The hotel boasts an excellent central location, right in the heart of the city. Stepping out, you're immediately in a bustling commercial district, and the pedestrian street, packed with dining options, is just a short walk away – incredibly convenient! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and friendly, and they even offered a complimentary room upgrade. Our room wasn't particularly spacious, but being on a higher floor, it offered fantastic views, especially the beautiful city nightscape. However, waiting for the elevators could be a bit slow. The room's amenities were comprehensive, and we were generally very pleased. The only minor point for improvement was that the toilet seat didn't seem thoroughly cleaned, despite disposable covers being provided. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, though the taste was just average.

we love our stay here! the room wasn’t ready when
we reached, then they gave us a complimentary afternoon tea, w cake & coffee while waiting. upon checking in, they prepared a little surprise for us for our anniversary! 😍 the staff here were very nice and friendly, always greets us w a smile! the location is great too, malls & eateries all accessible within walking distance.

I had a truly wonderful stay at FourPoints by Sheraton Kunming City Centre Hotel!
✔️ Halal food paradise at your doorstep – The area is filled with countless halal restaurants, making it extremely convenient for Muslim travelers. Every meal was just a short walk away.
(I’ve attached a picture of the famous beef roti stall located just at the hotel doorstep. Can go at 8am, no need to queue)
✔️ Walking distance to Shuncheng Mosque – A beautiful and historic mosque located nearby. It was a blessing to be able to walk there easily for prayers.
✔️ Self-service laundry available – This was such a lifesaver during my trip, especially after exploring Yunnan. Clean clothes without any hassle!
The staff were warm and helpful, the room was very comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring Kunming. Highly recommended for both families and Muslim travelers looking for convenience and comfort.

We booked this hotel because of its location. Very convenient for muslim travellers to find halal food nearby. A few mosques are within the area. KunMing Old Town and Nanping Pedestrian Street are also within walking distance.

I had a great stay at the Four Points by Sheraton in Kunming! The bedding is extremely comfortable, making for a restful sleep. The toilets are spacious and impeccably clean, which is always a nice touch.
The location is also unbeatable — it’s super convenient, close to the shopping area, and just a short walk from the railway station. And let’s not forget the excellent Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable throughout my stay.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and good value in the heart of the city!
