices. Downstairs however is a nice bar with great staff and better prices. The room is GREAT. Absolutely great. The bad: Finding the hotel is a NIGHTMARE. They seem to have 2 different names or something - it’s next to the shop in a sort of tunnel entrance with lighting so dim you *will* walk into the automatic door your first time. The cleanliness of the room could have been better. They need to put 25% more effort into improving the shower area and also overall monthtly cleaning being more thorough. Should you stay here? If it’s in your budget I would recommend it yes."

It is a must-see, fresh air, green lawn, courtyard pool, and room bathtub, so that you can enjoy the paradise on earth in this spring city. There are KTV, chess and cards, billiards, board games and other entertainment facilities, and the environment is also especially suitable for holding various party parties. Every corner is very good for taking pictures and live broadcasts. From the airport and the high-speed rail station, there are direct subways to walk for 5 minutes to the store. "The B&B is very good, the environment is very good. It is a few kilometers away from the airport. The B&B sent a car to pick us up. When we arrived, the B&B housekeeper took us to the room. The room was clean, tidy and spacious. Leisure equipment such as mahjong machines in the B&B can be used without any additional charge. What’s great is that you can experience Hanfu and ethnic costumes in the B&B, and the housekeeper will help us take photos when he is free. All in all, it’s great!
