房間衞生可以，隔音不好，服務一般。我們來這天正好趕上旅遊團住宿了，很吵！最不能忍受的是訂的帶早餐的房間沒吃到早餐，前台説7點開飯，我們7點10分不到沒吃到，後來還打電話和我説他們6點40開飯，意思是説我上去晚了？作為一個如家鉑金客户這次真的很不滿意！

在一條很窄的小巷子裏面非常不好停車，雖然説有停車場，但是那個車場晚上就是滿的，然後隔音也非常一般

衞生還可以，服務態度也不錯，就是酒店周圍有什麼設施。半夜隔一會兒就有很大的聲音，持續了一整夜，我住5樓，六點不到樓上就持續拖凳子有人走動，直接吵醒，旁邊房間的人説話關燈也一清二楚
