這家位置很好找，鬧中求靜的別墅區改造，現代簡約又不失格調的裝修。暖色調燈光搭配柔軟的床品，營造出温馨的氛圍。房間配備智能設備，傳統與現代的完美融合，便捷又充滿科技感，房間有配套的小露台。酒店有專屬管家服務超貼心。早餐豐富，中式西式皆有，入住就能享受豐富設施，送精緻下午茶，健身房、茶室、桌球室等。下次來昆明還住這裏！

這家酒店的設施、服務堪稱完美，房間空間大，佈局合理，所用的床品、洗浴用品都是高品質，服務方面不僅提供接送機服務，還有豐盛的早餐、精美的下午茶和清爽的晚安甜湯，每個服務員態度都非常非常友好熱情，第一天凌晨一點才到酒店，小姐姐一直等着，還幫忙把行李送到房間，下次再來廈門這家酒店將是首選。

在昆明玩了一週，換了三家酒店，由於睡眠過輕，所以幾家酒店都不是很理想，直到入住湖景·清友別院，終於找到了久違的寧靜。所有的工作人員秉承了賓至如歸的理念，這是很多酒店都缺乏的一種歸屬感。另外，酒店特別貼心的安排了專車，方便我們去周邊遊玩，連司機都很專業的提供一些介紹的服務。酒店環境，一步一景，光線特別適合拍照，房間的床品和用品，都體現了高品質的安排。酒店的早餐是半自助式的，米線，雞蛋，蔬菜，都是來自最天然的選材，吃得很安心。下午茶和晚安甜品，令人震驚，手藝堪比五星級酒店的水準。住了三天兩晚，體驗超棒，以後到昆明，還是會選擇這家酒店。對了，孩子對於負一層的斯諾克台，乒乓台充滿了興趣，直接喜愛程度拉滿！

現在的民宿也太捲了吧！光裝修好服務好、房間裏有冰箱音響智能管家、提供早餐下午茶宵夜還不夠…休閑區居然還有桌球室、棋牌室、茶室和健身房！！住宿環境也很棒，在房間外的露台喝下午茶私密又享受。PS：下午茶強推玫瑰牛奶，香濃可口又温暖哦！

服務：超出預期，感覺到酒店是用心了，有提供免費接送服務，預訂的時候有備註對房間的要求，管家也有注意到，並按照要求進行安排。出入酒店，工作人員也都有打招呼，包括保潔阿姨都會熱情詢問，房間有需要可以隨時和她們説。早餐種類不算很多，但是咖啡和米線很不錯。
環境:酒店位於別墅區，規模不大，但畢竟精緻舒適，特別安靜。
設施:看得出老闆是捨得投資的，衞浴和床品都非常舒適，特別需要提出空調是真的非常安靜，對於一個睡眠超輕的人來講，入住期間都是睡到自然醒，甚至錯過早餐時間。真的是非常幸福的事情☺️
總體來説是會二次選擇的酒店💖

清友別院坐落在一個居民別墅區，很幽靜。服務超級好，很暖心。工作人員把客人當親人一樣照顧。我有一天獨自去石林，把80歲母親留在酒店讓工作人員幫忙照顧，酒店排人派車送媽媽去她喜歡的農貿學市場採購，還幫媽媽把東西帶回到酒店，和員工一起吃工作餐，我好感動！晚上我去按摩，媽媽堅持獨自一人走回酒店，結果走迷路了，她給酒店打電話，酒店的工作人員徒步把媽媽找到並帶回到酒店，好感恩。
