The accommodation is quite new, and the photos accurately reflect reality.
The place is clean, with housekeeping providing daily cleaning, fresh drinking water, and toilet paper.
Communication with the staff is very convenient and fast via WeChat.
There are also many restaurants and cafes nearby.
Highly recommended!

The host was very generous in letting us check in early to our accommodation. It is in a perfect location close to restaurants and a large square that had lots of festivities for New Year’s Eve. The space is clean and comfortable and there is no smell from the bathroom.

我們一家四口來雲南旅遊，昆大麗香路線。第一天選擇了南悦城這家民宿。老闆很細心，提早三四天特地給我打了電話，告訴我這間房子在最邊套，沒法裝空調的，他看了天氣説我們去的兩天昆明下雨，怕我們説冷，問我們要不要換。我們説沒事，可以忍。實際到了以後，兩天都不下雨。房間和圖片一樣乾淨整潔。
關於交通：在南悦城愛琴海樓上，邊上還有麥德龍和迪卡儂，買東西很方便。停車3小時內免費，超過3小時可以和老闆説一下，會幫你處理掉。
關於房間：客廳裏有個油汀，坐在邊上很暖和，還可以烘乾衣服。廚房裡還有冰箱和洗衣機，洗衣機我們用了下，很乾凈，橡皮圈也沒有發黴。兩個房間的床都有電熱毯，開半小時關掉再睡進去很熱！
關於衞生間：洗澡要重點説一下，用的是儲水式熱水器。我們四個人洗澡，會擔心熱水用完。實測還好，不洗頭的情況下，差不多半個多小時就能從40燒到65。衞生間裏有浴霸，也不會冷。但是要小小吐槽一下，浴室洗澡的地方不大，可能衹有1-2平。雖然不影響洗澡，但是不太習慣。然後浴室門不太好，水會流到外面，我們在門口墊了條毛巾。另外，我們所有洗漱用品都是自帶的。
關於價格：現在算雲南的淡季，12/19-12/20，二室一廳家庭套房¥261/晚，性價比超高！
總體情況，非常滿意！早上太陽一出來，就會把房間曬得很暖。我們連住了兩天，中間好像沒有阿姨來打掃衞生，問題也不大
